My late mother had a radiance to her, like an inner child who was
being slowly but surely robbed of her instincts to explore forests &
become familiar with its communication.
The stimulants in the 1970's were presented to her & from that point
on she became placed on an invisible dog chain, an invisible leash that
attacks the central nervous system into believing that there is no other
fabric of existence surrounding her, that can even come close to being
loved as much as she loved her drugs.
She loved those stimulants a considerable amount, in fact it was
such a great amount that it eventually became enough to trigger her
attention much more than wanting to be around me.
She ended up short circuiting her soul by putting something inside of
it which demanded more energy than what she made available for herself.
She died because she didn't practice Qi Gong everyday of her life.
Qi Gong is said to help one manifest Qi in the body, and after a person is
to manifest it, they can then meditate for however long it feels right for a
person; this second process is used to stir up the radiance within the soul;
kind of like blowing on a weakened fire, it can be bolstered back up with
relative ease.
I can't really say that she wasn't doing it in a consistent & scheduled
out manner because I wasn't there, due to her list of other things that were
always above me on average. I have witnessed everyone I have ever
known, treat me like a number on a long list that they pay close attention
to always.

Sadly, I have always been placed very low on most everyone's list I
have ever tried to become friends with, so it is best that I leave into the
forest since there is no place for me in Society.

But before I go, I figured I had an obligation to my species to try and


help them to transition into a place where people of the future might one
day identify as an example of the definition known as Utopia.
My mom did however possess extremely genuine characteristics.
Every time I did get to see her, she would treat me as though I was the
reason why her inner universe still remained existent. I remember he
telling one of her friend that I, her son, was the reason why she was alive
for 9 years. Whenever I became 6 years old, she started treating me as
though I was a mature human adult. She was as wise as she was ravenous
for the constant need to have fun.
A trait that she didn't get rid of whenever she became an adult
woman.
However, regarding the rules & regulations of our Current
government, her adult behavior provided her only with a recycling neural
mechanism to spend the majority of her income on hard drugs, which get
spent quickly, and the process of working for the money to get more drugs
(which takes a considerably much longer process), ended up driving her
completely nuts. & into the realm of the modern day crack whore.
I have conducted a long term research experiment to draw in the
many intercontinental health practices, both traditional & modern, and I
have taken all the best of these many traditions & placed them into a
melting pot called The Collective Knowledge From The Industrial
Revolution; and from that collective knowledge I was able to finally
condition the entire process into a long term Health Regimen.
The most challenging health regimen available to any country, born
here in The United States of America.
Just like the Modern Day Technological Accomplishments of The
Airplane Industry was born here in North America.

The Vibe my mother put out when I was really young, was that it
was a good thing to be a mature adult who is cooperative, considerate,
caring & intelligent, while at the same moment in time, she said that it
was also a wonderful character trait if that same mature person becomes
one with obeying their instinctual impulses, and to never procrastinate.
The peaceful & adventurous instincts were some of her greatest
inspirations whenever she was on psychedelic mushrooms & came home
to stock up on food to go back outside to have a picnic with me.
She ended up conditioning & shaping my early psychological
awareness of how many people conduct themselves in terms of behavior,
and the reasons why certain particular human social groups would never
become accomplished into improving our reality as a whole.
All this knowledge grew and grew over the years & I eventually
read a book called Vril The Power of the Coming Race, and I
immediately considered one thing for myself.
If The stories about the Vril-ya are actually real, then the most
mature way of going about this idea that Edward Bulwer Lytton had about
a future possibility of them reducing our civilizations to charred bits in a
duration of just a few hours; is to endow ourselves with consistent
consumption of the gifts in which Mother Nature has always offered to us
all at our own disposal.
We ourselves must embrace the realities about how the Central
Nervous System works, and then spend a lot of our time working hard to
eventually obtain the funds to build the purest form of organic weaponry
for our Central Nervous Systems to nurture itself with.
If we do this for a few generations, we would be a much more
reasonable species who has cleared away more of their time to invest in
making their elemental resources go for the longest stretch of time
possible.

Utopian civilization is achievable & like the Vril-ya, we could be


peaceful individuals who could eventually become firmly ingrained into
all forms of human society.
My mother's inner child remains firmly established as the highest
authority figure behind every choice that I make.
Her radiant smile proclaims the softest & most joyful essence in
which has continuously dominated my entire personality. For that I am
overly grateful, because it is such a rare trait for a male to have.
Her Smile personified the hope of a bright future for me to one day
experience & take part in.
It is also her smile which tells me to explore every well lit & dark
corner of my soul, to search for hidden pathways that most others never
care to chart out.
Pathways that I label as gifts from mother nature in which can be
used as harmonious weaponry that I can use to reconstruct the
psychological damage in which this horrid society has left me with.
She is the embodiment of Serene & Light-weighted blissfulness.
My Mommy was the opposite of a terrorist. When she gazed at me
with that tenderhearted look, she would always express to me that an ideal
world was within my grasp to one day manifest into reality, exactly how I
imagined it to be in my wondrous fantasies as a child.
Still to this day I can feel her adventurous fountain of joyful energy
within me, constantly overflowing with a constant ambition to frolic
freely through meadows of endless delight.

The Following Tutorial is meant to help anyone learn how to


identify various breeds of suffering, and then follow up with avoiding
such breeds of Malnourished Social Conduct.
If everyone here in The United States of America just started
avoiding malnourished people all together, even if they were family, I can
guarantee you that there would be certain people would come to realize
the manifestations of their choices. Like ancient people avoided leapers, I
wonder why?
Those lepers had a contagious disease that could spread to anyone at
a moments notice.
I believe that most every family in The United States of America is
well in need of positive influence, to match all the bad influences that
have ended up defiling most every community of The United States of
America.
My personal Health Regimen has a focus on developing excessive
amounts of self-discipline & the creation of several extremely detailed
yearly schedules, that express every material pertaining to each
requirement, the cost of that finished requirement & a list that provides
websites & other resources that pertain to any devoted health fanatic who
seeks to complete this Regimen.
This list can be used as a social service to strengthen foreign
relations between any Country.
The more time that a human is devoted into consuming consistent
amounts of nutrient-rich foods, their behavior will most likely change for
the better in any type of scenario.
A Continuous System of Consuming The Purest forms of Sustenance
on the planet, would eventually lead to people having a superior
awareness on how to prolong the usage of our Government's resources.

Another aspect of my Health Regimen is spent on the creation of


many layers of lean & powerful muscles.
What I have witnessed about people & engines is one primary
similarity, that one similarity makes me give attention to how an engine
divides its total amount of energy into different directions, and how the
human body does the exact same thing.
I can then connect the dots between the human engine idea & that of
my observations of certain people who eat large portions of food all at
once, and then their formerly alert consciousness becomes slowed down
& a potent characteristic of fatigue kicks in & they become overly drowsy.
Anyone can notice the gory details on National Geographic Channel
when the camera crew witnesses an animal who has become fatigued in
an open environment where any predator could find that animal to be easy
prey.
I take those subjects and then I thought that it may be a possibility
that having to much extra weight on the body, will dictate the optimal
amount of energy one can possess.
My Health Regimen's Focuses in on the connection between The
Human Body as a fine tuned Engine, & the subject of added weight when
conducting a comparison study on weight effecting the overall
performance of a Machine (organic or made of Metal).
Those 2 subjects stirred in my mind until I was eventually
confronted with the idea that even the subject of possessing Excess
muscle tissue might be keeping a human being from developing a higher
energetic storage capacity.

With the idea of decreasing the amount of muscles mass, what


subject could keep a lean frame of nutrient rich muscle from performing
better than a massive human frame with lots of swollen muscles (which
has over fed his muscles in order to appear bigger instead of conserving a
separate area of their lives in case they need to move very fast in order to
save a life of any kind, whether it be their own or someone else.
This brings me to a very important subject pertaining to the multiple
uses of this Health Regimen.
The Subject of the North American Parent.
In order to protect one in whom you love, you must be willing to
become as strong & as fast as you possibly can, just in case some outside
influence forces you to defend the life within your child, you would have
huge amounts of confidence & the goods to back it up with, if you went
through several years of my health regimen.
It is for many purposes, one of those purposes is to recharge the
human soul by creating new Luscious organic tissue for the Central
Nervous System to Operate in & around.
I have found that there are several herbs & other organic forms of
sustenance to influence new growth in the Central Nervous System.
Then by using other forms of medicinal sustenance, one can enrich that
new growth with the purest forms of food & holistic medicine.
If taken as seriously as many other health fanatics take other Health
Regimens, they could change their life expectancy to a much higher group
of numbers.

The Piece of Self Help Literature in which I am about to share with


you is the most advanced Health Regimen on the Planet, and it is for you
to decide if spending 12 Years, 10 Months, 2 Weeks & 6 Days is worth
going through in order for you to protect & Build a Cathedral of Stability
from within you; in order for you to become a body of proof. I am no
religious person to say the least, but I do believe that the body is the
temple of the spirit. That temple can become more radiant with each day
we decide upon disciplining ourselves into not being lazy.
In My opinion, the most important possession your spirit holds dear
is Your Body & Brain. So We all must use the natural weaponry that
Mother Nature has provided for us so that we may endure through any
difficult scenario with an overly conditioned level of tolerance & patience.
Everyone should be completely clear on the reason why I mentioned
all of that personal information about my mother's life.
That reason is this,
People would not ever attempt to alter their own awareness of this
human reality with any mind altering drug, unless the existence witnessed
by the people of this world is of a quality known for being unsatisfactory.
This truth compelled me to start & finish writing this Health
Regimen. All for the purpose of providing a product manual or tutorial on
how to manifest Utopian Qualities of Living into this age of the 21st
Century.
It is only one tutorial in the many hundreds of trillions of
possibilities that could give way to a Utopian Age of Existing in a
Satisfactory & Content Manner.
I can admit that my heart is quite troubled on a daily basis, and the
last few specks of hope which occupy the surroundings of the seat of my
soul has been crumbling & flailing out of control for as long as I can
remember.

However, I can assure you one solid truth.


What little amount of hope I still firmly hold onto happens to be
embodied into literary form, and that hope is a gift that I give to anyone
who reads this document.

What is a Patriot?
In the Dictionary, a Patriot is a person who shows great love for his
or her country and is loyal to it.
When I was in my early twenties, I attempted to join the army &
took a 4 hour long test in order to enter into the military & I was rejected
because I was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome.
So I had to find another way of being a patriotic member of this
Great Country we call The United States of America.
Here is that other way.

What follows is the World's Most Strict Health Regimen available


on Planet Earth.
Anyone who cares about embodying strength & fortitude; & who
has an urge to provide Safety, Security & a High Quality of Living for all
to take part in, should consider completing the entirety of my Health
Regimen.
If the following Health Regimen became a mandatory requirement
before any North American Governmental Employee started their
position, our country would become more powerful & financially secure
than any other time in our history.
Our North American leaders are our protectors; their jobs are based
on providing safety & security unto the citizens of this great country.
Having such an important job of providing security to the masses, those
governmental employees should be required to undergo the most detailed
& rigorous forms of nurturing themselves; there are thousands of options
in which Nature provides us with. Those options are in the form of
physiological & psychological weaponry that enables anyone to combat
the many various forms of suffering in which plague all civilizations
worldwide.
Those governmental employees should be as fit & as healthy as
possible (based on the resources which nature provides them with).
The ideal representative of whom should be allowed to safeguard the
freedoms, Rights & resources available to all the citizens of this Great
Country, should be someone who has no children whatsoever.
Someone who holds a job as important as any governmental
employee should not ever have to face the decision of weighing the
importance of their own immediate family, with that of the best interests
of North America's Citizens as a whole.

