Chapter 1

Environment Begins with an “E”

…Clean Water, clean air and protection against the pollution of your property
by others…

These are the long standing principles of environmental action that form a core value
system underlying individual liberty and private property.

Today, the meaning of “the environment” has taken on a greatly expanded definition.
I‟m going to examine the new meaning of “environment” and place that meaning
within the globalist movement‟s efforts to “change” American systems of economics
and justice. In order to accomplish this I am going to examine the fully grown national
commitment to “saving the environment” and how that commitment is accomplishing
broad globalist agendas.

The national agenda for the environment translates into thousands of “Local Action
Plans”. These plans seek to achieve:

Globalist Green Programmes

Collectivize water
Create connecting” Wildland” corridors and fill them
with wild and dangerous animals
Internationalize the oceans and all ocean product
Centralize the production of all timber product
Reduce human mobility
Relocate people and housing into “Smart Growth”
zones
The green machine in Sonoma County, like its equivalent in Santa Cruz, is run by the
County‟s Planning Department with support from the County Counsel and Board of
Supervisors and various NGO‟s.

Here are a few examples of Sonoma County‟s commitment to this agenda:

1. Efforts have been made to meter private wells in this County.

Santa Cruz‟s Pajaro Valley began metering wells in the late 80‟s. By the
early 90‟s a tax was placed on the draw of one‟s own water. By 2000 the
tax was $200 an acre foot. Over $40 million was collected by the water
agency. In 2002 the agency was sued. In 2007 the appellate courts
ordered a return of the monies.

The plan had been to use the tax to fund the construction of pipeline
carrying water from the central valley in order to deposit it into the Pajaro
aquifer. Under recent state law revision, the commingling of water sources
eliminates the overlying land owner‟s property right in water. The farmers
were being set up! Only a timely filed lawsuit saved free enterprise farming
in the Pajaro Valley.

Today, Sonoma County is calling for “voluntary metering”. The planning

behind that call is unknown. But be assured the attack on water rights will
continue. Form a defense – a close watch is necessary.

2. Living units are being approved in Sonoma that have no garages. The
trend is to approve housing units with housing upstairs and business
enterprises downstairs. These units will be jammed along public
transportation routes in order to get you out of your car. In the name of the
environment of course! Insiders around the world call this new method of
living Smart Growth.
3. Rural residents will face increasing pressures in order that they too turn to
live in Smart Growth communities. Take the recent requirement that all
water courses come with a 100 foot setback. These attacks will grow.
NIMBYs who have supported rural land use restrictions are finding that
they become the victims of today‟s environmental restrictions. First they
came for the….
4. Biotic habitat zoning is coming to Sonoma! This effort, when undertaken in
Santa Cruz was defeated by active engagement by a few well informed
citizens. Many counties in California have adopted Habitat Conservation
measures. These measures are designed to implement “Wildland” zone.
These are areas to be made void of humanity presence or influences. This
is how green meets confiscation. This is how green defeats human
progress. The resource shortages following Wildland designations will
promote human population reduction targets.
5. The Green movement‟s legislative grand daddy is the Endangered Species
Act. The Tiger Salamander has been labeled an inhabitant of Sonoma
County. Masses of landscape throughout the state have been decreed as
tiger salamander habitat. Woe to the owners of these lands! Estimates are
that the designation has cost the local economy 900 million dollars as land
owners lose the use of their land.
6. Sonoma 2020 is a prototype Sustainable Development County General
Plan. The same title even appears across the state. Coordinate your local
understanding by reference to the 2020 process.
7. Remember how in the middle ages the Church sold indulgences that
promised to absolve actions in order to get a ticket to heaven. Our modern
form of indulgence is Carbon Credits. This scheme allows people like Al
Gore to remain in his 10,000 sq foot and still earn the praise of
environmentalists. He is buying “carbon credits” – his ticket to a green
heaven while continuing to live lavishly. The scheme is growing.

This financing scheme is used to further the green objective: the abolition
of private property. By wary of locals who follow the carbon credit path.

And remember this: In the 1920‟s Communist dictator V. Lenin said, “Few of
our agents understand our philosophy most are simply useful idiots”.

