Narrative:
RP called to request a well being check of a 3 y/o child
that he observed standing alone on the side of the road at
0530 hrs. this morning. The RP stopped and spoke with the
girl who said her mother goes out to get coffee and her
father works. The girl wandered outside after having a bad
dream and was looking for her mother. A neighbor approached
and took custody of the child. According to the RP, the
neighbors also seemed aware of the fact that the girl's
mother will leave the child unattended at the home to get
coffee. Ofc. Souza resp.