Only someone with no children can be the greatest candidate of any


Governmental Employment position, because with any normal caring
parent, that person would potentially become more distracted from
performing their work related duties, all because their natural instincts to
provide for their immediate family first & foremost would guide their
Central Nervous System away from meeting their job's (Time Sensitive)
deadlines.
That instinct is the entire reason as to why any potential government
employee candidate should be single, with no significant other, & with no
children.
All because those natural instincts that come from nature, will
eventually force even the most conditioned of people to loose focus on the
job which demands their full attention; a job which should be primarily
focused on providing Safety & Security to the whole population of North
American; & they can't do their job effectively if thoughts of providing
for their immediate family or significant other are constantly creating side
chatter in their minds while they are trying to manage a specific program
that deals with keeping a high quality of living to constantly become
accessible to all North America's Citizens (this sort of multitasking is the
most undesirable of characteristics, and it can be a characteristic in which
people keep to themselves, and is often times unable to be charted as a
problem by their superiors, all because they keep the mind chatter to
themselves out of fear of loosing their job).
There are many different career fields in the North American
Government, and even if the position being held is not of drastic
importance like those of foreign relations, internal affairs & the Vital
importance of our Government's Resource Preservation career field, we
can all agree on one universal truth that dictates our survival on this
planet.

That one universal truth is this,

A monkey wrench, when being thrown into an


engine, can destroy the essential functions of its many
moving parts.
This relates directly to the interconnected relation between my
Health Regimen & the way our Government works. Our Government is a
lot like an engine, and if the driver doesn't constantly check up on the
shape in which each and every part is performing at, that driver might end
up becoming stranded on the side of the road during a blizzard or a
tornado.
Whereas, if the driven does not depend on anyone other than
themselves to diagnose parts which have become worn down, then the
driver might not have had to become stranded in the first place; creating
additional time to be spent on other more important things, like arriving to
your destination safely & getting the appropriate amount of rest before
waking up in the morning in order to make sure that your energy level
during your day job remains in sync with your work schedule.
Sure, it does take a lot of extra energy in order to devote yourself to
maintaining all the working parts of the engine & fluids, but when it
comes down to whats really important creating extra time for you to
experience in the future, is definitely the most important thing.
In order to create extra time for your future, you must overly nurture
all your organs with the best nutrient rich forms of sustenance available to
you, and that is precisely what my Health Regimen is all about.
It's for anyone, not just for Potential Government Employee
Applicants, but for any person.

I am saying that depending on the quality of our protector's internal


tissues & mental acuity, we as a people might end up suffering for their
patterns of consistent neglect & decadent behavior.
The Citizens are the life blood of which governs the overall power
of this great Country. The satisfaction of the collective central nervous
systems of every human being located in this great country should never
have to be a problem. With our current government, it is a very serious
issue; which is hardly ever focused on.
I can honestly admit that my special gift as a human being is
charting the many forms of the social behavior construct & pin pointing
the interconnected frequencies of these many social groups, & taking the
information in which I have collected over vast periods of time in order to
identify obstructions within all social classes that end up stunting the
growth of our productive nature to create a stable nation; both financially
& through the preservation of materials & their waste products.
By Stunting the Growth of our Productive Nature, I would like to
explain that we as a collective whole are responsible for the growth rate of
our Country's success; and that growth rate is dependent on having a
communication spectrum which has a stable foundation at all times.
If we loose our ability to remain tolerant, steady & patient while
working together in stressful scenarios, than our collective strength as a
nation will eventually deteriorate & other countries are already on the
verge of taking advantage of that fact. Here in the 21st Century, we are the
citizens & backbone of this Great Nation, and if we let ourselves stray
from the importance which is each and every one of us, then we will be
lead into the gutter.

We can all become individuals & still perform as a Hive Mind which
devotes itself to providing a foundation that is much stronger for our
children which will inhabit the future generations of The United States of
America, this is a reality that must be realized very soon, or we will all
become refugees without a Country of our own, and eventually become
divided & sought out by those in whom hate us & would kill us over some
rumor that those haters were brought up learning in their indoctrinated
schooling systems of ignorance & tyrannical modes of belief.
The people who labored brutally for us to have this country probably
knew that the spoils of war would weaken our resolve to remain unified,
but it is our duty & to be selfless laborers who are devoted to being the
great equalizers of every social spectrum here in the USA. Because the
way I see it presently, it is not every man, woman & child for
themselves, it is every immediate family for themselves (remaining
selfish unto their own immediate family has divided our country's
strength).
My mother was an orphan, and I was raised by the parent who
adopted my mom. My non-blooded grandmother's family has always
treated me differently than the rest of their family. They always showed
mercy & forgiveness to their blood relatives even when those blood
relatives would act repulsively towards each other, and no matter how
hard I tried to fit in, and no matter how tolerant of their cruelty I became, I
would always receive the exact same treatment, as though I was an
outcast, even though I have been a local of this East Texas Town for 22
years, people treat me like a leaper.
So, I can admit that I have a really good idea of what it means to live
the life of an orphan (My mom died when I was 9 & I never had a Father
in my life to teach me anything). I am a victim of hideous non-stop abuse
from a non-blooded grandmother. I see one nation divided by multiple
immediate family units. A nation devoted to the need to be constantly
entertained one way or another. A nation united by self-neglect in the
form of wide spread malnutrition. Here in the Deep South, the Texas
Football Teams train harder than anywhere else.

We Southerners are the Spartans of the New World (when pertaining


to the rigorous training implementation of high school sports).
Texans are some of the most hard working, loyal & dedicated
citizens in the entire North American States; but we are also some of the
most malnourished. I have seen the dramatic difference of healthy people
in the Pacific Northwest when being compared to the Deep South. The
difference is startling to say the very least.
If only the many citizens of the Southern States would devote as
much time & energy into building within themselves a fortified structure
of cellular tissue, as they do with participating in getting their kids trained
in 2 a days Summer Football Training Programs; than we would truly be
the representation of The Proud Spartans in the movie 300 (even though
it wasn't entirely historically accurate; it is still a priceless example to
strive towards).
I have noticed that people who maintain a consistently malnourished
lifestyle, both physiologically & psychologically, tend to waste precious
resources much more often than those who tend to maintain a consistently
nourished lifestyle.
Sadly, the difference between the two lifestyles come down to how a
person devotes their time to make room for ingestion of clean food, and
by spending their financial income in a very mature manner.
People with drug addicted personalities will normally tend to allow
several personally acquired resources go to waste on a premature &
consistent bases. I am saying that I have witnessed & been a part of this
whole process & can easily identify several like minded social groups
who behave almost identically, by spending their pay checks on a quick
meal; like candy bars, fast food, alcoholic beverages & other stimulants
which can be used up in a very short amount of time & then thrown away
after their purpose has been served.

A person of this caliber (one who spends the majority of their


income on substances which serve little to no benefit to the internal health
& harmony of his or her physiological & psychological well being), has
no business in holding a dignified position like the one I just explained
earlier; a Governmental Employee's Position of any kind.
Anyone who doesn't have the initiative to create harmony from
within their insides (their spirit's most precious possession; their body &
brain), should never be allowed to hold any Governmental Position.
In the same way that parole officers check up on former prisoners,
there should be Nutritional Experts, Data Analysis Experts &
Psychological Analysis Experts sent to each & every household of which
a governmental employee resides in. Those 3 Experts in their fields
should be sent to every Governmental Employee's living environment on
a weekly basis, to conduct tests on their Physical & Mental Performance;
as well as someone who is an expert on identifying the fluidity of
Synaptic Firing within the Central Nervous System.
The previous subject is of critical importance here in the 21st
Century. I say this only because I am somewhat of a history fanatic. In a
book called Cows, Pigs, Wars & Witches, there is found a historical tale
about a moment in European history when the Post-Dark Ages came into
being; this time was around the dawn of the European Renaissance.
It was a time when the Catholic Church created a fail proof scheme
to Steal people's properties out from under them, by employing a
psychological strategy of using fear based torture & intimidation tactics in
order to restore lost financial profits.
When their financial power showed signs of rapid decrease, they did
what any other group of powerful people did, they focused their increased
desperation on creating a system that would bring back the lost wages;
and it is clear throughout history that it doesn't matter how rich or poor a
desperate person is, the fact that they have become desperate, means that
they will do just about anything in order to reestablish their old comfort
zones back into the present state of well being.

That desperate group of Catholic Church members were eager


enough to restore the lost wages that they lowered themselves to such a
degree that they were willing to torture their own country people, and then
charge those tortured people's family the price that equaled the time in
which it took to torture them, and if the victim's family couldn't pay, the
family's land became forfeit & then stripped away by the Catholic Church.
I only say this because it directly relates to the goal of my Health
Regimen. The main goal is to prevent any and all forms of suffering from
taking hold of a person's life. One goal of this Health Regimen could be
to establish this diet & lifestyle plan into the boundaries of the North
American Government System.
The actions of A Government who forces their employees to undergo
the rigorous difficulties of completing my Health Regimen, would loose
very little & gain an enormous advantage on the world stage.
They would loose a bad habit called Laziness.
They would gain a new way of perceiving the world in a whole,
elementally, financially, sustainability, Environmentally (Qualities of
Living would increase substantially) & Resources would be able to be
preserved on a scale that is as of yet unknown to us.
These examples are but a few advantages that could be a foreseeable
outcome of making my Health Regimen a mandatory prerequisite unto
holding any form of Governmental Job.
Our leaders should look like a leader who braves the wilderness in
order to lead the weak & injured through the roughest of environmental
terrain to eventually find safe refuge & in doing so, saving all their lives.

Prequel to the Introduction:


This is to all those who claim that they Love the game of Tennis;
who at the same time choose not to take advantage of the weaponry that
Mother Nature Provides them with on a daily basis, in order to decimate
all their opponents.
I would have never started writing this document if it was not for the
head strong example of the living legend known as Martina Navratilova,
who is responsible for my inspiration.
My inspiration to not give up on my tennis career was reestablished
from witnessing her on television one day when I was watching the tennis
channel.
It was a show called Tennisography (a show that charted her entire
career).
My respect unto her Persistent Nature & Fortitude is endless.
When you confronted your most grief stricken years, you trained yourself
to the point of surpassing your greatest rivals standards of motivation to
succeed.
In doing so, you became a body of proof; evidence that anyone can take
your same example of motivation & replicate that example into the lives
of Athletes world wide.
Thank you for not giving up, just to settle for a career in Fast Food
Martina, because most people would have buckled under the pressure.
With the warmest regards to who you are & all the struggles in which you
have surpassed.

Thank you for paving the road unto this Extraordinary Health
Regimen, Lifestyle Plan, Tennis Conditioning Regimen & Competition
Training Regimen Miss Navratilova.
You have most likely done many more things for other people than
you are aware of.
Your priceless example is the reason behind me not deciding to kill
myself about 2 years ago, and you share that effect upon my life with only
one other female in who is responsible for giving me hope to carry on.
(saying that there is this other woman who went way out of her way
to drag me out of my depressive mentality & the spiraling doom that I had
become satisfied with).
I am so very grateful to you for going way out of your way to build a
foundation within yourself from the inside out, by constructing a
biological foundation that was 4 times as strong as any athlete needed it to
be.
This Tutorial was written on behalf of your positive example,
because upon being conflicted with your fiercest emotional trials and
tribulations, you could have given up and decided to do what most people
normally do when they encounter such a depressing experience; you could
have decided to take the easy path through life, by becoming a drug
addicted junkie who only deceives & lies to everyone they know in order
to get their way.
Instead you became a representation of Strength for the Whole world
to bare witness to in your generation. You are my hero
& I hope you find this tutorial somehow and decide to witness all of it in
full.

Before Anyone attempts to start any type of career, they should
accept every gift that nature has to offer them, in the form of
nutrient rich sustenance & various forms of physiological &
psychological conditioning.
(The Preparation before Training Begins can be as long as one
wants it to be; for example, 15 to 20 years of Preparation could
take place if the living legends of sports known as Michael Jordan
& Martina Navratilova wanted to restart their careers over as
Professional Athletes & achieve even better results than they once
achieved while they were in their prime).

There is absolutely nothing in this world except their


own mental manifestations of doubt in which could
keep them from undertaking this entire Health
Regimen).

My list of Prerequisites are these following


activities:
1. Save up enough money to be able to complete the entirety of my
health regimen, then purchase a plane ticket in order to attend a 4
month stay at An Ayurvedic Herbal Alchemy Health Resort in Sri
Lanka. (where one must undergo a series of diagnosis protocols
from experienced professionals that deal with your body's unique
constitution) make sure you have enough money to purchase 1
month of the standard Ayurvedic Treatement, Another month on
having them assist you in detoxing your whole body in the most
mature of ways possible, a practice called: Panchakarma, Another
month on the practice called Rasayana Therapy & the last 2 month
stay would consist of lots of time being devoted to A Marma
Acupressure Therapist).
2. Brahmacharya (absolute celibacy). (8 months should be spent as a
minimum duration before moving on to the Second prerequisite).
3. Completion of the Process of ingesting Detoxification Herbs,
Chakra Herbs, New Tissue Growth Herbs & Sattvic Herbs. (28
Month minimum before starting the Third Prerequisite).
4. Identifying & clear the dense energetic blockages of the energy
body; as well as the Tertiary Energy Circuit (tutorials are available
by the author of Astral Dynamics & New Energy Ways Volume 2
named Robert Bruce). (2 year minimum before starting the Forth
Prerequisite).
5. Identify & clear the dense energy blockages that govern the sub
channels & main channels (or pathways) of 2 particular areas in the
body; the first area is the energy body's storage centers & the second
area is the sub channels & main channels (or pathways) that lead
into the bone marrow (Research Marma Acupressure Channels that
govern the Bone Marrow & compare Ayurvedic notes with that of
Robert Bruce's recommendations in his books & if you find that you
are not successful in your endeavors to clear these pathways (by
practicing for a few months), try your best to contact Robert Bruce
& request that he provides you with insight on how to go about

clearing the pathways in the most mature manner possible). (1 year


minimum spent revitalizing these pathways before moving on to the
Fifth Prerequisite).
6. After all the Secondary Circuits, Tertiary Circuits, Bone Marrow
Circuits & the Secondary Circuits that surround the Storage Centers
have all been cleared of dense matter & conditioned; the Final
Prerequisite is to be carried out; The Main Chakras are to be
fueled one at a time (Spend 1 & a half months on each Chakra or
Glandular Region). (A total of 10 months & 2 Weeks).

I have wasted the majority of my life not paying attention to the


signals in which my instincts have been alerting me of.
That reason is the fact that I have gone through an incredibly tough
time in my life trying to find just one true friend in a social spectrum in
whom were naturally deceitful, and the only form of therapy that I gained
a liking to happened to be the game of tennis whenever I would frequently
give up on hanging out with those people.
It has taught me more about myself than any other form of therapy I
have discovered. I happen to be a very slow learner, since I was
originally a very UN-coordinated person when I started to learn the game.
For the first 5 years of learning the game, I think I had given up on
learning the game about 35 times. For the next 5 years, I think I quit even
more times than that.
In truth, the only thing that kept me going back to hitting on some
wall at the back of our School's Administration building, was the fact that
I was going through a very desperate situation in which I had made for
myself.
Whenever the people who I thought were my friends went out of
their way to show me just how little they cared about me, I would become
friendless & every time that scenario played itself out, I would be stuck
back at my grandmother's house who always let me back in because she
cared about my well being.
(I should explain that I was a very insecure young adult and based
on my addiction to marijuana, I would go back to hanging out with those
non-friends who constantly made fun of me; all because I was desperate
to fit in with some group even if they ridiculed me & acted repulsed to be
around me every time I would show up).

In other words, I made my own bed, out of the inner need to become
familiar with their way of life so that I could eventually become accepted
fully into their group.
However, after 14 years of me trying really hard to fit in, I was left
with the realization that I was the only one who was putting in the hard
work.
I am not saying that I am familiar with these people's situation in the
Middle East; but it does seem as though they did not place themselves into
the situation they are currently. They are simply reacting to a very
unstable way of life, of which their hostile traditions & abuse towards
women have escalated into other countries not wanting to have any part of
their traditional religious structure.
I do realize that until we as a species put a plan into motion that can
bring forth harmony into the external & internal living environments of all
Human Ethnic groups world wide; that we as Human Beings will never
become familiar with a lifestyle that is truly peaceful in every aspect of
the definition.
In an ideal world, we as human beings should go out of our way to
recognize imbalance in anyone's lives and take a large enough percentage
out of our financial savings in order to help the unfortunate people of this
world to balance out their standards of living in a much easier way for
them to find peace of mind in their own situation.

some plants, it has been continually witnessed by National Geographic

I read in this one book a long time ago, called You are all Sanpaku
about this one guy's claim of how he went through this health plan of
eating Brown Rice for 10 days or so.
He went on to admit that during his journey of Healing and discover,
that one day he woke up & experienced the world around him in a
completely different way. He said that extreme temperatures did not seem
to bother him anymore while he was on this diet regimen.
I was compelled to keep reading about the subject matter in which
he expressed because I had witnessed in my own life, an extreme lack of
satisfaction due to my own addiction to non-nutrient rich foods. I realized
that I was overly sensitive to extreme temperatures. And so I had to try
the Brown Rice Diet recommended by this man named George Ohsawa.

Before I bought that book You are all Sanpaku in a half priced
book store in Dallas Texas, I had no intention whatsoever of caring
anything about my health & well being. It was not a subject that
interested me even in the slightest.
After I finished reading that book, I realized that I had not been
trying to seek out the highest potential in terms of performance that my
body was capable of, and it made me look back at my whole life in
disgust. I saw myself as a rotting piece of trash abandoned in an alley
way somewhere, and I knew right away that I had to do something about
this dilemma.
So that's how my journey of healing myself started. It has been 4
years since I picked up that book, and I have researched loads of material

With the help of these websites & the products that they offer, I have
been able to overcome the addiction of Cigarettes (with ease), Alcohol
(with ease), Ecstasy (with ease), Marijuana (with ease), Synthetic based
THC (or K2 as some people call it) (this one was hard to quit even with
the herbal assistance), Psychedelic Mushrooms (This was hard to quit as
well) & Meat (this one was the hardest one to quit of them all).
I happen to be 31 years of age at the moment, and I feel much
stronger, much more mentally driven to acquire my goals & much more
resilient than I was when I was in my early 20's. Some people might say

back on my life of perpetual misery & despair & I pictured the opposite of
misery & despair; it was an imaginary life full of bliss & contentment,
only attainable if I happened to overcome my many addictions & changed
my lifestyle entirely.

I have my own personal definition of Discipline, & I wrote it down


in my heart permanently as being defined as A Virus of Sleeping Joy
(that is unconscious & demands a huge amount of Cellular energy in order
to eventually share that potent form of joy with the Human Host in which

I figured that Albert Einstein was right when he quoted his own
soul's voice; & in doing so, it became something that I knew I needed to

Imagination is more important than knowledge.
This being said, I thought back to when I was a young child,
whenever I did not care one bit about understanding the laws &
complicated social standards of mainstream culture (a culture of adult
minds who couldn't for the life of themselves tend to their own business
because they were constantly trying to do their very best to guide my
attention away from where I knew my attention needed to be; Exploring
the Giant Green Forest all by myself).
By this reminiscent act of charting my child like mind, I knew that
my imagination had been butchered & plagued for 27 years by those
beliefs of the absent minded majority; and their filthy standards of living
in which they yearned to spread unto everyone around them by means of
intimidation & peer pressure.
And so I started to see people's low standards of living for exactly what
they were........
There low standards of living were identical to a virus that destroys
the overall time one has to experience Life.

I started to chart the origin of suffering within the social spectrum


right after graduating from high school & decided to make it an
unspoken career of mine, as I intentionally placed myself into all kinds
of social niches (from the lowest of the low class, to the highest of the
middle class), and I found a group of like minded individuals in both
classes of society in whom participated in certain activities that slowly but
surely took away their lives in the form of subtracting time from their
overall time line.
These activities allowed them to neglect their overall potential, and
they loved every minute of this absent minded lifestyle, as though they
were in love with death, and could not wait to become embraced by
death's cold touch.
Eventually, I started to forget my endeavor, or unspoken career of
charting the origin of suffering, because I started to feel exactly what they
were feeling, which was daily ignorance (The root word of Ignorance is
Ignore); and I can admit that while I was on these substances that alter
the Central Nervous System into Forgetting your Troubles & letting them
pile up continuously.
I will be honest and say that I never knew that happiness was real
until then. A few years after that time, my central nervous system
announced to my instincts that there was a huge difference between nongenuine happiness & that of genuine happiness.
When a person becomes in touch with self-discipline, they realize
that it is time to stop relying on external forms of entertainment.
A self-disciplined person realizes that by relying on any external
form of inspiration, they are only spreading a virus of deceit within
themselves. And like any virus, it can grow in number & strength.

A virus can be compared directly to that of a habit. Like the


behavior of a virus (if the person's body & brain is weak & somewhat
defenseless; because it doesn't receive the right amount of nutrient rich
sustenance) the habit can take direct control of the Human's Nervous
System (as long as the human host is not in the pilot seat because he or
she is on some kind of mind altering substance) & this habit can run the
person's body 6 feet under the ground by means of repeating the actions in
which it is most familiar with performing.
Upon recognizing a detrimental habit within oneself, and then
choosing not to counter that bad habit, with a habit that brings forth
strength and stability to the body and mind of the person; that person
paves the way within themselves for that bad habit to explore several
other activities in order to run the person's full spectrum of health
into the ground.
The former example that I just expressed, is a precise definition of a
phrase called someone who lacks discipline.
For anyone to look upon their life and see only what that person
wants to see (because it happens to fit nicely in their comfort zone), is the
most foolish thing a person can do. To counter this, one must place
themselves into a very uncomfortable situation even though their situation
doesn't necessarily demand that they do it; not to the point of recklessly
risking their life; but to a point where they can learn to harness the
mechanism of their own internal Nervous System.
Don't say I didn't warn you, because The Longer you ignore these
life lessons that are yours and yours alone to take hold of; things can get
pretty horrible if you ignore them for to long.

(again, I speak from experience because I have been the one of the
most foolish people on earth for a very long time; and I give a very
intense warning to anyone who practices the art form of avoiding reality;
here is a full fledged example of just 1 single scenario that can occur to
anyone in whom avoids the lessons in which your instincts attempt to
communicate to you on a daily basis).
That 1 Scenario is this........
The possibility of this scenario happening in any location where
there happens to be areas of desperate social unrest in which we live in
these times of The 21st Century, is more than a likely chance of happening
to anyone; especially if a desperate person seeks out someone who is
somewhat immobilized.
.....Lets say that there is this person who is an obese male or female,
who happens to have multiple children; a person who maintains a full
time job like many obese people who live in North America these days
often do. Lets say that this is a person who likes to eat a lot of food before
they go to bed at night.
Like anyone else who maintains a full time job, that person would
need to sleep, and at this moment, that person happens to be asleep, and
that person's children in the next room are also fast asleep, when the
person hears someone break in through a window in their house.
In any type of survival scenario of this particular nature, every
second counts. If the robber is much lighter & quicker than that person
is, and it takes that person longer to get up out of their bed because they
are disoriented from transitioning back to normal reality; if it takes that
person longer to get their gun, then it would undeniably take a longer
period of time for that person to reach the location of their childrens' room
in which they seek to protect their children in the next room.

