Example: Regular wave analysis

Copy existing data file ShipNaut2.dat to ShipNautRegular2.dat

Remove the IRRE sub job type on the JOB command (Regular wave analysis by

default)
Adjust Deck 11 & Deck 13. Note that the CURR and WIND commands utilize a
different format to that in deck 13. The wave has an amplitude of 2m, with a period
of 8 seconds, and a direction of 315 degrees.