This is a partial overview of Sustainable organizations operating in or

influencing Sonoma policy. I like to call it the Sustainable fifth column in

Let‟s take a look behind the green curtain.

Chapter 2

The Three E’s of Sustainable Development

The environmental movement does not act in philosophical isolation. To really

understand the environmental movement one must also understand the three E‟s of
Sustainable Development. Sustainable Development is the local implementation of
the globalist master plan to create world governance in accordance with principles
that deny the existence of unalienable rights. Amazingly, there is wide, even
predominant, political support in the US for Sustainable Development.

Let‟s look at the nature and the support for the three E‟s of Sustainable Development.
The E‟s are Equity, Economics, and the Environment. Here is a slogan used by the
proponents:

Let‟s take a look behind the green curtain and see what is there.

Equity, the first “E”, means to restructure human nature. Like Communism, it is a
system of “social justice” that works to abolish the American concept of equal justice
in order to pursue the globalist ideal of “common good”. Pursuit of a centrally
determined “common good” ultimately requires a police state to suppress individual
freedoms.

Economy, the second “E”, relies on Fabian socialist economics. This, like Italian
Fascism, relies on business that wants the protection of government‟s legal force and
government that wants the power of business. Today, this is called “Public-Private
Partnership”.

Sustainable Development redefines free trade to mean centralized global trade

“freely” crossing national borders. This affects an international redistribution of
American financial and natural resources.

United Nations accredited Non-Governmental Organizations and other “non-profits”

are used as bridges to transform the American economy system. The goal is the
destruction of free enterprise and abolition of private property step by step.
Sustainable Development policy accounts for the “outsourcing” of domestic industry,
the rise of national indebtedness and the proceeding loss of national sovereignty.
The idea that each of us has a life that is our own is being abandoned. This is what
the Green movement fronts. We must learn to become wary of green policy!

Environment, the third “E” is not really about “saving” nature. Rather it is about a
revolutionary coup in America. It is to establish global governance and abandon the
principles of Natural Law. Sustainable Developers are committed to abolish private
property and to destroy individual liberty, equal justice and limited government.
Sustainable Development uses a link-by-link approach to:

 Subvert the principles of the Declaration of Independence

 Destroy the governing authority of the United States Constitution
 Turn America - indeed any sovereign nation – into a globally governed
“homeland” where human beings are treated as biological resources subject
to “human rights”

The politically based Green movement camouflages Sustainable Developers in their

work to transform the American systems of justice, economics and government.
Chapter 3.

Sustainable Development Is Reordering America

America and the world are being reordered. On the world scene, America pursues a
“preemptive” foreign policy with bloody results. Within America, town and county
reordering is largely bloodless.

 American schools largely ignore the foundational basis of freedom – the

recognition of individual‟s unalienable rights.
 Financial interests in America are becoming lost in the increasingly inevitable
collapse of America‟s “fiat” or funny money system.
 Politicians think America is a democracy and that they direct our course.

Uneasiness is rising in mainstream America. People know that something is wrong -

and that it is getting worse. What do we do?
People must understand the nature of Liberty or human freedom will be lost.

The big step in preserving liberty is to understand the scheme behind the reordering
of America.

In short, the scheme is the globalist philosophy‟s attacks on unalienable rights. These
attacks include:

1. Abolition of private property

2. Change to global governance based on public decree, not individual rights

3. Reduce human population

America‟s Declaration of Independence established that government exists to protect

each individual‟s unalienable right to his life, liberty and property. The globalists wish
to overrule this concept and “change” forever the cornerstone for tomorrow‟s
American experience.

At its essence, the globalist regime seeks to destroy the concept of unalienable
rights. Remember the environmental movement is front for something far broader!

We are on the threshold of mankind‟s greatest defeat. Our liberty is being lost under
pressure of national and global crisis. This is occurring under the banner of
Sustainable Development policy. If we lose this battle, liberty will be lost and the
human experience will become dark – for a very long time.

As liberty fades, technology will be the agent of an elite‟s subjugation of humanity.

Let’s explore Sustainable Development philosophy and policy

The Sustainable Development philosophy is designed to bring human beings across

the globe under the control of human elite. Sustainable Developers designed a global
movement to be coordinated though a global-to-local action plans. The goal is to
create world governance in accordance with specific objectives.
These objectives include:

 An end to national sovereignty

 Abolishing private property
 Restructuring the family unit
 Increased limits and restrictions on mobility
 Increased limits and restrictions on individual opportunity

The methods employed to achieve these objectives are being funded by the federal
government. The objectives are being achieved via a thousand points of darkness
including:

 U.S. monetary policy

 Tax policy
 Water policy
 Environmental policy
 War policy
 Education policy
 Foreign policy

The focus of Sustainable Development is to abolish private property, push societal

undermining of the family and abandon Constitutional protection of unalienable
rights. Green is a major tool designed to lure the people into a massive loss of
human dignity and potential.

In America, the globalist Sustainable Development movement is comprised of:

 The Democrat party leadership

 The Republican party leadership and association (www.IDU.org)
 Communist anarchists
 Libertarian anarchists
 Greens
 Public/private partnerships including many multinational corporations
 Socialists
 Neo Conservatives
 Capitalists
 „Third Way‟ Fabians
  Something for everyone!

Consensus among the political types has been declared! Ordinary Americans will pay
the price – the price is a loss of their liberty.

The Decay of Liberty – an illustration

The American culture is experiencing the consequence of a decline of individual

responsibility and a rise in dependency. The principle of genuine free trade that
guides an honest economy has been abandoned. Instead we live with increasing
subsidies, barriers to entry, government regulation and government intervention into
the lives of what could and should be a free citizenry. The ethics of special interest
politics vest power in the hands of big government liberals and big government
conservatives while our freedoms vanish.

The consequence of this decline has been an alteration of the purpose of American
social, political and economic institutions. One example is charity. In a free society,
charity receives contributions from some in order to help others. In essence, charity
is both a broker and an agent of benevolence. But in modern society, many charities
are 501(c) (3)‟s that seek grants of coerced tax revenue in exchange for regulatory
compliance to government mandates. As a consequence, the incentives for
charitable action are shifted from genuine benevolence to the creation of a growing
case load. This growing case load is dependent upon the receipt of ever larger
government grants. Coercive sources of money are incompatible with benevolent
giving; shifting charitableness from benevolence to bureaucracy contributes to social
decay.

The cause of this decay is not accidental. It can be traced in part at least to the
political globalist movement. Now, as opposed to forty years ago, there is a
documented plan for the creation of a global state collective and it is called
“Sustainable Development.”

Here are examples of circumstances to help you connect the dots:

Funny money

U.S. Federal Reserve notes are funny money with no real backing. These notes are
simply decreed, printed and therefore “fiat”. Throughout history fiat money has
always ended in failure. Consider the following:

1. How long before the Federal Reserve or a successor issues new American
currency?
2. What would destruction of today‟s fiat dollar bring to ordinary people?
3. Would it lead to repressive and controlling changes in our form of
government?

To analyze sustainable methodology you need to understand our monetary system

To further your understanding you need to recognize the efforts to abolish private

Sustainable Developers are changing the American economic system from free
enterprise to Public-Private Partnership. In a free society, understanding the role of
private property is the key to a successful defense of individual liberty. George
Washington said it succinctly: “Private property and freedom are inseparable”.

Communitarian Law

To understand the big picture, you need to recognize the advance of so-called
Communitarian Law. This is moving us from equal justice to a system of “social
justice”. American law is being transformed to meet the “equity” requirements of
Sustainable Development. Original American law was written to protect the
individual. The evolving Communitarian principles protect the interests of “society” as
discerned by a manipulative elite power base and their field agents.

Educational indoctrination

Many will understand the globalist takeover in America when they realize the level of
educational indoctrination in our government schools. For several years I have
asserted that California has made “the environment” central to the teaching of all
school subjects through legislation. In May, 2007 the Santa Cruz County Office of
Education announced it plans to include environmental agenda in ALL subject areas
in ALL grades. A similar program is being introduced in 19 other California counties.

It is important that mom and dad find out just what is happening in their schools.
The Federal Department of Education has proclaimed 2006 to 2015 as the “Decade
of Sustainable Development Education”.

