CompletionofTT1moduleisnecessarypriortoadmissioninTT2module.
Note:ATraineehastocompleteallthefourmodulesandpasstheprescribedtradetestwithinaperiodof
threeyearsfromtheAdmissionintothefirstModuleintheCraftInstructorTraining,TobecomeEligiblefor
NationalCraftInstructorCertificate.
Certificate:SuccessfultraineesareawardedcertificateofproficiencybytheNationalCouncilforVocationalTraining,
MinistryofLabour&Employment,Govt.ofIndia.
1.AdmissionQualification:CandidateswhohavepassedNationalTradeCertificateorNationalApprenticeship
CertificateorDegreeorDiplomainrelevantbranchofEngineeringintheconcernedtradeareeligibletoapply.
Candidatesmustproducetheoriginalcertificateatthetimeofadmission.CompletionofTT1moduleisnecessary
foradmissiontoTT2module.
2.AgeLimit:Minimum14Years.Thereisnoupperagelimit.
Preferenceofadmissiontotraineesaregiveninthefollowingorder:
1.CandidatessponsoredbytheDirectorateofStates/UnionTerritoriesInchargeofCraftsmenTrainingwillbegiven
firstpreference.
2.SecondpreferencewillbegiventothecandidatessponsoredbytheaffiliatedPrivateITIs,(fortheinstructorsofthe
affiliatedtradesonly),GOIDepts.,IndustrialOrganizations.IncaseofcandidatessponsoredbyPrivateITIs,

3.Thirdpreferencewillbegiventothecandidateswhohavecompletedthree/two/onemodulesinthatorder.Incase,
itbecomesnecessarytopreparemeritlistforsuchcandidateswhohavecompletedsamenumberofmodulesthen
theadmissionwillbeofferedonthebasisofseparatemeritonly.
4.Remainingvacantseats,ifany,willbefilledupbyPrivatecandidatesonmeritbasis.
