Perspective towards the issue The education system cannot exceed the quality of its
teachers.

The system nowadays are really different with the previous system.

Previously, teachers top priority was their pupils and subject to be taught.

Teacher concentrate on their teaching matter and they do not have extra work such
as the filing system for PBS nowadays.

Teachers are the ones who conduct or run the system.

A good system conducted by a poor quality of teacher cannot guarantee that it will
have better impact towards the betterment of the pupils in future.

For example, e-book programs conducted at schools in rural area by teacher who
has no knowledge in using it may lead to failure.

The teacher may not introduce e-book very well and impart knowledge in a correct
way.

However, if a knowledgeable and expert teacher about the e-book is the one who
conduct the program, pupils may get benefit from it.

Teacher know how to convey the content in an effective way in which all pupils can
understand better.