This puts responsibility for our children‟s educational growth in dangerous hands.
You need to take appropriate action to protect your children and lead others to an
understanding of this issue.

Sustainable Development and Smart Growth are global collectivism. The goal is to
abolish private property and end the American era of equal justice both promoted
under the green banner. These programs have made substantial advance at all
levels of American government and business.

Drastically reducing human population is a tenet of Sustainable Development. To

create a global-to-local connection, it operates locally. It creates political regions to
eliminate political boundaries.

Sustainable Developers, as did their predecessors, cloud the issues while operating
in the shadows. They design and promote plans that will subjugate humanity to a
“new order.”

Obtain and circulate our core pamphlet that is circulating worldwide. Remember the
fight is local!
This evolving political/economic movement has moved at a turtle‟s pace for over a
century. Their leaders have long promised that the turtle will become a hare as the
„change‟ takes place.

Is now that time?

It is time to understand the threat, defend liberty and spread the word!

America’s Central Problem Comes From Manipulation of a Left/Right Political

Spectrum.

An artificial Dialectic is a contrived or man-made process that poses seemingly

opposite objectives. The intent is to create a predetermined outcome. This is a form
of psychological manipulation that identifies a “thesis” and corresponding “antithesis”.
In an artificial Dialectic the thesis and the antithesis are chosen and pursued to
achieve a predetermined “synthesis” - the real objective of the sponsors.
The challenge for these manipulators is to bracket the public‟s “choice” between
contrasting alternatives. Each alternative is predicated on legal positivism. Under a
legal positivism régime the “rights” of man are granted and revoked. For example,
there is no philosophical difference between human rights and animal rights.

The artificial Dialectic right wing “thesis” is formed by people and organizations who
advocate combining the force of government with the power of business or Public-
Private Partnerships.

The artificial Dialectic left wing populist “antithesis” is designed to rally groups of
people around the concept of social justice. Social justice is: Using the law to
engineer society. The objective of Sustainable Development is to end the era of
equal justice.

You say, “Not possible. Americans would never accept a silent tyranny‟s revolution!”
Consider these questions:

 Will Americans accept an old game wrapped in a new cover?

 Will Americans accept an evolving Fabian system of central, controlled and
managed economics that abolishes private property and free enterprise using
 an authoritarian justice system; if it is wrapped in a “new” central organizing
principle?

Such is the purpose of the environmental movement. The Green Curtain masks
human subjugation.

Sustainable Environmentalism attempts to put nature before ordinary man. This

subordinates man‟s property, liberty and life to elitist manipulation made in the name
of the environment! It is essential that you recognize the central purpose behind
today‟s environmental scares. This is the artificial Dialectic behind Sustainable
troubles. Artificial Dialectic is fueled by Environmental scares.

The phony “battle” between right and left is moving society downward, step-by-step,
toward the transformation of America.

Sustainable Development is the synthesis of the artificial dialectic. The purpose of

Sustainable Development is to create a government controlled society.

Here are some budding examples of emerging efforts to take down liberty piece by
piece in 2008:

The Trans Texas Corridor

The Trans Texas Corridor is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the state of
Texas and Cintra, a Spanish corporation. The Corridor will open borders and give an
open landing in America. This colossal road will infuse political and economic
Sustainable Globalism into and throughout America. The transportation and
communication corridor is being built in Mexico and prepped for the US. It will offer a
direct flow, throughout the US, of Chinese product without border customs. The
consequences of creating this PPP include an economic, and perhaps a military,
Trojan horse.
The Trans Texas Corridor is the literal pathway to economic equalization of nations.
To meet the Economy “E” global economic equalization objectives, the system
requires global management of trade. Global trade management requires bringing
down American production and middle class standards of living. American economic
submission and political regionalization is designed to lead to a borderless world. The
Trans-Texas Corridor fits this design as a major step toward world governance.

Are Americans ready to throw their fate to the wind? Governor Perry and the D.C.
bureaucracy have combined to pull an increasing fast one over Texans and all of
America. The battle is building. The war becomes lost otherwise!

