cup rice ( washed and drained )


tsp mix herbs
bulb onion ( sliced )
stalks lemongrass ( crushed )
inch ginger ( sliced )
tsp black pepper ( mashed )
tsp caraway ( mashed )
tsp Maggi Cukup Rasa
cube Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
cup coconut milk
cup Nestle Low Fat Milk
tsp dried prawn
carrot ( diced )
gm fresh mushroom ( shreded )
gm cauliflower ( cut )
pandan leaf
cups of water
gm meat ( diced )

Method :
1) In an electric rice cooker, add in rice, water, mix herbs, sliced onion, lemongrass,
ginger, dried prawn, meat and pandan leaf. Switch on the rice cooker and let it
cook until the rice becomes soft and broken.
2) Add in black pepper, cauliflower, fresh mushroom, coconut milk and Nestle Low
Fat milk. Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
3) Put in cauliflower, carrot, Maggi Cukup Rasa and Maggi Concentrated Chicken
Stock. Bring to boil for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Pek Nga
Ingredients :

cups of wheat flour


cups of water
cup of Nestle Low Fat milk
tsp of salt
tsp of sugar

Method :
1) Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
2) In a non-stick pan, stir the batter ( cup ) until slightly brown.
3) Repeat the process until the batter is finished.

Sambal Sardin
Ingredients :

tbsp chili paste
tbsp Maggi chili sauce
tbsp Maggi Thai sauce
tbsp Maggi oyster sauce
tbsp Maggi seasoning
tbsp corn oil
tsp of salt
tsp of sugar
tsp of Maggi Cukup Rasa
bulb of onion ( sliced )

Method :
1. Heat oil.
2. Stir fry sliced onion until fragrant and brown.
3. Add chili sauce, Thai sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi seasoning, salt, sugar and sardine
and let it cook for 5 minutes.
4. Serve while hot.

packet of curry powder ( mix with water )


gm chicken ( diced )
gm dhal ( mashed )
potato ( diced )
carrot ( diced )
brinjal ( diced )
long beans ( cut into 1 inch length )
cup of coconut milk
cup of Nestle Low Fat milk
tsp Maggi Cukup Rasa
cube of Maggi chicken stock
tbsp corn oil
cup of water

Method :
1) Stir corn oil in a pan and fry ingredients A until it emits fragrant smell.
2) Put ingredients B and fry until it emits fragrant smell.
3) Put in curry paste and stir well.
4) Add chicken, potato, dhal and water. Cook well.
5) Add coconut milk, Nestle Low Fat milk, brinjal, carrot, long beans, Maggi chicken
stock, Maggi Cukup Rasa and salt. Boil for 10 minutes until it is well cooked.
6) Serve while hot.
