This Airworthiness Directives lay down minimum requirements for air sports equipment
mentionedunderLTFL3,whicharetoensurethattheuseofairsportsequipmentforthe
beabsichtigtenpurposeisharmlessandthepublicorderandsafetyisnotjeopardized.
LTFL3Applicability
a. This provision contains lt minimum Luftt chtigkeitsforderungen f o r the
Musterpr audit of nonmotorized or motorized Luftsportger th, the following
conditionserfcases:
