Culture of Nuevo Leon

Some traditional dishes are machaca with egg, goatling in different forms like
the traditional goatling pastor, beef jerky. The livestock origin of the area gives
a very high diet, if not exclusively on meat.
Nuevo Leon has a great central European influence and came with the
mercenaries of the French army. The instruments are usually of German origin,
and the Czechs and Poles rhythms.
A northern usually set up with a violin or accordion, bass and contrabass sixth,
with time and with the mix of more contemporary sounds, the groups now also
have a drummer.

Monterrey, the Regional History Museum and three that are very popular:
Mexican History Museum, Museum of the Northeast and the Palace Museum.

Which since 1900 was a profitable steel company, for decade of the '70s
begins to decline due to labor and financial problems, and finally closed
in 1986. Now exalted Site Museum of Industrial Archaeology, blast

and vegetation. Something that surprised me a lot by studying about
Nuevo Leon is that many foreigners like this corner, even visit it because
they consider it as a mystic and super adventurer stage.

 Matacanes Canyon. It is an ecotourism tour you do all day through the

canyon. You have to walk down the "breaks" of this natural formation
rappelling, moving through tunnels with water up to his waist and even
you have to jump into a waterfall of about 12 meters to finally swim in
the dark through a tunnel which goes on one of the natural beauties of
the mountains.
