We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Un-audited Financial Resutts of AW NATURAL

PRODUCTS LIMITED ,NO.6O RUKMANI TAKSHMIPATHY SAI.AI, EGMORE, CHENNAI 600 OO8 fOr thc
quarter ended 30th June 2016 . This statement is the responsibitity of the Company's management
and has been approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10th August 2016. Our
responsibitity is to issue a report on these financial statements based on our review.
We have conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410,

Review of lnterim Financiol lnformationPerformed by the lndependent Auditors of the

Entity,issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we
plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial statements
are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarity to inquiries of company personnel
and anatytical procedures apptied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit.
We have not performed an audit and accordingty, we do not express an audit opinion.'

Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to
betieve that the accompanyrng statement of unaudited financial resutts prepared in accordance
with Accounting Standards as per Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013, read with Rute 7 of the
Companies (Accounts) Rutes, 2014 and other accounting principtes generalty accepted in India and
other recognised accounting practices and poticies has not disclosed the information required to be
disclosed in terms of Regutation 33 of the SEB! (Listing Obtigations and Disctosure Requirements)
Regutations, 2015 inctuding the manner in which it is to be disctosed, or that it contains any

materiat misstatement.
