Rolaworx drawers have truly earned their place in the cargo space of commercial vehicles.

The double drawer allows you to double your cargo space while also improving efficiency
by the ability to roll the cargo out to the operator. Access to the cargo is mostly from
the rear due to the drawer operation, thereby ensuring protection for the paintwork on
the vehicle. Each drawer has a 400kg weight capacity and an inbuilt braking system to
brake the motion of the drawer at approximately every 300mm to ensure the safety of
the operator. The standard depth of the lower drawer is either 290mm or 235mm more
commonly 290mm. The sides on the top drawer are 80mm. These dimensions can be
increased or decreased for specific purposes see details re height extensions.
The drawers are fitted with ply retainer channels to enable you to remove and replace
dividers to help to arrange your cargo. There is no need to fit these dividers if you need a
larger area.
There is also an option to add a shelf above this drawer to add to your capacity further. All
Rolaworx drawers are guaranteed for 2 years

SINGLE WITH SHELF

The single drawer with shelf doubles your cargo space and just the lower
drawer will roll out to the operator. Access to the cargo is mostly from the rear

The drawer and shelf are fitted with removable front and dividers to help
organize your cargo. The shelf has 80mm high sides and is 1220mm wide.

SINGLE OPEN UTES

This is a great unit to purchase as a starter. You can add other products of your choice
to suit your needs.

An additional option is a false floor above the drawer. A false floor extends to the full
width of the vehicle and is often situated at the top of the wellside.

SECURITY LOCKING

DRAWER OPTIONS

We offer a security locking option for additional peace of mind to secure valuable items.
The front of the drawer is steel and there is a keyed paddle latch to access the drawer.
For a double drawer, the top sliding drawer has a pivoting arm that prevents the top
drawer opening when the lower one is locked.

DRAWER OPTIONS

The standard depth of the lower drawer in a double drawer unit is either 290mm or
235mm. In a single drawer, the standard depth is 275mm or 220mm. If you have a
specific need for this depth to be increased to fit in a taller item, we can add a height
extension to increase this depth. Likewise if you require a specially shallow drawer, this
can be achieved by changing the drawer design. Simply nominate the depth you require.

SECTIONAL CUTOUTS

DRAWER OPTIONS

Sectional cutouts are a cut out piece of the top drawer that allows a tall item on the
bottom drawer to fit, e.g. compressor or specialist piece of equipment, etc. When you
dont need to carry that tall item, the cutout can be replaced in the drawer to give the full
drawer area.
