Professional Practice Term

PPT is a Learn & Earn period; hence trainees have
access to the companies production environment,
live clients and live work. The trainees are assigned to
a mentor who monitors individual performance during
the PPT period and provides feedback on his/ her
performance.

Young Engineers Program (YEP)

HCL TalentCares engineering hiring program is called YOUNG ENGINEERS
PROGRAM (YEP). This is a unique training cum employment program aimed at fresh
engineers. Students selected for YEP are trained for 3 months at HCL TalentCares
campus in Manesar and the job profile they get as for Specialist Engineer Profile
is in the area of systems administration for Windows, Networking, Solaris and Linux
where as for the Software Engineer Profile they are expected to provide Quality
Technical Software Support & Maintenance through rigorous programming and
documentation.
