2. SCOPE OF THE WORK

The scope of the work is shown with the code WBS in the following graphic:

3. STRUCTURE OF THE EXECUTION

This part shows considerations such as established Schedule, histogram of manpower,
quantity of modules to produce, sequence of the work, etc.

It is considerated as Work Schedule from Monday to Saturday, from 06:00hrs to

17:00hrs, having one hour (01) for launch, from 12:00hrs to 13:00hrs, such as the
following graphic shows:

The Schedule of the Project does not considerate the delays concerning to security,
problems with the community, changes of engineering, additional works, delay in
provision by SMI, weather aspects, strikes of the workers, interruption of Works due to
the transit of vehicles in the site.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS

First, Contractor will perform the fabrication of a structural warehouse of 15tn,

after this Contractor will proceed with the assembly in the site assigned by SMI,
600 m2.

After this, Contractor will proceed with the assembly and maintenance of the
three production lines (sizing machines of disk and conveying equipment) to
install in the set area, by finishing the assembly of the structural warehouse.

After that, Contractor will build cages for each production line (supplied by the
client) to start the building and assembly of the 128 000 modules of the new 04
filters (32 000 modules per filter).

Then, the produced modules will be stored, packed and stacked in a set area
established by SMI.
The start of activities depends on the fulfillment of the requirements demanded
by the client for the start of the mobilization.

The following are the quantities of crews for the principal activities:
