White Kofta Curry

White Kofta Curry


Ingredients:
Chicken (Minced) 250 g
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
White pepper 1tsp
Salt To taste
Bread slice 1 slice
Roasted chickpeas 1 tbsp
Oil cup
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Coconut (Grated) 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Curd cup
Onion (Paste) 3
Egg 1
Onion (Chopped) 1
Green chilies 5-6
Coriander leaves A few
Method:
In a blender, mix together the bread slices, green chilies, chickpeas,
poppy seeds, coconut, salt, white pepper, onion, and egg.
Mix the mince and shape into balls.
In a pan heat oil and add the onion paste. Fry till golden, then add
curd, almonds paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and
saut.
Add the koftas to the onion paste mixture.
Now cover the pan and let everything simmer for 5 minutes, or until
the mince is cooked through and the oil begins to separate from the
gravy.
Add water to make gravy, and cook further on a low heat for 5 minutes
more.
Serve with Nan.