Now let‟s look at an application of the environmental E in the northwest. The Y2Y
“corridor” runs for 2000 miles – From Yukon to Yellowstone. The “region” or Wildland
Corridor incorporates hunks of 5 states.
International treaties originating from the UN result in controlling all land use in these
Wildland zones. Wildland zones are to be void of people and immune from resource
extraction. Owning and operating a ranch in the Y2Y will become more difficult as
this takedown effort will persist. Adoption of the Y2Y by the state of Washington
failed last month to garner legislative approval. Chalk up a battle victory for the
citizens! The war rages.

Another Sustainable global to local battle has been waged in Queensland Australia.
There legislation was enacted that:

 Withdrew the state from the Constitution of Australia,

 Negated the common law,
 Outlawed profit on land sales,
 Abolished inheritance rights in land
 And established a private corporation, Brigalow, to manage and control the
new government.

Farmers must coordinate their activities with Brigalow under which condition they are
awarded the “right” to live on their farm for the rest of their life. Private property in
land in abolished. The new system coordinates and implements globalist governance

Finally, the global breakdown of common law is accelerating. This month the Queen
of England signed a treaty surrendering British Sovereignty. The treaty was approved
by Parliament last month. England is now to become part of the European Union on
January 1, 2009. The treaty was narrowly approved by Parliament. The Free World is
falling without a shot being fired.

America is planning to create a common defense and trade program and legal
harmonization with Canada and Mexico.

Say goodbye to American Sovereignty and the common law. America is falling to the
globalist Green Curtain.
Chapter 5.

What Can You Do When Human Liberty

Is Under Great Threat?

Inform yourself and others

Cause freedom to become solidly anchored by promoting the ideals of private property.
Understand that globalism, uses phony economic principles and denies the concepts of
unalienable rights and national sovereignty. Globalism obtains power through the operation
of a fiat money system. Modern globalism seeks to establish an enslaving system of world
governance. Globalists do this work behind a Green curtain.

When people understand the issues, each person will find their way to contribute to saving
America. They will do this for the benefit of the current and future generations.

Sustainable Development is a Global to Local Plan of Action. At this time, our defense of
liberty is hard pressed to cause any affect on the US participation in globalist organizations
such as:

 The World Bank,

 The International Monetary Fund,
 The Bank of International Settlements,
 The World Trade Organization,
 And the United Nations.

What we can affect is the “Local” implementation of Globalism. Understand what we are up
against. Know thy enemy or be defeated.

One method of contribution is to expose local consensus councils. Study and instinct can
be used to neutralize the mind numbing séances labeled “charettes”.

Another method is to watch the schools – the curriculum, the philosophy and the Action.
Report to parents.

Another is by spreading the word of the Sustainable transformation of America– reporting,

distributing, speaking out…
Find the proper circumstances to present this human dilemma to your industry, to your
church, your bridge friends and your family. Work for wins – don‟t count the losses – learn
from mistakes. Get prepared – take the field.

Become active and stay alert to the broadening freedom movement. Our website, Freedom

Our common challenge is to spread the word of the American predicament. In order to do
that we must become active. As we do, solutions exist and will rise!

Let‟s take one last look at Sustainable Development‟s Three E‟s.

The Three “E‟s” are better characterized as the “three colors”. The first color is red. The
Red Coats present society with “Social” or “Communitarian” justice! Next are the Brown
Shirts with a fascist economic system euphemistically dubbed “public private partnership”
Lastly, working to justify the creation of an ever increasing green police state come the
Green Coats.

New systems of justice and economics are being advanced under cover of a political-
environmental spirituality. Sustainability is happening:

 Will we lose by default and ignorance?

 Is the human spirit gone?
 Have we been dumbed out?
I do not think so

Some people will suffer regrets when they realize that the threat is real and the party is
over. Too many will continue to live in denial. And a few will grow more desperate in pursuit
of the Sustainable Development goals.

But people who are committed to Liberty will discover and understand the tyranny behind
Sustainable Development:

People can discover

 Self evident truth

 A political system dedicated to individual liberty
 The 10 Commandments or similar moral paths

We can rise to meet the greatest challenge mankind has faced. We can challenge and
defeat Sustainable Development.

When we do that we will have protected and preserved mankind‟s greatest achievement –
America‟s Declaration of Independence.

Long live Freedom!