If anyone happened to be in this random scenario, that person might


find that the robber has already made it to their children's room and has
now obtained priceless leverage over that parents power to protect their
children in the safest means possible (all because that person made
excuses as to why they chose not take care of themselves on a daily basis).
In that moment of the parent realizing what might happen to those
they are responsible for, They could tell themselves, but I have tons of
obligations whenever I get back home from work, I don't have the time to
research all this stuff about being healthy & I have 3-10 kids that I have to
take care of, leaving no extra time for me to maintain all my duties of
being a father and still live comfortably on the income of a part time job.
Whatever excuse you have for not protecting them in those few
seconds that mean the difference between life or death, those excuses are
worthless when compared to the sanctity of Life. If you have all those
kids, than it is your duty to protect them first and foremost, your comfort
level comes later.
If you want to live good like some person who has no kids & who
maintains a full time job, than live poor for a few years & during those
few years of maintaining a part time job, research every bit of information
pertaining to locally grown fruits & vegetables (their nutritional
composition & benefits) & while you are doing this on a constant day to
day basis, save up at every opportunity that presents itself.
There is no other legal way to prepare yourself in order to safeguard
your children's livelihood, other than winning the lottery, inheriting a vast
fortune or by winning 100's of thousands of dollars by being a
Professional Athlete of some sort (I'm sure there are other ways, but for
the majority of the hard working people of this country and all other
countries, it means dealing with the resources that are available to you,
and saving up for long periods of time).

In this fantasy driven scenario in which I have just briefly explained,


the robber could do anything in their morbid drug induced imagination to
those people's kids in order for the robber to get what they want.
Sadly, the term Anything, could mean a whole lot.
Anything could imply.... making both parents watch as the robber
cooks their children & eats their children as they both watch in horror,
possibly for a long period of time.
If this happened to someone, all because that robber was so
desperate to receive the funds in which the robber could get their next
quantity of drugs (and the robber couldn't find an easier way of acquiring
the funds without doing what was needed in that moment), combined with
the parent's lack of motivation to eat right & work out at least 3 days out
of the week, do you really think that upon surviving a situation like that,
do you think those parents could carry on living their lives and be as
happy as they could have been if that scenario didn't play out?
In all honesty. Any conscientious adult would most likely kill
themselves out of the massive amount of grief experienced from such a
horrid scenario.
I guess a more appropriate question would be....
Why would anyone ever put themselves into a position in which
gave a complete stranger leverage over the peace, happiness & well being
of the family in which they should cherish most in this life?
Like I said earlier, Time itself is Precious to me.

.....For those who see themselves as fat & beautiful, and who go around
proclaiming that they are very proud of being obese, I would be very
curious to find out what they would say in a small group of like minded
people like themselves (when being confronted with the idea of the
previously mentioned scenario) if it were them who experienced such a
hideous experience like the scenario I just mentioned earlier.
I have stayed inside of a house with my non-biological grandmother
(who is most likely responsible for keeping me alive & out of prison ever
since I graduated from High School), she is also a woman whom despises
almost every view I have on how I believe one should govern the
standards of their life & well being.
I have lived a life of foolishness & practiced a social pattern of being
distraught on behalf of others in whom I have met who did not take a
liking to me, and who ended up shunning me because I wasn't friend
material in their personal opinion. This in turn has sculpted my entire life
into becoming extremely wise.
The foolishness in which was the embodiment of my decadent years
is over now, and I have sought out to provide a bridge unto those who
happen to be filled with despair & hatred for the entire world for lacking
an ideal nature.
Many of the people I surrounded myself with in my decadent years
were addicted to drugs & I only yearned to help them by providing a
positive example by simply being myself (this was in vain to say the
least).
For a period of 14 years, I shared the eating habits of these drug
addicted people because I was a coward and I gave into the peer pressure
of those who suggested the quickest route of eating, in fear that I would be
alone without any friends (even though I should have realized that they
were not genuine friends & were simply using me because I had a car).

I noticed that the drugs that entered into me, desired huge amounts
of energy in return. This Energetic Exchange Rate was very fast paced.
I witnessed the strength of my mind's willingness to become healthy,
fall into disrepair several 1,000's of times over, and if it were not for my
grandmother's endless hospitality, her tolerance for my erratic behavior &
her enduring patience, I would probably be dead right now, or in prison,
or worse off.
(note: my grandmother is not a drug addicted person at all; and this
is exactly the reason as to why I was able to quit using Psychedelic
Mushrooms, Marijuana, Tobacco, Alcohol & Ecstasy; all because there
was not any form of peer pressure located in my surrounding environment
My Grandmother's House).
The bad eating habits that followed the use of such drugs is the exact
reason as to why I sought out to chart the origin of human suffering & to
compile a group of Precise Combinations of the Healthiest forms of
Sustenance on the Planet that could be applied to any human's eating
habits in the most consistent of ways (via: Scheduled Planning).
Being away from those drug addicted people that I mentioned earlier
had given me the time to reshape my standards of being genuinely
attentive towards the communication going on inside of me on a daily
basis.
Staying here at my grandmother's house has given me the
opportunity to ponder my own existence (and what it has been lacking all
of this time), and to research collective data on various health plans.
I have been using one of my only forms of Therapy to overcome this
void within me that gets smaller with each day that I don't commit suicide.

I use the therapeutic tool of Writing to apply that Collective Data


base of Research into a very fine tuned Health Regimen that I would
hope eventually becomes the Alpha Diet Plan on every Continent here on
Planet Earth.
Here is how I feel about why people on Earth continuously Murder
each other & Neglect the well being of all ethnic groups....
.....Lets say that every employed person on the planet had a part time
job.
If 1 person chose to base every minute of their time off from work
into being devoted to building themselves from within with substance that
keeps them healthy & happy........
That 1 person would not seek to kill another human being.
That 1 person would not seek to rape anyone or steal anything from
anyone, as long as they conduct their time by incorporating balance with
the income they obtain from the work that they do, and make sure that
they are very careful with what they put into their body.
Here is a much simpler way of expressing the origin of suffering........
Certain substances that a person desires to put into their body
requires a particular amount of energy in return, in order to reconstruct the
communication pathways that the body and brain uses to allow us to
perform even the simplest of actions.
Just like someone who spends a few hours preparing a meal, and
then by the time they get through eating that meal (if they have eaten a
very large amount), their body will start to move very slowly, because the
person has given his or her organs a list of things to do that equals the list
given to Cinderella from her step mother.

The organs that deal with digestion & energy transference will have
become bombarded, and the body has no other option than to stay mostly
immobilized until the food becomes mostly digested.
This can happen with food that is good for you or bad for you if you
pack in a whole bunch of food as though food will not exist tomorrow.
Certain drugs require a huge sum of energy in order for the Nervous
System to not shut down entirely.
My mother learned that lesson the hard way and died from a cocaine
overdose (because her already malnourished body & brain could not
produce enough energy to rebuild & recover from the amount of drugs she
put into her body).
It was the last lesson she ever learned, and it was a lesson which shut
down her Entire Nervous System. From that point on, I became a 9 year
old without a Mommy to embrace as the only form of contentment I knew
in this world. I became familiar with despair on the most potent scale I
have ever felt in my entire life.
When I finally realized exactly why my mom had died, I made a
vow to myself that upon graduating from high school, I would abandon all
my desires to choose any available career, get married, raise a family & be
happy by means of gaining access to certain resources that were clearly
within my reach. I decided to make as many friends as possible who were
located in the counter culture & who maintained their existence by
seeking out various drugs & them consuming them.
I was obsessed with finding the precise reasons as to why my mom
suffered & upon discovering these reasons, I wanted to write a story about
my experiences. That story would have a single purpose, and that purpose
is confronting the youth of all nations with a very detailed instruction
manual on how to not suffer by means of cowardice.

The form of cowardice I refer to is presented in a person whenever


someone they are hanging out with applies peer pressure unto them in the
form of a suggestion, and that person who is having that peer pressure
applied unto them normally accepts the peer pressure and then after
conforms unto the tainted judgment of the person applying the pressure.
This goes on every day, and there are so many examples of this
circulating in most every social group here in America. Anyone who
buckles under the weight of peer pressure is not an individual, and that
person is afraid of starting their search over for a different peer group.
They invest so much time into learning how to speak in code & sarcasm
(these codes are unique according to each group one tries to fit in with),
that they accept a huge assumption on their part that all groups must be
just like this, and so they discontinue acting upon their own instincts of
not settling for less.
That was my original mission, to eventually provide a manual on
how to become the rawest definition of an individual. That mission
changed several times, and its purpose faded in and out of being finalized
due to my extraordinary savings account of despair in which I still
maintain to this day.
I felt that if my mom still existed somewhere in spiritual form, and
could view my life somehow, maybe she would be happy if I completed
an instruction manual on how to not make the same mistakes she made so
many times over and over again.
This Document is the finalization of that mission, and I am very
tired from undergoing such a horrid experience in which I have gone
through. I can only imagine how much more horrid my mother's life was
when comparing it to mine.

I might not have been abandoned intentionally by her, but I was


abandoned on a world which did not care or nurture any of my standards
of well being & I pleaded for death thousands of times during my prayers
by day and by night. I became a victim because of the abuse I
experienced from my grandmother's grief stricken mind which lead to a
lack of self control in her actions, by using horrible & hateful words
towards me, combined with her physical abuse towards me.
This carried over into my school years, and bullies naturally flocked
to me because I could not hide my victim type mentality. I was no actor,
and I felt as though it was hopeless for me to even try to hide who I was
inside.
All of this happened because my mommy didn't take good care of
herself & relied on pathetic excuses as to why she didn't have the ability
to nurture me in the way she could have from the very start of my
existence.
Her tolerance for using hard drugs kept her attention away from
putting in the time to research the proper foods & nourishing forms of
sustenance available to her in Houston Texas.
Back then the internet was not in existence, so she would have had
to do a whole bunch of reading at the library in order to acquire such
priceless insight into the vast spectrum of health and nourishment.
This has taught me a very valuable lesson, a lesson in which I should
have been wise enough to pick up on 14 years ago.
The lesson is this........
Stock up on Energy in the most conservative means available to
you; by expanding & filling up the body's Alkaline Reserve.

My suggestion is that you try to pretend as though there is no limit


as to the total amount of space that the Body & Brain can build up and
hold onto as a savings account for your wonderful spirit to take advantage
of.
You don't have to pretend, because there is no overall limit
pertaining to the total amount of space that the body & brain can build
because it has never been proven, and it probably never will be proven.
So if you have dealt with a lifetime of being unhappy.
If you are sick an tired of living, by settling for a life that is full of
despair, denial & a false sense of happiness, than go ahead and give my
Health Regimen a try.
(In my opinion, I am saying that by laughing constantly while being
high on marijuana is considered false happiness in my view; because
when a person laughs in a compulsive manner, the movement of their
lungs becomes erratic and in doing so they become deprived of a soothing
flow of air in which makes the blood glide through the veins a reason
why pranayama techniques stimulate proper nourishment to the brain by
the lack of erratic inhalations & exhalations of the lungs).
So if all the health regimens you have tried do not yield the desired
benefits that you were hoping for, I just so happen to have a Health
Regimen located directly after this Introduction, just waiting to be applied
to anyone's life. It is brutally specific in detail, but it based on the bodies
needs & has nothing to do with the desires and cravings of the Taste buds.
{(this is for anyone who can notice that their own existence is far
less ideal than they would like it to be; and who has come to the
realization that there is a quality of life in which they would like to
experience because they see how other healthy people tend to be quite a
bit happier & content with the route they are going in life).

