WHAT IS IT?
Dragon-Line systems combine the high efficiency of surface
drip irrigation technology with the economics of center pivot
and lateral move irrigation system. They are adaptable to both
low and high profile crops in any row spacing.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Dragon-Line is DripNet PC dripline tubing manufactured by
Netafim USA which is coextruded from high quality linear low
density PE resin. Its orange color makes it highly visible in the
field. The pressure compensating emitters are welded to the
internal wall of the dripline and fully operational at
6 psi. The continuous self-flushing feature cleans debris
throughout the entire irrigation cycle.
Dragon-Line attaches to the end of a rigid or flexible drop
and/or a manifold, whichever method is considered best for
the crop being irrigated.

SYSTEM DESIGN
Dragon-Line systems can be designed and supplied with a
computer generated printout which among other features
indicates:
The precise dripline placement
The required pressure
The flow and length of dripline that drags behind
the pivot (this can range in length from 2 to 100 or more)
Dragon-Line systems can be combined with a conventional
irrigation application package (sprinkler) to provide
germination, chemigation and fertigation.

A complete water analysis is recommended prior to

implementation.
Filtration and chemical treatment may be required to remove
and neutralize contaminants from the irrigation water to
prevent clogging.
Maintenance and management during harvest and tillage
