guaranteed uplink of 1 G.B. for every user.
Active Directory Implementation: Successfully implemented A.D. based infrastructure from
Windows 2003 & Standalone Desktop so as to improve quality of service and activities related to
higher security & risk management using Windows 2008 R2 policies. Efficiently created AD forests
and linked multiple distributed offices; formed a single domain controller.
Security and Firewall: Implement and maintain Trend Micro Enterprise Antivirus to secure
local computers and increase Data files security. Played a major role in replacing Legacy Firewall
equipments with latest Juniper High End Firewall. Assisted in improving gateway level protection
E-Mail Server Consolidation: Implement the company email system on Exchange 2003, and
administered activities related to migration & consolidation of 6 e-mail domains from legacy system to
Exchange 2010 with high availability of disaster recovery setup at a remote location. Implemented
outlook web access & released dependency of local system for e-mail access.
IT Infrastructure: Designed and deployed a high end IT infrastructure in different offices and
branches with a total capacity of over 2000 data & voice termination assuring each end user with 1
GB connectivity so as to handle high end CAD & Architecture Application. Replaced the old file servers
with HP SAN storage which resulting reduction of downtime and increasing files accessing speed.
VoIP: Significantly contributed in upgradation of legacy PABX Systems with high end NORTEL IPPABX at 5 geographically distributed locations and connected all locations using IP telephony cutting
down the cost of operations by bringing down the inter office call cost.
National Connectivity: Instrumental in eliminating dependency of copper based solutions and
upgrading it to microwave based solutions resulting reduction in latency from 250 to 10 ms which
as a result improved performance of the applications and increased productivity.
Video Conference Solution: Implemented Polycom based Video Conference Solution at various
branches. It as a result reduced business travel costs for the organisation and this facility was
configured to work through national connectivity for inter office meetings and through internet for
external meetings.
Access Control Security System: implemented Nitgen finger print system at various branches.
It as a result reduced cost of operations for attendance system with more accurate calculations.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Eliminated dependency on manual backup procedures using legacy
tapes; upgraded & automated tape solution which was scheduled and was monitored based on
Logs. Configured disaster recovery in order to synchronize remote locations with active data so as to
minimize the downtime.

Website Development: Instrumental in redeveloping the website with a new look & technology
features so as to create a brand image and offered various functionalities to the visitors.
IT Policy Implementation: Designed & deployed an IT policy so as to manage IT security & risk
Document Management Solution: Deployed an advanced document management solution that
met the demands of eliminating paper flow within the organsation with reduction in cost of
operations.
Software/Hardware Procurement: Created benchmark on hardware's and software required,