(I am not saying that every healthy person appears to be happy &


full of joy, but I have noticed plenty of people in the past who seemed to
be more upbeat & their enthusiastic/energized character normally went
hand in hand with a body that was fit instead of obese, their skin was fair
to flawless in its' complexion & on average I could feel an overwhelming
sense of compassion unto dealing with how they treated themselves &
others in whom they dealt with, by practicing tolerance even when I could
tell that they knew the situation was far from being ideal in the moment I
witnessed them in.
I can honestly say that each time I noticed this in a person, I was
very jealous & secretly craved to experience whatever they were feeling
instead of feeling distraught everyday of my life).
Long ago, I was fiercely jealous of those healthy people, and I
always made an excuse for myself as to why I thought they were happy
for the wrong reasons, that excuse was formed from a flawed sense of
judgment combined with many stereotypes in which I would place upon
those people (even though I didn't know them at all).
Every time those people lead by example, I would tell myself, they
must be ignorant to the true nature of the world; if I have to go out of my
way to turn a blind eye to the true nature of existence in order for me to be
healthy & happy like they are, than I would rather slowly boil in my
disgust & anguish that has been firmly present in my life ever since I can
remember.
The truth of the matter was simple, I was to afraid to separate myself
from those drug addicts out of the fear of being alone at my grandmother's
house.
Before I graduated from High School, I knew nothing of happiness.

2 years after I graduated from High School, I was introduced to


Marijuana through a fake friend who pitied me & I found that whenever I
smoked it, I was happy & my imagination ran wild, and I became in love
with this substance.
4 years after I started smoking Marijuana & started doing some other
drugs, I eventually found that the feeling had become very dull, and after
the high from Marijuana was gone, my despair had a much greater
potency when being compared to that of the happiness in which I had felt
years before.
Even though I knew I was not genuinely happy, I remembered back
to my high school days. Back then, I knew nothing of happiness even in
the slightest, and that thought in itself provoked me to continue using
Marijuana & to continue ignoring my instincts.
Being sober for 2 months now, I can honestly admit that I am by far
less happy than when I was high all the time on marijuana, but I can also
admit that I am 50 times more content at this very moment when
comparing this moment to when I haven't had any marijuana for the first 2
or 3 days of being sober.
If you can complete this 30 Day Health Regimen, than you can
consider yourself to be the Human Equivalent of a Bullet Train; constantly
focused & aware of their surrounding environment; an embodiment of
sheer will power, with the perks of a toned physique.
Everyone has their own definition as to what they believe in,
whether it is religious based, political based or social based definitions in

My own personal definition for who I believe to be a Truly Genuine


Athlete, is someone who strength trains first and foremost to improve
upon their overall psychological & physiological rate of performance
(other than a gun, this is a person's first line of defense according to
protecting those in whom they claim to cherish most in this life).
For I believe that it is the quality of the tissue (not the quantity of
the tissue) within a person that separates the truly committed athletes from
those who work out in order to gain attention unto themselves either for
popularity or financial means.
My suggestion pertaining to a first prerequisite is that before anyone
starts strength training with free weights or an isometric training program,
is that they should become & remain Celibate for at least 8 months.
This suggestion also pertains to Stretching.
Absolute Celibacy is the first Required Prerequisite to endow your
tissues with the most flexible & stamina based strength possible (in
regards to applying any type of Health Regimen to one's life).
It is the oil for our inner engine & the anti-corrosive material for our
inner battery (combined alongside an alkaline diet program it works
wonders). It is the lubricant for maintaining a long life & anyone who
makes an excuse as to why they choose not to incorporate this amazing
practice into their Health Regimen is clearly addicted to the sensual
feelings of sexual intercourse.
(if you have not researched the benefits of a celibate lifestyle, I
suggest that you don't just take my word for it, and follow up with doing

If you don't believe that your spirit's greatest possession on this


planet is the overall performance of your brain and body working in
unison, when it concerns your ability to protect those in whom you care
for most, than you should stop reading this piece of literature and go back
to your existence of settling for less than what you were born to

Before I provide you with this tutorial on how to become a super
protector of life, I must first admit that the Health Guidelines located
within this document require an enormous amount of time & quite a bit of
Money in order to complete IN FULL.
The last 4 month requirements that should take place at the end of
each Year, will probably cost a person (an average of) $8,000, by the time
the last day of intensive therapy has ended. (this amount does not include

Oxygenated Static Electricity; by incorporating a highly sensitive
diet & lifestyle}.

The Majority of this Health Regimen's Lifestyle Plan is Based on
Moving & Breathing In unison & doing so in a very slow and
steady manner, in order to conserve the most amount of energy
possible
The Diet Portion of this tutorial is based on a 30 day Diet
Regimen (The Regimen is divided into 2 separate sections: Each
particular day of strength training is on Day 1, Day 4, Day 7 etc.)
that are strictly meant to assist the body's circulatory system.
Manjishta & Arjuna play a specific role prior to strength training,
along with visits to a local Cryotherapy Health Center.

(In order to properly chart out the timing of ingesting certain foods,
one can easily mark on a piece of paper with a ruler, the hours of the day
on a daily time line & make sure that the each hour is marked with a
specific color, then they can buy a set of round hair ties that are colored
white and then cut one in one area of the circle; this in turn makes a
straight line instead of a circle. After you do this, you can get some thread
that is colored blue for example; and by marking the white round hair tie
with a pen at quarter inch intervals, you can then tie some thread to each
mark & now you have one particular food that you can chart out with ease
instead of having to go through the time of calculating all the specific
times of different foods and their intake periods).
(for example):
One white round hair tie with blue colored thread tied onto each
quarter inch mark, could have the purpose of ingesting Kale at a certain
time of day.
One White round hair tie with red colored thread tied onto each
quarter inch mark, could have the purpose of ingesting Boiled Manjishta
Root Liquid Decoction etc.
Just make sure that you make a knot at both ends of the hair tie &
get a thumb tack and jam it into a hard surface with the knot hole in
between the thumb tack and the hard surface.
If you have made a (6 inch) Diagram of a particular day of the week
(with a reference to the particular food that you want to ingest), this will
ultimately show the Health Regimen Devotee the exact time of the period
of nutrient rich intake.
Make sure that you have 2 thumb tacks per hair tie/colored thread; one to
have firmly in place into the hard surface before you stretch it out, and
make sure to pre stretch it and make a hole on the other end of the 6 inch
diagram, before charting any specific details out

(just make sure that your thumb tack is jammed into the hard
surface, then stretch the hair tie out with one hand & then place the other
thumb tack into its predestined hole at the other end of the 6 inch chart).
Based on this Method, you can chart out various consumption times
for different foods (all lined up one right below each another).
This prevents the devotee from having to calculate one food
consumption period, then another, then another; and after all the food
consumption time periods have been charted, the devotee would have to
go back and chart the time periods in which have to deal with either
physical exercise or any other activity that does not involve eating or
drinking. (in the end I simply wanted to provide anyone who performs
the requirements of this health regimen to not waste extra breaths; seeing
as breath is life, and our breath dictates the overall amount of heart beats
that we have in total during one human lifetime).
Since Time is Precious to me, and I value the strategies in preserving
the time in other people's lives, I had to go out of my way to make it
simpler for anyone to find it realistic to carry out the entirety of this health
regimen in the simplest of ways possible.
(without the chance of becoming overly confused after a few months into
the Regimen).
(always wait 1 hour after the last step of each day before going to sleep).
It is said by the most insightful Strength Training Professionals on
the planet, that the body needs more than just one form of working out in
order to gain a higher quality of muscle tissue.
Some recommend Strength Training with Free Weights & by using
the process known as the Isometric Training Regimen.

The main reason as to why I specify the devotee to use smaller


weights is so that the brain doesn't have to multitask as much. I would
like for my body to be able to safeguard enormous amounts of energy in
order for it to devote to the process of healing itself, and spend two tenths
of that energy on building muscle. Healing is much more important than
building muscle on top of a bunch of trashy tissue. The whole goal of the
First Few Prerequisites is almost identical to people who hold the career
of foundation repair for houses. (A person who is 6 foot 4 inches tall &
who weighs 130 pounds like myself can eventually possess the internal
fluids in order to out perform someone who just won the title of Mr.
Universe).
Instead of keeping the internal energy inside a huge area of muscle
mass (like someone who might possess the title of Mr. Universe), the
energy would be kept inside the bone marrow, and other places like the
storage centers of the energy body.
By charting out all the areas of the body & clearing the way of old
stagnant energy, & then by expanding the Tertiary Energy Channels, the
fluidity of movement becomes enhanced & the energetic reserves of the
Central Nervous System reach out in order to hold more energy.
The Prerequisites are so very important. If the devotee leaves the
confinement of cities & moves into the forest for a few years, they will be
providing themselves with the best environment in order to identify, clear
& expand these subtle channels of the Central Nervous System (or Energy
Body).
In saying this, I would like to show the reader the difference
between an old, run down, abandoned & termite infested barn (which
would be the same as someone's body & mind in which they chose not to
take care of for the majority of their life; and in doing so, abandoned the
idea of creating good healthy habits to restore their vigor for living life to
the fullest); and that of a huge European cathedral (which has a very
sturdy foundation, with large support structures found in most all areas of

the structure to make sure that it doesn't have to be maintained or fixed for
large periods of time; because it was built using methods that prevents its
overall structure from going into disrepair).
This is exactly the reason why I chose to specify the smaller weights
for the days of using free weights to build muscle on top of the already
purified tissue. The Tissue underneath the Muscle must be extremely
malleable, so that when the muscle contract & expand, they have a most
comfortable place to sit on top of while they are in use.
The prerequisites are meant to provide a very malleable surface to
absorb constant pressure & stress from the muscles; by doing this, the
tissues which are in between the bones & the muscles became bolstered
by the process of completing the first few prerequisites.
I hate to make comparisons with graphic novels (because it makes
me appear quite naive with that of the literate crowd of high class society,
but sadly there isn't another comparison in which I am familiar with that
happens to directly relate to the previous subject of providing a malleable
surface more than what Tite Kubo has written in his Bleach Manga), but
seeing as I am a huge Tite Kubo Fan of the Bleach Manga; I have to point
out that the character Kenpachi Zaraki's fight with a titanic historical
version of Herman the German (The Character known for his Letter M
for Miracle); Captain Zaraki finally unleashes his Bankai & eventually
uses so much of his spirit energy, that one of his arms completely breaks
off right before he takes another swing at his opponent (and his imaginary
vice captain tells him that his body was not yet strong enough to withstand
the enormous demands of his explosive spiritual pressure).
The Fictitious character known as Captain Zaraki is not the reason
why I wrote all of this down and made the several recommendations that
will follow this explanation, but it does relate to anyone in whom builds
up an extreme capacity of Prana within themselves & yet strength trains
as though all that matters to them is providing muscle mass onto the top of
their skeletal frame.

