Following are the important tips that should be taken under consideration for enhancing Memory Power.

1. The most important thing is to get up early before sun rises.


2. We should drink water up to 8 to 10 glasses per day as Water excretes harmful toxins from the body.
3. We should not pour warm water directly on our head as this deactivates our neurons cells.
4. We should intake five leaves of Tulsi early in the morning with water except sunday.
5. We should give pious water to rising sun. This activity enhances our mental intellect and wisdom to great
extent and it has been proved scientifically.
6. One should recite Sarasvatya mantra for better retention which enhances our concentration power.
7. We can nurture our brain by performing the most remarkable pranayam called Bhramri pranayam which
produces vibrations and sound like hymn bird. These vibrations reach to the neuron network of our brain
and incessantly activates them. This Pranayam should be done with empty stomach for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. We should touch our palate with our tongue while studying. It helps to have better retention.
9. For developing our concentration power we should look continuously at a point or on swastika yantra.
10. Our study posture should be in north east direction for better and quick retention.
11. We should study after regular intervals.
12. We should programmed our subconscious mind with positive auto instructions. Just like say to yourself. I
have strong memory power.
13. We should concentrate on our Agya chakra for better focus power.
14. We should take stroll in study interval.
15. We must think positive and creative.
16. If we are right handed, then we should use our left hand also. It will develop well synchronization between
our left and our right brain.
17. We should do every work with a thought. We should have keen observation power.
18. We should try to imagine lot of objects on our mind screen. This will strengthen our imagination power.
(this is a memory exercise).
19. We should do all the things with proper concentration and avoid vagrant thoughts.
20. We should take cow milk and ghee for making our brain attentive.
21. Amount of carbohydrates and fats should be reduced in our diet.
22. We should follow the fundamentals of celibacy and self restraint.
23. We should avoid the use of mobile phones. if there is any urgency, we can use it on our left ear with
proper gap.
24. We should cover our head in sunlight.
25. Smoking and drinking alcohol are the biggest hurdles in the enhancement of our memory power. So, avoid
these bad habits.
26. We must avoid tea and coffee overnight.
27. We should take proper sound sleep. Sleep is very important for our memory. This gives complete
relaxation to our mind.
28. We should not study overnight.
