ABOUT US
Environmental Products and Applications has been in the soil stabilization business
for over 25 years. Our Envirotac line of polymers are the most used dust control/
soil stabilization chemical by the United States Armed Forces. The US Military
trusts our products to stabilize runways, helicopter pads, roads, etc. It was at
Camp Rhino Afghanistan where it received the colourful moniker Rhino Snot, when
it was used to prevent helicopter brown outs a problem caused by loose soil
becoming airborne, reducing visibility. Competitors have tried to copy our name,
but they havent been able to replicate our outstanding results. Its not uncommon to see an Osprey helicopter setting down on an Envirotac engineered helicopter pad or a C-130 landing on an Envirotac engineered runway.

OUR PURPOSE
We continue to strive through or lab certified results to engineer and manufacture
the highest performance polymers in the Soil Stabilization, Dust and Erosion Control field. Not only are our polymers more effective, they are the most cost efficient due to the volume and demand, which enables us to operate off of the lowest

PRODUCTS
Envirotac SC consists of environmentally safe chemicals which works
on principles of nano technology. The acrylic co-polymer creates
nano composites within the soil fabrics and modifies the soils
micro-structures. This increases the interconnection between soil
particles producing a homogeneous and isotropic material. The
swelling behaviour of Envirotac SC coated soils is partially or totally
eliminated due to construction of nano filler which acts as hydrophobic materials. Therefore the treated soils exhibits increase in the
unconfined compression strength, tensile, and shear strength.
Envirotac II when applied will penetrate into the soil, bonding the soil
particles, and cementing them in place. The treated area becomes
very resilient to wear and our unique elasticity ensures the road will
survive the onslaught of vehicular traffic, rain, snow and various
conditions that can wear down a road. The product is non hazardous,
dries odorless, and transparent.
Earth Glue is an environmentally friendly acrylic polymer. It is a recycled product from the polymer industry that has been reworked to
serve the dust control sector. It will out perform salt based and lignin
products. It is the most affordable polymer for dust control in the
market.

MILITARY

The Envirotac line of polymers are the number one used

soil stabilization chemicals by the United States Military.
They have tested numerous products and continue to rely
on Envirotac to protect our countries assets. Applications
include runways, helicopter pads, supply roads, base
camps, and so much more. Competitors have tried to
come up with similar names to cause confusion, they just
have not been able to achieve our results.

MINING

Our Envirotac line of polymers have been assisting mines reduce

airborne particulate matter for over 20 years. Used on a haul
roads it will prevent dust, wear, and erosion. Saving water,
preventing equipment damage do to dust, tire tread due to road
wear, and reduces emissions from equipment that would normally be used to maintain the road.
Used on tailings Envirotac will create a tough layer of protection
that will laminate soil particles in place. We have had singular
applications that have been effective for over 5 years.

ROADS
Envirotac line of polymers have been used on roads around the
world. Used with In-situ material Envirotac will increase the CBR,
increase compaction, reduce soils permeability, create a dust
free surface, and increase traction even when wet. All at a
fraction of the cost of asphalt, importing rock base, maintaining
with water, and using bitumen.

DUST CONTROL/
CONSTRUCTION

Envirotac line of polymers are used constantly to control fugitive

dust on construction sites. When applied, water is no longer
needed to control and prevent PM10. The Envirotac will form a
durable layer of protection over the surface of the treated areas.
No matter the dust challenge, Envirotac is the solution. It works
great on mass graded areas, finished pads, stock piles, roads, and
even fire access areas.

EROSION CONTROL

Envirotac line of polymers are ideal for erosion control. Upon

curing it will form a film/ lamination that strengthens the
surface of the soil. It creates a three-dimensional network
structure in the upper 1-2 centimeters of soil. This reduces the
turbidity of the soil run-off by keeping the soil particles in place.
It also reduces the soils permeability preventing water erosion,
yet still allows moisture and oxygen to permeate through the
film/ lamination which allows the soils to hold moisture longer
protecting the soil and plants from rapid dehydration.

OIL & GAS

Envirotac line of polymers are the perfect solution for oil roads,
oil-pads, storage areas, and frac pond lining. When Envirotac
bonds the soil particles, it will create a tough durable surface that
will withstand heavy loads and adverse weather conditions. It
works better than conventional methods at a fraction of the cost.
The time frame required to construct with Envirotac is greatly
reduced from traditional methods as well, so you can start work
immediately.

Envirotac II received the moniker Rhino Snot from its use on Camp Rhino when it was
brought in to prevent brown outs. Rhino Snot is so popular among the United States
Military other companies have tried to copy the name, but they can not copy the results.

Responsible for stopping fugitive dust on over 5,000 acres of mine tailings.
One application of Envirotac keeps dust from becoming airborne for up to
five years. Designed application equipment with ground psi under 5 to travel
over soft terrains.

Chevron

Parking lots throughout site.

Bakersfield, CA.
Build and stabilize parking lots throughout the
project. We also used Carbon Black to give the
aesthetics of asphalt. It was stripped with
asphalt paint to include parking stalls and road
markings.

Homa-Bay County Government / Oasis.

Kadongo - Gendia Road.

Homa - Bay Kenya.
Stabilize and waterproof roads to improve the infrastructure in
Homa-Bay County. We replaced the traditional method of using
Bitumen. We had better results at a fraction of the cost. Carbon
black was added.

The city of Tombstone, AZ needed to prevent existing dirt roads from
potholing and wash-boarding, while maintaining the historic dirt road look. Envirotac stabilized the roads
and made for the perfect solution. John Vermillion, CEO and Founder of Environmental Products was
awarded a key to the city and made Grand Marshall for their event honoring the OK Corral.

Oil Pads and Roads.

East Texas.
Created roads and oil-pads using Envirotac. Made it possible for
trucks to carry heavier loads at higher speeds. Prevented wear on
equipment.

Al Ain Highway Slope Repair.

Al Ain, Dubai
Repair slope erosion on the side of highways before they
deteriorated so much that it would destroy a main stretch
of roads. Prevent other areas from erosion. Preventative
maintenance saved the highway department substantial
money from having to repave roads.

Palm Oil Plantation.

Malaysia.
Roads were not drivable when wet due to soft soils. With the
addition of Envirotac the CBR went up 650% and trucks were
able to use the road regardless of weather conditions. Reduced
the soils permeability which is necessary in an area that receives
high amounts of rainfall.

Converting existing parade field into a hard surface
suitable for helicopter landing and take off. Converting existing runway that had deteriorated from non use or maintenance. We reclaimed the existing asphalt and made a runway
suitable for constant landing and take off of C-130s.
