DBS Credit/Debit Card Scratch & Redeem Promotion 2015 (Promotion) Terms and

Conditions
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promotion is open to all DBS Credit/Debit Card Principal and Supplementary
Cardmembers (Cardmembers", each a Cardmember).
2. The Promotion is valid from 16 November 2015 to 3 January 2016 (Promotion
Period).
3. To qualify for the Promotion, Cardmembers will need to:
a) make a minimum S$50 gross fuel purchase in a single receipt to their DBS Credit/
Debit Card (Card) at any Esso service station in Singapore within the Promotion
Period (Eligible Cardmembers); and
b) use the DBS Lifestyle App to participate in this Promotion.
4. Eligible Cardmembers will get to receive a guaranteed prize (each a Gift and
collectively, the Gifts) during the Promotion Period. Limited to one (1) Gift per
transaction per day.
5. The Gift is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, nonexchangeable and non-replaceable.
6. All Gifts not redeemed before the expiry date will be forfeited. Other terms and
conditions of the Gifts apply. Details will be listed on the Gifts won.
7. DBS reserves the right to substitute or replace the Gift with another gift of similar value
without giving any prior notice or liability to any party.
8. DBS decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final. No
correspondence or claims will be entertained.
9. DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion
without any notice or liability to any party.
10. Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the
collection, use and disclosure of Cardmembers personal data by/to DBS and such
other third party as DBS may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the
Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy
Policy, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.
