Background information
Objectives planned: students will be able to comprehend new vocabulary
Activities done before: listening practice with lyrics and new vocabulary
exercises.
Grade: 8th middle
Evaluation Proposal.

Students in pairs will be able to choose the level of complexity on this
website, depending on the number of missing words that they have to
complete. They will have to play two songs, practicing vocabulary that
they already learned in classes. At the end of every complete song the
teacher will get the score in order to prove if they were doing the
activity.

Background information
Objectives planned: students will be able to find out synonyms according
to what they grasped from a reading comprehension activity.
Activities done before: intensive reading, guessing topics from titles of
different sort of stories and concept maps.
Grade: 7th middle.
Evaluation Proposal.
Reading: text predicting
Vocabulary: replace for synonyms
Students will have a text related to the unit that they are covering in
which they have to read at least 3 times. Then, they will have to notice
words that are in bold. Following that with another paper, they will have
to find the synonym of each word in bold without help or any direct
definition, just the understanding of the text and their thoughts. Finally,
they will have the correct answers and they will have chosen 3 to 5
words and explain to some classmates how he or she decided the
process of finding the synonyms.

Background information
Objectives planned: students will be able to create a dialogue and report
circumstances about accidents in the street, orally.
Activities done before: students practice present and past simple, orally.
Grade: Third senior
Evaluation Proposal.
Role Play.
Students will form groups of three and they will perform an episode in
which three people are involved. Two of them will be discussing who
should pay the damages and the third person will be the police officer.
The class will hear the dialogue between student A and B and the
teacher will get the report, written by the police officer.

Example of situation:
Mary was crossing the street on her bicycle when surprisingly Matt hits
her face with a ball. She fell down in the middle of the street, then she
got up and walk towards Matt leaving her bicycle there, suddenly a car
crash her bike. The car went away, then begun a discussion between
Mary and Matt trying to find the guilty person in this story. Finally,they
decided to call a police officer arrived on the scene trying to help them
and taking notes of the event.

Background information
Objectives planned: students will be able to write a story based on their
own experience or imagination, putting in practice new patterns and
vocabulary.
Activities done before: writing short stories, identifying key words in
stories and a formal class about the structure of a good story.
Grade: 2nd senior.
Evaluation Proposal
Students will have to project on the board three images. They have to
choose one, they will imagine that they are in the picture and write
whatever they want related to this,the story should have about 500-600
words, using proper vocabulary, correct grammar and imagination.
Students will have two to three classes to complete the work. After the
first class, they already need to have a draft or the first part of the story
in order to make corrections in terms of grammar, semantics or
comments about how they are doing the writing and give it back to them
for corrections or motivation.
