The object model visible for end-user is changed.
End-user can create new empty database(s) for users data using "New Database"
functionality of application.
End-user can generate reports of object model and object model changes using print
functionality of Dictionary dialog of application.
Reports for object models and object model changes between network element releases
are also included at distribution package. Those are extracted to report subfolder when
application is run first time after installation.

Site-specific licenses are granted on request for customers. It should be noted that the
installation media does not contain any license to start using the software. Customer
licenses are delivered via local Nokia Solutions and Networks account team contacts
after getting purchase order.
License file planedit4.lf is required.
Note: All the trials with demo licenses should be run on workstations other than NetAct
WAS. This recommendation is due to insufficient user privileges on WAS file system,
which may prevent the software usage with demo licenses.
Note: The new license file format introduced at NetAct 8 is not applied at this delivery.