For anyone to do this is to waste several years of developing an


advanced familiarity with their energy body, just to have the mass
multitude of their energy storage be depleted through the process of
recycling the dead energy cells back into the bloodstream.
But whatever, if someone feels like they should be huge in order to
fulfill some random insecurity, than so be it. If they are carrying to much
muscle on them in case an intruder breaks in their home & that intruder
gains the edge by shooting them before they can reach their gun, than I
hope that's their problem.
Huge muscle mass only assists a tennis player in the process of
Plowing Through the ball with great force, when concerning the aspect of
Tennis motion. However, seeing as though competing in Professional
Tennis Tournaments does in fact require a significant amount of Power
when concerning the previous aspect of Plow Through; it pales in
comparison with the likes of Physical & Mental Stamina; to win by
attrition is the 1st and foremost goal of winning the prize money of
hundreds of thousands of dollars; if not over a million dollars for the
bigger tournaments.

This Strength Training Tutorial in which I just offered to you, is only
the first thin layer of muscle in a long list of layers to come. So what I am
trying to say is that, this process is only meant to be practiced for the first
8 months out of each year.
There is something extremely important that must become
familiarized with the devotee of this program.
One must research the Body Grid in reference to Marma
Acupressure points & use their time to practice the tutorials found in
Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics & New Energy Ways Volume 2 that
deal with identifying the channels or pathways that connect from the
energetic storage centers to the main and sub channels that lead into the
bone marrow.
What follows is an in depth Lifestyle Plan (in the form of Action
based recipes) that go along with the Strength Training Tutorial I just laid
out.

(Day 1): Biceps/Shoulders


Sleep 12 Hours after the first day.
(please note: the reason as to why I recommend the person to
sleep for 12 hours after the first day is because this whole Tutorial
is going to get extremely unforgiving over the time that it takes to
eventually finish this entire Regimen).
1. On a stove top, bring 1 cup of spring water to a boil,
and boil it down to cup, add 2 Full Servings of Pur
Black Shilajit Resin, turn the temperature gauge down
to 2; then stir until the water becomes an amount of
of a cup. Then Take the hot pan off the stove top &
pour the liquid into a coffee cup. Add 35 Chia Seeds,
then stir again. Cover the coffee cup with a small plate.
Stir every 4 minutes, after 12 minutes of waiting for it
to cool down, measure out teaspoon of Bee Pollen
Granules & take by mouth and allow them to dissolve
on your tongue. After eating the Bee Pollen, drink the
Shilajit Spring Water. (Wait until the stomach settles
down until starting step #2.).
2. Perform a Pranayama Breathing Exercise for 20
minutes.
3. Take a 1 & hour Nap.
4. Move very slowly upon waking from nap, then perform
a Pranayama Breathing Exercise for 20 minutes.
5. Eat teaspoon of Bee Pollen Granules.
6. Prepare a small bowl of ( cup) Grape Nuts cereal
with 3 cut up Strawberries & 1 cut up banana, along
with 2 tablespoons of Hemp Protein Powder & of a
cup of UN-Sweetened Cashew Milk). Eat & then wait

1 & a half hours before starting the next step.


7. Work out the Biceps by doing curls with a 5 pound
dumbbell, until the burn is to much to bare, then wait 5
minutes and then repeat doing bicep curls until the burn
is to much to bare, then repeat 4 more times.
8. Then apply Ashwagandha Bala Oil onto the biceps &
then stretch these muscles for about 5-10 minutes
(remembering to rotate both arms like a plane rudder).
Wait 20 minutes after stretching to begin The Shoulder
Work out.
9. Work out the Shoulders by pretending that each
shoulder is the top of a highway cone & the hands are
the base platform; use 3 pound dumbbells in each hand
and with each arm pointing straight out (not pointing
forward towards your gaze, and not pointing out to the
side, but halfway in between that position & up a little
bit); with the left arm, rotate the arm in a clockwise
motion, and with the right arm, rotate the arm in a
counter clockwise motion while breathing & moving
very slowly. (Being quick on court has everything to do
with not carrying a bunch of muscle tissue around with
you; like some body builders quote, if you want bigger
muscles, use bigger weights. The game of tennis has
to deal with the art of Endurance. To Win by Attrition
is the only core belief structure I hold in preparing for
Competition. I want smaller muscles, therefore I plan
on using smaller weights).
10.
Then apply Ashwagandha Bala Oil onto the
Shoulders.
11.
Prepare a small version of my personalized

Alkaline Smoothie, drink of a cup. Wait 30 minutes,


then do step # 12.

Boil 1& of a cup of Spring Water down to 1 cup
of Spring Water, then place a tea bag containing the
brand Traditional Medicinals Breathe Easy Tea into a
coffee cup, and pour the 1 cup of boiled spring water
into the coffee cup. Cover with a small plate & every 2
minutes, mash the bag against the coffee cup wall with
a spoon a few times to extract more nutrients out of it,
cover the coffee cup again with the same small plate &
repeat a couple more times. Then Drink once it has
cooled down to luke warm temperature.

Repeat Step #1.

Perform a Pranayama Exercise

Apply Mahanarayan Oil to Elbows & shoulders.

Boil 2 & cups of Spring Water down to around 2
cups. Put in 1 teaspoon of Raw Fo-Ti Root & put the
stove top temp. on low (3). Mix with a spoon for 20
min. then drain it & drink it.
21.
Wait 1 hour after drinking this brew, then prepare
250mg 1 Gram of (crushed up) Manjishta Root; boil
this amount in decoction form for about 45 minutes to
an Hour. Strain this Decoction into a coffee cup & add
teaspoon of Ghee. Mix this brew around and around
with a spoon & cover it with a small plate. Allow the
covered brew to sit until it cools down to a temperature
of luke warm.

Go work out at the gym, this time targeting both
the Biceps & the Shoulders (with small amounts of
weight), for as long as the body can endure.
23.
Take a break outside in the dark, and remember to
breathe in and out in a synchronized manner; gently &
continuously.
24.
Rub Mahanarayan Oil on your Biceps &
Shoulders.
25.
Place a Dry towel on your car seat to rest your
back on (so that your back will not itch so much).
26.
Do not wear a shirt while driving, & listen to
Gentle Music such as Faun or Omnia (mostly harp &
Flute songs).
27.
Drive to your nearest Cryotherapy location (Tyler,
Texas).
28.
After receiving the benefits, drive back to your
home.
29.
Set a low volume alarm to go off in a period of 25
minutes.
30.
Stretch your arms for 5 minutes.
31.
Sit down to meditate for 20 minutes.
32.
After the alarm goes off, seek the refuge of your
chiropractic chair.
33.
Stay alert for 10 minutes, then effortlessly fall into
a very deep sleep. (for once in your life, you have now
earned this priceless period of rest).

Day 2: Lemon Juice Fast


1. Sip 1/10th of a cup of 100% Pure (Cold Pressed, Not From
Concentrate) Lemon Juice (once every 4 hours of Day #2.)
2. After the first 1/10th sip, wait 10 minutes, then do 5 minutes worth of
Standing Spinal Twists (Kundalini Yogic Kriya).
3. Take a 2 hour nap.
4. Upon Waking, slowly sit up & perform a Pranayama Exercise for 1
hour.
5. Repeat step 1 of Day #2.
6. Repeat step 2 of Day #2.
7. Repeat step 3 of Day #2.
8. Repeat step 4 of Day #2.
9. Repeat step 1 of Day #2.

(Day 3): The Almost Unmerciful Fast


(Embrace the action of Waiting, and force your own body to be still for
long periods of time). It is your body, and here in the present moment,
there are tons of obstacles forcing your overall amount of energetic
storage capacity to not expand & carry huge amounts of Chi like it was
originally designed to. So the only means of clearing out all the
blockages within is to be and remain still & feel out the sub channels of
the Nervous System, & following through with making the dense
blockades non-dense, until they can be swept away and carried through
the digestive tract with the use of the lungs. It is difficult to use a broom
to sweep stuck on gum from the kitchen floor, but it is easy to sweep away
cob webs from any area of the house. Make the blockages non-dense like
that of a cob web, and sweep it away into the rushing blood stream so that
it may dissolve entirely.
1. Eat & Drink Nothing (The Entire Day & Night).
2. Go outside right before sunrise and place your feet on some wet
grass, stand motionless for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle some water on & run into your arms, legs & all joint to
allow the muscles to become lubricated).
4. Perform Motion driven Qi Gong while sitting for 1 Hour (First
Manifest small amounts of Chi by raising it up, then sculpting it,
then afterwards store it within the sub channel located on your
body's acupressure grid).
5. Perform Motionless Qi Gong while sitting for 2 Hours (First
Manifest small amounts of Chi by raising it up, then sculpting it,
then afterwards store it within the sub channel located on your
body's acupressure grid).
6. Apply Brahmi Oil to Entire Head afterwards.
7. Lay down for 30 minutes and do not allow yourself to go to sleep,
stay awake at all costs or the chi energy that you stored will whither
away back into the nether streams of the earth.
8. Get up slowly & perform 30 Extra Slow Standing Spinal Twists.
9. Repeat steps 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8.

1. Eat Bee Pollen ( teaspoon; 12 times, spread out evenly during the
day). (Eat teaspoon of Bee Pollen once every hour of the day).
2. Drink a certain portion of My Customized Alkaline Smoothie (
cup 2 hours after waking from sleep).
3. Repeat step #1 from Day 1 (Only the Shilajit Portion).
4. Repeat step #7 from Day 1 (except do not push the body to its limits,
only perform a work out routine).
5. Rub Mahanarayan Oil into all joints, Rub Ashwagandha Bala Oil
into the Chest, Abdominal Region, Biceps, Forearms, Thighs,
Calves & Back.
6. Sit down & Perform Qi Gong while sitting for 30 minutes
(motionless Qi Gong only).
7. Set alarm clock to wake you up in 1 Hour.
8. Devote yourself to resting in your chiropractic chair (without
allowing yourself to fall asleep).
9. Repeat step #9 from Day 1.

Set alarm clock to wake you up in 1 Hour.

Devote yourself to resting in your chiropractic chair (without
allowing yourself to fall asleep).
12.
After your alarm goes off, go outside and wet the grass if it is
not already wet, place feet on the ground and stand still for 10
minutes (imagine with every breath, that every inhalation you bring
the earth's energy into your own soul, and with every exhalation you
drain yourself of such energies).
13.
Walk slowly back inside the house, and eat your 12th portion of
Bee Pollen.
14.
Sip 1/8th of a cup of 100% Pure Lemon Juice. (wait 30 minutes
before proceeding onto the next step).
15.
Prepare 250mg 500mg of (crushed up) Arjuna Bark; boil this
amount in Decoction form for about 45 minutes to an Hour. Strain
this Decoction into a coffee cup & add teaspoon of Ghee. Mix
this brew around and around with a spoon & cover it with a small

plate. Allow the covered brew to sit until it cools down to a


temperature of Luke warm.
16.
Repeat Steps #21 - #33 from Day 1.

(Day 5): Bee Pollen & Lemon Juice.


1. Eat Bee Pollen ( teaspoon, 8 Times, spread out evenly during the
day).
2. Lay back down on the ground, and lift both legs (keeping them
straight) 1 foot off the ground (for as long as you can bare), give
yourself a short break, then repeat, give yourself a short break, then
repeat, give yourself a slightly longer break, then repeat, give
yourself an even longer break, then repeat this routine.
3. Go prepare of a glass of ice water. Drink it.
4. Wait 10 minutes, then do 20 slow moving spinal twists.
5. Drink 100% Pure Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon, 6 Times, spread out
evenly during the day).
6. Set Alarm clock to get you up from your Resting session in 3 hours.
7. Rest in your Chiropractic Chair for a total of 3 hours.
8. Upon waking, drink 1 tablespoon of Pure Lemon Juice.
9. Wait 10 minutes.
10.
Perform 40 Slow moving Spinal Twists.
11.
Repeat steps #1, #7, #8, #9 & #10 from Day 1.
12.
Then go take a long Hot Shower.
13.
Prepare a Liquid Infusion of Gotu Kola, Skullcap & Tulsi by
boiling the raw herbs for 15 minutes on low heat. Strain & Pour into
a coffee cup & cover it with a small plate, and let it sit to cool off
before drinking it.

