La Kusina 2015
M. Event Description
The La Kusina is an annual event that started in the year 2011, systematized by the
Hotelier's Club in collaboration with the Department of BSHRM WHICH which aims to enrich
the skills and talents of the Students in different aspects of the Hospitality Industry. This is
usually held on the midst of January or on the first week of February. It is designed to
provide an avenue that enhances and showcases the skills and talents of every BSHRM and
CAMB (formerly:CCMB) students. This skill competition is a way of promoting technical
education and skills development and in inculcating the value of hard work and excellence
among our students of course without setting aside the essence of comradeship.
