XJ250 Workover and flushby Rig Technical Specification

XJ250 self-propeller Workover Rig is a special facility for oil field. Design rated
hook load is 400Kn(88185lbs), The Max. hook load is 675Kn(150000lbs), Servicing
depth is 3200m(10667ft) (2 7/8EUE tubing ), Carrier driving type: 8X6 Strong
frame is made of wing span sectional material. Power package will be adopted
Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison transmission. The engine power is transmitted
to PTO and from PTO either to working unit or to carrier driving shaft. PTO power
upper output: through propeller shaft transmit to angle gear box, to chain, to bailing
drum. Using clutch can be completed bailing and swabbing work. The power of
bailing drum has be transmitted to main drum by chain and clutch; using clutch can
be completed hoisting work.
PTO power lower output: through propeller shaft to carrier front axle and rear
axle complete driving function. The PTO has a handle to control servicing work or
carrier driving work; it cant be completed at same time.
The carrier load is rational distributed; its very good in driving and cross-country
function. Every core assembly must have enough space to operating and servicing.
The workover rigs property of resistant to wind, sand vibration is very good too, it
working temperature is in -2045

4.4 Angle gear box.
Steels shell, spiral bevel gear is forging steel, the input and output shaft is made of
high grade alloy steel, splash lubrication. The transfer power will be suffice.

4.6 Drawwork
The drawwork has double drum. Main drum has Lebus groove, match cross ring
valve to protect crown. The drum shaft is made of high grade alloy steel. Main drum
is adopted similar ATD-224H gas bag trust disc clutch, brake rim is cooled by
splash water. So is the bailing drum. The brake rim of main drum and bailing drum
is made of alloy steel. There is protective device in the front of main drum guard
cover.

Bailing drum control system main include change shift valve, clutch controlling
valve, engine kill valve, control desk is on the stage that is in the middle of main
drum and bailing drum, it is at opposite side of brake so operating will be central
convenient, easy.
4.7 Derrick and Traveling System:
The derrick is telescopic structure. Upper and lower of body is made of 16Mn
square pipe. Net is 21m(70ft). The mast is raised and telescoped by different
hydraulic cylinder, it is centralizing and reliability. The substructure fit a angle
gauge, the dip angle of mast is 5.55.2when it is normal working.
The crown block of derrick is a similar box integrity structure. The sheaves are
adopted rolled part and having dynamic balance test. The wire lines groove
arcograph design act on API 8A requirement and relative wire line. The wire line
seat have wire line retainer to prevent wire line jump groove. The crown shaft has
heat treatment and fault detection. The crown is adopted 32 system. The crown
have guardrail, it is safety and reliability. There is a layer bumper on the crown
block seat.
The racking board pipe finger is cross arranged, its distance can be adjusted. The
pipe finger have safe link to prevent drilling rod and oil tube slipping. The racking
board has space for outstep drilling to convenience tube throw from the driller side.
The racking board and basket of pumping rod automatic open and cling while the
upper body of mast outspread and contract.

4.10 Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system consists of some back way: pump (include oil tank), jack, winch,
mast raising, mast telescoping, and the relative parts is included too. It supply the
tong power.
Main assy and parts of hydraulic system include: main pump, winch, break cylinder,
raising cylinder, telescoping cylinder and oil level oil pressure indicator etc. The
pump and 4-link valve use import device. System central controlling is at the
opposite of driller operating platform. Its main controlling assy and parts have
protecting function. Its action is stabilizer and reliability.

alarm, throttle control, engine kill, working and driving interlock, carrier driving brake
and parking brake etc can be completed by air compressor connected with air line.
Air compressor equips pressure adjustor. Max limiting pressure is 0.95MPa

Air tank capacity is 0.155m it equipped safe valve( arrangement pressure:
1.05MPa) and automatic degassing, dewater switch. The valves of carrier are
centralized in cab. The valves and gauges of working unit are centralized in driller
box act on man- machine engineering principle. The driller box is made of stainless
plate welding structure. All lines are adopted FESTO import parts (include joint)
4.12 Electric System
Both driving and working light system, the power source of carrier drive system is
24V; it is supplied battery and silicon rectifier generator. Its main function includes
generator starting, monitoring sign light of carrier different light and sound parts.
The power source of working unit is supplied outside AC 110V/460V/60Hz, its main
function includes mast and well head lighting. There is a red warning light on the
mast top; the electric line is protected with steel pipe. The mast is fitting seven
vapor proof fluorescent light, the working unit is two. The electric system is central
controlled in vapor proof box. The gauge, light switch and joint etc use professional
company vapor proof product.
