We refer to the interview you had with us and in accordance therewith, we are pleased to offer you
the above post on Fixed Term Contract with effect from March 14, 2016 to June 13, 2016 with the
following terms and conditions of service. However, please note that this contract shall cease upon
reaching the specific date stipulated in this contract or upon the completion of the task/ project for
which you were recruited, whichever the event occurs first.

Salary

This salary is inclusive of all statutory and other allowances. You will not be entitled
to any other monetary benefits.

Accountability
You will be accountable to the Head of xxxxxxxxxxx

Provident Fund
You are required to be a member of the Employees Provident Fund to which you will
contribute 8% of your salary and the company will contribute 12% of your salary each
month. The Company will also contribute 3% of your salary each month to the Employees
Trust Fund.

Working Hours
Your normal working hours would be from 8.00 am to 5.20 pm on week days. However your
hours of work may vary periodically and you will be kept informed of such variations. You
will be required to ensure that your services are readily available during such times.

Medical Examination
It is a term of your employment that all times you are physically and mentally fit. You may
be required to be medically examined at any stage by a Qualified Registered Medical
Practitioner or a Board of Practitioners.

Medical Insurance
You will be covered under the existing Medical Insurance Scheme, where you are entitled to
get reimbursements for all Medical & Surgical treatment as per the limits stipulated in the
Surgical and Hospitalization Insurance Policy.

Security Search
Should circumstances arise requiring the Company to search the person, luggage, vehicle or
other effects belonging to you, you expressly authorize the Company to carry out such a
search and expressly waive all claims for compensation arising from such a search.

Termination of Employment
This contract of employment will automatically cease on 13-06-2016.
Should you decide to terminate your employment with the Company before the above date
you will be required to give at least one months notice in writing of your intention to do so
or pay to the Company a sum equivalent to one months salary in lieu of such notice. The
Management shall be entitled to terminate your employment at any time without cause, with
a months notice or on payment of a sum equivalent to a months salary in lieu of such notice.
Your services can also be summarily terminated by the Company for such conduct as may be
deemed to be misconduct, absenteeism, inefficiency, negligence or breach of any express or
implied term or condition of employment or if you suffer from any affliction, illness or
disease or in the event of you suffering any physical disfiguration which in the Companys
opinion, would render you unsuitable to perform your duties.

General
a.

You shall serve the Company exclusively, faithfully and diligently, give your whole
time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company , observe and perform
all lawful directions, whether written or oral, that may be given to you from time to
time.

b.

Whether during or outside working hours or whether at the workplace or otherwise,


you shall not conduct yourself in a manner which may, or is likely to cause or to be
calculated to cause damage to the reputation and/or activities of the Company.

c.

You shall not either directly or indirectly, engage or be concerned in any other
employment or receive fees or pay from others for services rendered, without the
written consent from the Company.

d.

You shall not receive or accept, whether directly or indirectly except with the written
consent from the Company, any profit or commission or any other gain arising out of
or from any business enterprise undertaking or any contract in relation to the
Company.

Suspension
The company shall have the right to suspend you from services with or without pay either
as a disciplinary measure or pending inquiry proceedings.

Confidential Information
You shall not divulge any confidential information pertaining to the Company that can be
regarded as confidential or any matters or information of secrecy which you may come to
learn in the course of your duties to any outside person, Company, either incorporated or
unincorporated, without prior written sanction of the Management or disseminate any
derogatory information that will be likely to injure the interests or the reputation of the
Company. In the event of such an act on your part being brought to the notice of the
Management, the Company reserves the absolute right to terminate your services without any
notice or compensation.

If the terms and conditions herein contained are acceptable to you, please sign and return the second
