Week # of rotation: 1 Total hours for the week: 56.5 Date: 6/20/2016 Total hours for the day: 11.5 Today I started at Notre Dame. I restocked the fueling stations around the athletic complex. I did inventory of the snacks in the football lounge. I made an educational board about gaining weight and losing weight. I helped the RD input the football teams vitamin D level data into a spreadsheet. I made protein shakes for the football team. I restocked things throughout the day. I got to observe a Bod Pod measurement. Date: 6/21/2016 Total hours for the day: 12 Today I got to complete a bod pod analysis on a tennis player. I also restocked everything in the lounge and other fueling stations. I went to the hockey arena with a RD to talk to kids in a hockey camp about nutrition. She gave a power point presentation about proper sports nutrition. We also handed out granola bars to the kids. I got the fueling station ready for the football team before and after practice. We went to a talk by Daren McManies who is the director of mental conditioning. He talked about everything he did for his old team, which was San Francisco Giants. He discussed his strategies he used to prepare the team mentally for practices and games. Date: 6/22/2016 Total hours for the day: 13 Today I preformed a Bod Pod for a lacrosse player. I reviewed his results and compared them to last years results. I also met with the head RD, Dwight, to discuss projects he would like me to complete. I observed a cycling competition for the summer Olympics between the employees. I set up a video with cooking demos on it for a fueling station for the athletes. I stocked the swimming and basketball fueling station. I packed dinners for football players who are in class during training tables. I made post workout protein shakes and set up the post workout table for the football team. I made a handout for the football tables. It will have weight gain and weight loss tips on it for the players to read while eating. Date: 6/23/2016 Total hours for the day: 11 Today I stocked everything in the football lounge and our storage room. I made shakes for the football team and made sure they had plenty of water and Gatorade. I also wrote down the calories, protein, and fiber for each product in the football lounge. I made a spreadsheet for an RD for snacks they will order for training camp. I worked on making the basketball menus for the mens team. I sat in on a counseling session with an RD and baseball player. Date: 6/24/2016

Today I set up the lounge and made shakes for the football team. I helped pass out the shakes and post workout snacks to the players. I got a campus tour of Notre Dame and did some office work for the RDs.
