OUR VISION : A CHURCH OF OUR OWN COMPLETE WITH FACILITIES FOR SUSTAINING
GROWTH INTO A VIBRANT CHURCH OF 800 TO 1200 CONGREGATION.
( The church will also serve the vast multitude of the city centre of Greater Kuala Lumpur )

MISSION / OBJECTIVE : TO RAISE RM20.0 MILLION TO REDEVELOP THE PUDU BRANCH

INTO A MULTI-STOREY ( EIGHT STOREYS ) CHURCH COMPLEX
COMPLETE WITH ONE MAIN SANTUARY, ONE SECONDARY
SANCTUARY, ONE MULTI-PURPOSE HALL, WORSHIP & ACTIVITY
HALLS, SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES, MEETING & PRAYER ROOMS,
ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, CONFERENCE HALL, FELLOWSHIP
HALL,
LIBRARY & RESOURCE ROOM, ARCHIVE ROOM, OPEN HALL FOR
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, PARSONAGE AND CAR PARKINGS AT
1ST, GROUND AND BASEMEN FLOORS.

The Redeveloped Centralized Church will sit on a plot of land of size approximately 11,000 sq ft, and the
built-up size will be about 8,500 sq ft after surrendering of lands for road reserve as required by the
Authorities. The Centralized Church will be a 8-storey church complex in order to house the many essential
facilities such as Sunday school Classes, meeting & prayers rooms, etc that are required for sustaining growth
of a healthy church.

THE ARTIST IMPPRESSION OF THE CHURCH COMPLEX :

An Artist Impression of the Centralized Church was done based on the conceptual drawings of the whole
church which, though may not be exactly the final product, is giving all members the visualization of the
Church that is to be. The Artist Impression of the Church is attached herewith.

THE IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE :

The 10-year Development Schedule has also been formulated and attached herewith for reference. As it is
today, the schedule is still on track. Presently, we are in the process of re-submitting the drawings for final
Development Order approval. In all church building project, the most difficult and unpredictable task is the
funding. In our case here, we have to depend solely on fund raising through church activities and members
offerings, which will not be enough to fund such an enormous project ( enormous as compared to our current
congregation of about 300 ). According to the plan, construction works for the church building will have to
commence in 2018 in order to keep up with the 10-year plan. It is obvious therefore that fund raising is our
most essential work to do at the moment, and without fail.

FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES :
The Church 10-year Development Plan was initiated and approved during the Annual Leadership Meeting on
01-01-2010 in Seremban. Subsequently the Church Development Committee ( CDC ) was set up on 06-072010 and after a few preparatory meetings, the Churchs 10-Year Development Plan was formulated and
officially launched by the CAC President Rev Boh Chee Suan during the Main Churchs 106 th Anniversary
Thanksgivings Service on 19-09-2010. Since then the CDC has been organizing yearly major fundraising
activities such as Walkathon ( Nov 2010 ), Gala dinner ( July 2011 ), Food & Funfair ( May 2012 ) and Retro
Dinner in August 2013 before we finally launched the Sponsorship Programme on Christmas Day
2013, replacing the yearly tedious and resource-taxing major fundraisers.
The Sponsorship Programme is designed in such a way that everyone of the church member can participate in
the programme and hence sharing in the building of the church. All effort is now channeled into getting this
programme fully sponsored by the end of 2017 in order to keep up with the Schedule.

We appeal to anyone anywhere who is touched and share our aspiration and commitment may donate
generously towards building up of this centralized church in the Kuala Lumpur city centre, a rarity in the
present times in this country, for the outreach of Gods good news to the people in this part of the world,
calling all his people back to his church to praise and worship him, and for the Glory of his name, until the
return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
