Introuction :
STEP UP proposes two days workshop on Safety Leadership &
Coaching training for companies Senior Mangers & Leadership
Teams.
Participants on this workshop will learn the Essentials of Safety
Leadership soft Skills needed by Leaders in the front line of the
organization.
The program will focus on maintaining positive work relationships,
giving constructive feedback, getting ideas across, focusing
energies on positive solutions, using risk based approach,
assessing the culture and addressing gaps.
The workshop is designed as an interactive learning experience.
The workshop will help participants develop a better
understanding of the conditions and methods required to
implement a strong, effective and ongoing safety management
effort throughout their company.

Day One:

Tarek has over 38 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Plastic and
Detergents Industries. He has worked extensively in the areas of
water treatment, chemical laboratories, Corrosion Management,
safety, fire prevention, environment protection, security, food
and industrial hygiene, risk assessment and management,
training and auditing.
Tarek was involved in participating in and leading external and
internal Audits of facilities, drilling rigs, and accommodations.
He has imparted training and developed training courses on
safety, risk and environment for company employees and for
community and industrial sectors in Egypt. Tarek has also worked
as an emergency response leader and responded to firefighting
requirements for oil spill emergency cases including several
marine and onshore incidents in the Egyptian part of Red Sea
and the Mediterranean zones.
Tarek was the first to build an industrial hygiene system in Egypt
and a Certified Master Root Cause Analysis. He also chairs the
PIEPC (Petroleum Industry Environmental protection Committee),
EOGHSE (Egypt Oil and Gas HSE forum) and President of the ASSE
Egypt chapter (American Society of Safety Engineers) for 3 years.