Drink this brew when ready.
15.
Rest in Chiropractic Chair for the rest of the night; Breathing
Deeply & Effortlessly.

(Day 6):
1. Get up from the Chiropractic Chair, Prepare & then Drink 1 Shot of
Freshly juiced Wheat Grass.
2. Do 10 Slow moving Spinal Twists.
3. Wet the Mouth with 1/8th of a cup of Silk Unsweetened Cashew
Milk.
4. Then While the milk is still in your mouth, place 1 full teaspoon of
Bee Pollen into your mouth & swish the Milk/Bee Pollen around in
your mouth so that it may become dissolved (swallow a little bit at a
time after the first minute). (Do this 6 times, spread out evenly
throughout the duration of the day).
5. After finishing the eating and drinking of the Milk/Bee Pollen, walk
in place for a total of 5 minutes.
6. Drink 1 tablespoon of Pure Lemon Juice. (Do this 6 Times, spread
out evenly during the day).
7. Take a long and hot bath (with the assistance of 2 - Aveeno
Soothing Bath Treatment Oatmeal packets).
8. Repeat steps #1, #7 & #8 from Day 1.
9. Take a long resting period of 4 hours (in the chiropractic chair).
10.
Arise from your rest & go put your feet on some wet grass &
breathe in the earth energies.
11.
Set a low volume alarm to go off every 10 minutes & then
Meditate while sitting with back straight up for a period of 30
minutes. { Place arms and hands straight up in the air above your
head (for 2 minute intervals) every 10 minutes }.
12.
Lay back down on your Chiropractic Chair & go to sleep for
the rest of the night.

(Day 7):
1. Boil cup of Brown Basmati Rice, it creates cup of edible rice
after being boiled to the desired texture. Scoop out 1 teaspoon of
ghee into a bowl & place the hot rice on top of the ghee, mix 1/8th of
a cup of boiled rice water in with the bowl & then mix this up for a
minute or so. Eat while still hot. (chew each mouthful at least 3040 times).
2. Eat 1 teaspoon of Bee Pollen (with 1/8th of a cup of Silk
Unsweetened Cashew Milk). (remember to swish in mouth for a
minute or so, and then swallow little bits at a time). (Do this 6
times, spread out evenly throughout the duration of the day).
3. Repeat step #11 & step #12 from Day 1.
4. Prepare Licorice Root Decoction in boiling water (Drink this
beverage exactly 1 Hour Before Sleep).
5. Drink Luke Warm Licorice Beverage.
6. Set a low volume alarm to go off in exactly 30 minutes.
7. Start Meditating 30 minutes after drinking the Licorice Root
Beverage, & do not stop Meditating until the alarm goes off.
8. Slowly & smoothly go from Meditating to your Chiropractic Chair.
9. Set an alarm to go off exactly 20 minutes prior to sunrise.
10.
Repeat Steps #21 - #33 from Day 1.

(Day 8): The Melted down Ghee Bath,


Followed by The Shilajit Mud Bath.
(On this day, copy everything that happened from day 2 prior to
performing the ceremony of the Shilajit Mud Bath).
1. Eat & Drink absolutely Nothing.
2. Go to the forest and collect some soil in your backpack (about 6
gallons worth).
3. Once you get back from the Forest, locate 2 trees & Dig an area
right between them & remove the ground dirt out of your yard that
equals almost twice the amount of Forest Soil that you took from the
Forest.
4. Set up 2 small tarps & 1 slightly larger tarp with para-cord next to a
couple of Trees, Take The first rectangle tarp (small; 6 feet long x 4
feet wide); measure the spots on the two trees on where to attach the
para-cord & do not make a flat roof; instead tie two sections of Paracord at about 4 feet tall, and the other about 1 foot above it on both
trees at the same height (so that you can create an A-Frame Roof
for the top tarp).
5. Then Get the other small tarp that measures 6 feet long x 4 feet wide
& set it up as a rectangle right to the side and bellow the A-Frame
Roof that you just made (this is for privacy) (this small tarp creates a
wall or wind guard for you to meditate easier for long periods of
time while you are covered in the Shilajit Forest Mud; it also helps a
little bit with mosquito).
6. Take the last section of Tarp (a slightly bigger tarp measuring: 8 Feet
Long x 6 Feet Wide), along with some ground spikes & set up the
tarp the same way that you did the back side wall area; except this
time make an extension for you to sit under so that you don't feel so
closed in (this is for extra space).
7. Go back to your yard & place the backpack full of soil on the ground
right next to the hole you just dug.
8. After this is done, get a small tarp, and place it on top of the hole
you just dug. (to prevent an excess amount of bugs crawling on you

while you sit in a muddy whole for the majority of the night time
hours).
9. After you put the small tarp on top of the hole (kind of like a picnic
blanket), go back inside the house.
10.
Bring 4 Large Beach Towels outside & place them inside and
all around the hole you just dug (place them on top of the tarp you
just place over the hole).
11.
Fill in the hole with the forest soil.
12.
Add about 2 cups of dirt or sand from the drive way into the
hole of forest soil.
13.
Get a water hose & spray the soil for a minute or so (let the
water sink in to the soil & then mix up the soil about 5 minutes
later).
14.
Repeat Step #12 & #13 of Day 8 for 2 additional times (adding
a total of 6 cups of Dirt to the forest soil/Water Mix).
15.
Let it sit for 10 minutes while you go into the house to do
something else.
16.
Go get a pot and fill the pot up with water to about of the
way full.
17.
Place this pot on the stove top.
18.
Put the temperature heat setting of the stove top on halfway.
19.
Get the Brand New 30 gram jar of Pur Black Shilajit Resin &
scoop out 4 Full Servings of this Resin & place them all into the pot
& then lower the heat on the stove top to about 4 or 5. (mix this
every 3 minutes or so).
20.
Go back outside & put some more water & dirt into the forest
soil, mix this batch of forest soil/water/dirt one more time & then let
it sit for a little bit.
21.
Shave your entire body, but not your head.)
22.
Plug in a ceramic heater.
23.
Get a Clean/Dry towel & place in front of you next to the
heater.
24.
Get a teaspoon & Scoop of a teaspoon of ghee at a time.
25.
Hold the spoon & ghee in front of the heater.
26.
Wait until it has become liquefied.

27.
Stand on the Clean/Dry Towel & pour the melted down ghee
from the teaspoon onto your left foot & toes of your left foot.
28.
If teaspoon full of melted ghee is not enough to cover the
entirety of your left foot, than repeat steps #24 - #26 of Day 8.
29.
When all of the Left foot is covered in Ghee & you have spent
some time massaging it into your foot for a couple minutes, then
start on your right foot & toes to your right foot.
30.
Whenever your whole body has become covered and fully
massaged with melted down ghee, go back outside.
31.
Go to your Forest Soil/Water/Dirt Mix and see if Forest Mud
has been created to a certain desirable texture for spreading onto
one's skin.
32.
If the texture is appropriate unto your standards of malleability,
go back inside.
33.
Go to the stove top where the Shilajit water has been slow
simmering & turn up the temperature to almost full.
34.
Stir this Shilajit Water continuously (keeping in mind that the
timing of the Forest Mud might get to Dry to spread evenly onto
your skin if you take to long getting back out there).
35.
Once you have boiled the Shilajit Water down to about half of
a Pot, then turn the stove top off & let it sit for about 4 minutes.
36.
Take the Hot Shilajit Water outside & pour it onto the Forest
Mud.
37.
Now you have Created Shilajit Forest mud.
38.
The Melted down ghee tends to stay pretty smooth on the body
for a long while so this should not have to be repeated at all, unless
you live out in the forest & it takes a long time to create a fire to
heat all these things up & prepare for all the previous steps.
39.
Go inside and retrieve your Chiropractic Chair (its more of a
back rest to be honest) & your 12 fluid ounce Bottle of Brahmi Oil,
and bring it outside and place both of them into the area where you
used the Slightly Larger Rectangle Tarp & used ground stakes to
extend it in a little wider area & place this chiropractic back rest in
that slightly extended area (on the opposite side of the first tarp
wall that you made to prevent wind & mosquitoes).

40.
Cover the Chiropractic Back Rest with some Towels from
Inside the house.
41.
(Remembering to Time this whole project so that you go
outside at the night time hours when most of your surroundings are
quiet), go outside to where you created the tarp area in between
those two trees, and go inside (what I like to call) your little
Shilajit Forest Mud Tee Pee and sit in that muddy hole.
42.
After you sit down in this medicinal muddy substance, do not
yet lean back onto the chiropractic back rest.
43.
Cover your entire body in this Medicinal Shilajit Forest
Mud
44.
After you have completed covering your whole body in this
Shilajit Forest Mud, the ghee is now free to perform its main job (its
job is being a transportation assistant; the greatest lubricant on earth;
which helps to carry & transport any other kind of organic medicine
into your body much better than if it was not there to begin with).
45.
Slowly Lay back onto your Chiropractic back rest (take 8
seconds to lay back in super slow motion).
46.
Take your Brahmi Oil in hand & squirt a decent amount of this
oil & massage your head thoroughly and in a smooth manner.
47.
Place 2 Cucumber slices on top of your eyes.
48.
Lay Back.
49.
Gently Smile as though it took you 20 seconds just to put a
smile on your face.

50. Release your smile & pass out with a mellow


mind.

The last 2 days may be spent in any way that the


devotee believes is an overly challenging way that
resembles the first 8 days. Mix it up a little bit.
This happens to be the 10 Day version of my Health Regimen.
Those 10 days can be repeated into a 30 day Regimen.
The 30 Day Regimen can be repeated into the 8 Month Regimen
(followed by the Health Check up 4 month stay at the Ayurvedic Health
Retreat off the grid in Sri Lanka).
If the Devoted Athlete's patience & desire of becoming the best in the
world happens to be resilient enough to go this far in my Health Regimen;
the Human Bullet Train Regimen then turns into a 4 Year Regimen.
What happens at the end of the 4 Year Regimen you ask?
The Hibernation Protocol Section #1 Begins (which happens to have a
minimal completion time of 1 year).
{one must first accept that this is not meant to be a one time thing.
As any Strength Training professional is very aware of, muscle is built in
very thin layers (and it take a rigorous amount of will power combined
with consistent monthly planning in order to become a competitor with
the likes of Mr. or Ms. Universe)
(by the way, there are no former Mr. or Ms. Universe winners who
can rival the amount of strength of someone who finishes the 4 Year
version of my Bullet Train Health Regimen). I would love to see
someone undergo such immense training & then have the best doctors on
earth in the fields of Healthcare compare a Mr. or Ms. Universe Winner
with that of someone who finishes my 4 year Regimen.

