Reviewed and took on records the Compliance Reports of all laws applicable to the
Company as per Regulation 17 (3) of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015.

Affirmed Compliance with the Code of Conduct by Senior Management personnel of the
Company as per Regulation 27 of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015.
