PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
VANTAGE AGORA PVT LTD

Worked for 4.8 years in KPO insurance industry for Vantage Agora
Marketing PVT LTD. (From June 2010 to Feb 2015)

Started my carrier as a Junior Rater & then moved on to become a

Senior Rater.

My daily work involved analyzing risk, quoting a premium using a

computer based application, analyzing loss runs & processing
insurance policies.

Got promoted as Assistant Trainer and i also worked as team lead for
few projects
My job involved quality control of the risks quoted & policy issued. I
was also responsible to improve the quality of the whole process.
My responsibilities include motivating and inspiring the team members
to achieve the target, communicating with the client.
Transitioning of new processes and getting them signed off by the
client.
I was also conducting training programs for all the new joinees to the
organization and was a part of all the induction programs
Signing off my team on the process updates and changes in the ways
of working.
Conducting trainings for new hires and process changes.
Work on the reports and update the same on the client portal.

Updating the training updates and the documents in the portal.

Conducting weekly client calls.
Conducting Product Knowledge Test for all the employees across the
