D2L AFTER they log on for additional
help options including live online chat
DEN@Viterbi students will be automatically
logged into the online chat system and can choose to chat with the
following areas:

Academic and Administrative Questions about D-clearances,

registrations and holds

Technical Support Questions related to access and other

computer related issues

Live Classroom Support During the live course lecture if you

have questions or feedback to our classroom support team
If we are unavailable, the chat will be sent to us as email and we will
respond as soon as possible.
