a. Stage One:

Soft copy of the summer project report, PowerPoint presentation,and a 1 minute video of you
presenting your presentation should be submitted on the email id spriha.simsr@somaiya.eduby

31st July 2016.

Names of the files submitted should be in the following format

and the email subject should be in the following format

Final year students pursuing two year full-time MBA/PGDM/MMS program are eligible

for competing in SPRIHA.

The duration of the summer training should be 45-60 days in respective specialization.

3. GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION

No registration fee.
Multiple entries from one college are allowed.
The submitted project reports should be in the Microsoft Word format in Times New Roman font

(size 12) and single line spacing.

The cover page of each entry should contain student name, student email address, postal address
and phone number along with the functional areain which the projectshould be considered for
evaluation

i.e.

Finance/Marketing/Human

Resource/Operations

Management/Any

Other

Specialization.
The participants coming for presentation on 20thAugust, 2016 must carry their college ID-cards and

should be in business formals.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on 20 th August, 2016. The participants are supposed to
report one hour prior to the commencement of the event, i.e. at 9:00 AM.
The participants must carry 2 hardcopies of their project report.
The participants are requested to intimate the SIMSR P.R. team two days in advance, if they

require any special audio/visual arrangements.

All participants will be given Code Names and nowhere during the presentation or by dress code,

should the participants reveal the identity of their college.

All out-station participants shall be provided free hostel accommodation in SIMSR campus,
provided they confirm their participation one week in advance.
