Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?
It really put into perspective how much there is to keep track of when working out
and dieting. I believe from this class I was able to learn how to keep track of my
chaloric intake and set up my workouts better.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


By using it to set up dieting programs and workout plans for me in the future. I am
now able to effectively keep track of my body.

3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?


My intention to keep exercising to stay in shape and become stronger and live a
healthy life. I enjoy working out and making myself the best that I can.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


I personally enjoyed the course a lot and the assingments were very clear.
