NOTIFICATION FOR B.TECH (CCC) (NR) SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS JULY-2010

1. Supplementary Examinations for the B. Tech (CCC) I Year, (08, 07, 06, N5 & 05 Batches)
II Year (07, 06 & N5 Batches), III Year (06 & N5 Batches) & IV year ( N5 & O5 Batches) will
be held during JULY-2010
2. Registration for the B. Tech (CCC) I, II III Year( 08, 07, 06, N5 & 05 Batches) & IV Year
(N5 &05 Batch) Supplementary Examinations is accepted as per the time schedule given
below:
Applications accepted from the date of notification
With out late fee upto : 05-06-2010
With a late fee of Rs. 100/- upto : 15-06-2010
With a late fee along with fine of Rs.1000/- upto : 07-07-2010
Registration for Supplementary Examinations will not be accepted after: 07-07-2010
Fee Particulars and Mode of Payment
Fee for Memorandum of Marks per year Rs. 10/-
Examination Fee for each Theory course Rs. 150/-

3. The amount payable to the University in this context should include the Exam Fee, Fee for
Memorandum of Marks and late fee if any. The mode of payment is in the Form of a
crossed Demand Draft,(The candidates are instructed to fill the back side of the DD,
his Name, Hall Ticket No & Contact Cell No:) of six months validity obtained from any
Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “The REGISTRAR, JNT UNIVERSITY,
HYDERABAD”, Payable at HYDERABAD. The student has to download the Registration
form and Hall Ticket form and Time Table of Theory Examination from website
www.jntuh.ac.in
4. The student has to fill the Registration and Hall Ticket Forms with the Course Codes and
the Titles of the Courses in which he/she intends to appear for the Examinations.
Registration and Hall Ticket Forms, complete in all respects together with the Demand Draft
should be mailed to the Director, School of Continuing and Distance Education,
JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500 085, so as to reach as per the time schedule.
5. Registration Forms received after the due dates will not be accepted.

 INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES
1. The Students appearing for project-work Viva-Voce examination are informed to
submit the Project-work thesis and obtain the exact date of the Viva-Voce
Examination. The internal marks given by the internal guide should submit to the
head of the department concerned, before the commencement of the examinations,
failing which they will be awarded [0] zero as internal marks for the project-work.
2. The Registration Form will be accepted only when the Hall Ticket Form and the crossed DD
accompany it and is received on or before the final due date.
3. The candidates are instructed to fill the back side of the DD, his Name, Hall Ticket No & Contact
Cell No is Compulsory.
4. The total amount includes Exam Fee for all the Courses, Theory /Laboratory/ Viva-Voce,
Fee for Memorandum of Marks and late Fee if any.
5. The Candidates are instructed to fill in all the relevant details in the Registration and Hall
Ticket Form in duplicate in their own handwriting as prescribed.
6. The candidates are held personally responsible for all the entries made and any incorrect
information or information suppressed will entail disciplinary action against the candidates.
7. While incomplete Registration Form would be rejected. The registration could be cancelled
at any stage when it is observed that his/her registration is against the rules of the
University.
8. The Registration and Hall Ticket Form complete in all respects should be sent by
Registered / Speed Post to the Director, School of Continuing and Distance Education,
JNTUH, KUKAPALLY, Hyderabad 500 085.
9. The Results of examinations will be informed only through website www.jntuh.ac.in
and students should also download the Memorandum of Marks from website. The
original Memos will be given either at next contact program or can be taken in
person whenever they visit SCDE Office.
10. The Examination Centers will be at their respective contact centers only. Except for the
students of M.V.S.R. College of Engg., C.B.I.T, Vasavi College of Engg., and V.R.
Siddhartha College of Engineering, Vijayawada, for them the examination centers are as
follows.
11. Candidates should download the Acknowledgement form and fulfill along with the
Hall Ticket form.
