Procedural Steps

Identification of Schools
List of tehsil wise middle/elementary schools in the province of Balochistan will be prepared.
(Middle/elementary schools will be selected in those tehsils where high schools do not exist).
Collaboration
Different NGOs (working in women education sector in Balochistan) and Govt. sector
organizations will be contacted for the purpose of collaboration to use existing infrastructure of
schools.
Developing LMS
An LMS will be developed with following features.
Rosters: A digital roll call sheet for tracking attendance and for sending invitations to class
participants.
1- Registration Control: The ability to monitor and customize the registration processes of eLearning
curriculum.
2- Document Management: Upload and manage documents containing curricular content.
3- Multiple device access: Delivery of course content over web-based interfaces such as desktops, phones or
tablets.
4- Distributed instructor and student base: Remote participation by the instructor or pupil allows
courseware to feature multiple teachers or experts from across different locations.
5- Delivery of course content in multiple data forms: It is possible to deliver course content in various data
forms including animations, video, audio, graphics, and presentations.
6- Course calendars: Creation and publication of course schedules deadlines and tests.
7- Student Engagement: Interaction between and among students, such as instant messaging, email, and
discussion forums.
8- Assessment and testing: Creation of varied knowledge retention exercises such as short quizzes and
comprehensive exams

9- Grading and Scoring: Advanced tracking and charting of student performance over time.
10- Online Account Management: Online accounts management on LMS
11- Reporting: Multiple administrative reports can be generated through LMS

Hiring of Teaching and Administrative Staff

Education experts will be hired

To perform the role of subject specialists in interview panel

To develop standard lesson plans for each subject
To give teachers training

E-Content Development
E-learning material will be developed by VU for 9-10 Grade students. This e-learning material
will serve as an audio visual aid for the students. E-learning material will be developed for both
Science and Arts group. Following are the subjects for 9-10 Grade:
Arabic, Balochi, Biology, Chemistry , Civics, Computer Science, Education, English, General
Science , History, Home Economics, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Pak Studies, Pashto, Physics,
Urdu
Identification of Prospective Students
List of pass out students of selected middle/elementary schools will be used to identify
prospective students for virtual school. Students will be admitted in virtual schools and classes
will be commenced.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Project will be monitored and evaluated every month based on data from LMS.
