1 Access means that there is a reporting workspace that is accessible in the application; not requiring a separate URL. Customers should be able to view, export, manage, create and
edit reports from within the application.
2 Source of Data Access means what the customers see at the presentation layer to access data for their report / analysis. An on-premise customer would most likely query the DB table
fields directly to get the results they want. Public cloud customers are usually presented access to the underlying data model in a more meaningful way; online using an abstraction layer.
This also allows the cloud vendor to enforce application level row and column-based security.
3 Delivery options: Am I able to schedule or run reports and mark it to be faxed or sent to an email, printer, and web folder etc.
4 Learning has its own report designer solution and is being gradually added to the SFSF Online Report Designer.

We commit to Full coverage within the apps covered and if we come across anything not in the
reporting framework it is logged as a P2 JIRA for immediate attention by Engineering.
11 A form is the HTML page (UI) where customers see and work on their data.
12 Solution includes security maps: A report to check and view security setup. Visibility to the level of data access for a user role. For e.g. Identify which role(s) do not have data access
to a particular task? Multiple roles can be added to a user. Having visibility to what roles a user is a member of and their permissions can reduce a lot of unnecessary calls to CS. (In fact,
support folks do get a lot of service requests that are access related.)
