Sealed tenders under single stage two enveloped (Technical +Financial) are invited under PPRA
rules 2014 for the purchase of following items for Vocational Training Institute Lalamusa from
registered firms with income tax and sales tax departments with valid NTN.
Tender documents having complete specification with all terms and conditions may be collected
from the office undersigned on written request by depositing tender fee mentioned below against
each items (non-refundable) in shape of pay Order/Demand Draft/Cross Cheque in favor of
Vocational Training Institute Lalamusa.

Sealed tenders (Technical +Financial) can be submitted till July 15, 2016 till 11:00 am and will be
opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representative of firm (if any)
at Mohallah Saida Goal Khawas Pur Road Near Darbar Masoom Shah Lalamusa District Gujrat,

Terms & Conditions:

1. Tenders (Technical + Financial) should be submitted collectively in separate enveloped
marked as technical and financial.
2. Call deposit in Favor of Principal Vocational Training Institute Lalamosa @ 5% (as per
tender documents) of estimated budget (as mentioned above) should be attached with the
Technical Bid.
3. Tender received after due date and time will not be brought under consideration.
4. Attested Copies of income tax and sales tax should be furnished by the firm along with the
tender.
5. Purchaser/Competent authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to be
acceptance of a bid or proposal, Purchaser shall upon request communicate to any bidder,
the ground for its rejection of all bids or proposal, but shall not be required to justify those
grounds.
6. Rate mentioned in the tender should be valid till September 2016.
7. As per Govt Rules income tax, GST and any other Govt. Tax (if applicable) will be
responsibility of the bidder.
8. Delivery period of all items shall be 20-45 days from the issuance of purchase order
depending upon quantity and items.