Seeing as all the Mr. or Ms. Universe Winners have is swelled up


Muscle mass, which lacks the versatility & Flexibility which can be
developed on my 4 year regimen Regimen.)
If you are someone who craves to obtain the Best Quality of
Body & Brain Tissue (& Not someone who seeks to acquire an Above
Average Quantity of Muscles only).
Then you must commit yourself to save up enough money in order
to purchase the time & expertise of Ayurvedic Professional Doctors who

I would recommend spending the remaining 4 Months at a Sri Lankan

I advise anyone who does this to request that the doctors document
everything that they do to you, by writing it all down, for the purpose of
giving them the absolute best opportunity to make the precise
recommendations regarding the ideal yogic Postures, Breathing exercises
& Marma Therapy to apply to your daily rituals that should be applied to
your life in the last 2 months of the year.
(It is said that whenever a person's unique bodily constitution is at a
certain level of performance, there are particular Yoga Postures &
Breathing exercises that should be practiced at certain times of the day).
This might also apply to Marma Therapy as well, however I have not
researched that particular information so I won't say that I know anything
about it.
But it probably does fit into place just like everything in Ayurveda
seems to be a custom shaped puzzle piece that fits perfectly into place in
regards to a person's unique constitution.}

Month #9 should be spent at this Ayurvedic Retreat by you allowing


the Doctors to take the time in identifying your own personal body's
constitution & by doing this, they will alert you of the specific dietary
needs in which your body is communicating to them that it craves the
most. Upon them reaching a complete understanding of what your body
needs, they will most likely recommend a full month of Panchakarma
Therapy.
Like I said earlier, if you are as committed as I am to the full
spectrum of your quality of life, than you will do whatever they tell you to
do, when they tell you to do it.
Month #10 should also be spent at the Exact same Location in Sri
Lanka (The Ayurvedic Retreat).
Month #10 should be spent at this retreat for the purpose of having
the exact same Ayurvedic Rasa Shastra Doctors re-evaluate your body's
current shape & constitution, and upon them finding out what the body is
communicating to the brain that it needs the very most, These Doctors
will most likely recommend that you now carry on with the second stage
of their Ayurvedic Treatment; which is called Rasayana Therapy (Using
natural substances in which rejuvenate the entire human system). This
should be practiced for the entire Month, by doing whatever they tell you
to do.
Month #11 should also be spent at this retreat for the purpose of
having these doctors review the changes of what your body just went
through (what they have written down about your ever changing body's
constitution); and then they should make recommendations to you
regarding Yoga Postures/Exercise Routines, transitional Pranayama
Breathing Routines & finally to undergo treatment from a professional
Marma (Acupressure) Therapist (after the Marma Therapist completes
their first assesment & performs an all around therapy for your body;
request that they keep working on your entire body's subtle channels to
help cleans it of blockages).

Month #12 should also be spent at this exact same Ayurvedic


Retreat, to continue the Marma Therapy. Except this time, make sure that
you ask them to spend much closer attention on each glandular region
(ask them to assess and treat each Glandular region per half week of your
extended stay with them).
Ask them about the zeal & Sahasrara chakras & request them to
spend 1 whole week on the Zeal Chakra (and any other area which
governs its flow) & 1 full week on the Sahasrara Chakra (and any other
area which governs the swiftness of its flow). After this is complete, ask
the main Ayurvedic Diagnostician to assess your entire body at this
current time, and request that the doctor offers you recommends of which
foods to continue ingesting once you return back to your home land (or
who knows, you might want to stay in Sri Lanka).

The Process Of
Constructing &
Entering The Human
Cocoon

(another way of saying):

Hibernation Protocol:
Section 1
(Which happens to be the first half of
the overall goal, pertaining to
providing the body & mind with the
strongest of most durable of Energetic
Foundations)

The most important part of this entire Finale Prerequisite is that the
person chooses the location of his or her underground refuge by first
researching areas of the country that they live in that is very close to a
Glacial Pool & which is also very close to an Ayurvedic Marma
Acupressure Therapist.
Making Marma Therapy appointments on certain dates are vital to
the completion of this final Prerequisite.
Most people would never consider even starting what I am about to
explain in the following tutorial, because they are attached to the addictive
stimulants found within certain vices located in modern day North
American civilization (Cigarettes, alcoholic substances, candy, greasy
foods, speed boats, marijuana, sexual experiences between lots of women
or just one etc.).
I on the other hand have become disgusted by the lack of inner peace
that my soul has yet to experience. I will explain further that there is
nothing here in Civilization that would intrigue me to stay within the
boundaries of this social construct. I crave the quiet solace found only in
the deepest of mountainous forest regions of the pacific north west &
Canadian Rockies.
We are Animals whether we want to believe it or not, and it would
be very difficult to simply leave the Civilized world in search of a Forest
Refuge without interrupting the harmonious flow that is already being
conducted in the forest.
There are so very many homes that are already taken by many
different species of animals, and by simply leaving the civilized world
with no experience of knowing how to live off the land, and with almost
nothing to assist the person in the transitional process (like materials that
enhance the chance of surviving); it would be reasonable to assume that
by finding any random spot in the forest, you are unwittingly trampling
upon someone's living quarters

(Some Animal's living quarters: To explain to those who assume an


animal's life is less worthy of living than a Human's life is worth living.)
I am an overly considerate creature of this World, and I realize that
by identifying a random spot in a forest that fits in well with that of my
comfort zone, I would most likely be interrupting the work ethic of a
certain animal, and in doing so, providing that animal with extra duties to
complete during his or her long work day.
This in return might end up pushing certain obligations of the animal
gather things to another day all because it does not feel safe with a
stranger in his or her home's locations and must now provide for its
possible family by relocating (searching for a new home to settle down
on; where it might end up dying because I might accidentally relocate
around an area where there happens to be a predator living or lurking).
So in all reality, it is most likely a good idea to be overly prepared
for a conscientious person like myself to relocate from the civilized world
into the forest surrounding a Glacial Pool, into the underground where I
could have access to fresh glacial waters whenever I wanted to go retrieve
some, and I would also not be risking the lives of my new animal
neighbors.
(the only reason why I am settling for an underground over sized &
overly comfortable coffin is because I am extremely poor & I don't have
the income to afford the materials to construct an underground bunker
with all the perks of having Underground Adult Sized Swing Sets,
Artificial Air & Heating Units, Generators, Solar Panels, Several
Interstate Batteries, Huge Bose Sound Systems & The Services of
Ayurvedic Professional Doctors who I would happily pay to fly over to
wherever I was positioned not to far away from a Glacial Pool; needless to
say that if I had the finances of someone like Serena Williams, this
Tutorial would definitely be a lot longer in terms of the amount of detail I
would provide one with)

I started writing this piece about Hibernation Protocol because I


woke up from sleep one day, and I wondered........
If Bears can Hibernate for the Winter, than why would it be
considered impossible for a Human Being to not be able to do the same
activity?
(seeing as we are both Omnivorous Creatures)?
I figured that if a person jam packed the best possible sustenance
onto their body's frame for a total of 4 years (and spread out each
serving through math by dividing each daily quantity into small
servings 20-30 small servings a day), that this whole tutorial could
actually get to the point of fruition.
In order to separate oneself from the all the hundreds of thousands of
different distractions that are ever present in our society, I figured the only
way to do so would be to find a place where one can remain out of sight &
out of mind for very long stretches of time.
My most reasonable thought was to create a huge underground
coffin with 2 side chambers to stock the Bare Essentials right next to the
coffin (and to base these bare essentials on a 1 year time period) (I have
estimated the prices for a List of Substances that one would need to
survive a semi-reclusive Environment such as this).
(Please also note that all of these products do not have to be purchased all
at once; seeing as my tutorial is only intended for a person to stay
underground for a period of 40 out of 48 hours).
You can read in detail later on about the following things........

(The 8 hour break is so that the person can arise out of their
luxurious coffin & go into the town where they have pre-booked a session
with a Cryotherapy Business in order to enter a chamber for a few
minutes; The break period also includes re-stocking up on Fresh Raw
Fruits by going to your nearest Whole Foods Co-Op; along with any other
supplemental items that might make your stay a little more pleasant; like
something to make you sleep for a while).
The Substances that should be continually in stock next to your
Coffin........ (remember that this is the Total quantity of yearly required
finances for each product).
6 Pounds of Bee Pollen (5 Pounds of The Pollen should be vacuum
sealed to be air tight).

hipocrite seeing as in the introduction I did mention that I was able

The Koalaty Galvanic Stim Digital High Volt Device has a specific
purpose regarding the overall duration of stay during the Hibernation
Protocol Section #1 & #2.
(that specific purpose is to help guide & assist the process of
Ethereal Energy Stimulation, Manifestation & Storage within the Human
Being's Energy Storage locations noted in Robert Bruce's 2 Books Astral
Dynamics & New Energy Ways Volume 2).
The voltage that is able to be set is between 0 & 350 volts.
Therefore, I have decided to apply this Electronic Massaging Device
in an ascending voltage to slowly be scaled up to proportion with that of
the weeks being completed by the person who is Devoted to completing
such a regimen.
Here is the Calendar & the specific Ascending Voltage that
correlates right along with each Week & Month Spent in your reclusive
underground chamber.
(this is just an example of the Ascending Voltage that increases from
week to week; by intervals of 5 volts per completed week)
Week 1 = 15 volts
Week 2 = 20 volts
Week 3 = 25 volts
Week 4 = 30 volts
By the start of week #4, the device should be set on 30 volts.
At the start of Week 5, the device should be set on 35 volts.
By the time the first year has been successfully completed, the
Koalaty Galvanic Stim Digital High Volt Device should be set on a
specific voltage of 250 volts.

At the end of the 17th Month (which is the end of the 5th month of
what is regarded as Hibernation Protocol: Section 2); the Device will
now be set at its overall voltage limit.
The Device should stay at this specific voltage limit until one
reaches the very end of the 96th week; which is also the very end of
Hibernation Protocol: #2.

The Activities involved in starting & finishing Hibernation Protocol:


Section 1:
1. Upon getting situated in your underground chamber, get the Koalaty
Galvanic Stim Digital High Volt Device and set its voltage output at
15 volts but do not turn it on yet.
2. Prepare of a cup of Brown Basmati Rice, Boil in a pot & then Eat
cup of the Brown Basmati Rice.
3. With the Excess Brown Rice Water left over that you happened to
strain, place this into a coffee cup & apply one full serving of Pur
Black Shilajit to the hot water, and place a small plate on top of the
coffee cup to keep the oils inside the coffee cup.
4. Drink the Brown Rice/Shilajit Water after finishing the cup of
Brown Basmati Rice.
5. Do not get dressed yet, and make sure to Stick the Electrical Pads of
the device & attach the cables onto symmetrical areas of your body
where they recommend you put them.
6. Get dressed by putting on your 100% Polyester Clothing.
7. Take an herbal sedative, if it is in the winter months than take a
Heating Nervine herbal boiled infusion (that has sedative
properties), if it is in the summer months than take a cooling nervine
herbal boiled infusion (that has sedative properties).
8. Turn on the Electrical Massaging Device.
9. Go to sleep for a few hours, and sit up after a while.
10.
Take your clothes off.
11.
Take sticky pads and all other electrical wiring equipment off
of your body.
12.
Walk over to the area where you do your work outs, and cover
all your joints with Mahanarayan Oil.
13.
Stretch for 30 minutes by moving very slowly.
14.
After stretching, sit down slowly and then lay down on your
back and practice an energy raising tutorial that has been provided to
you by Robert Bruce from his manual New Energy Ways Volume
2; for a period of 30 minutes.
15.
After you finish the 30 Minutes of Energy Raising, follow this

action with the process of Storing the Energy while you continue to
lay down.
16.
After this is completed, stand up slowly & get dressed in your
100% Polyester again & obtain the 2 pieces of, 1 foot by 3 feet
rectangles of Carpet located in the side storage areas of the Over
Sized Coffin.
17.
Sit back down slowly in your work out area, and place the two
rectangles right next to both sides of you while sitting Indian style.
18.
Rub these pieces of carpet extremely slowly and in a swift
manner & make sure that you do so continuously for at least 5
minutes while your eyes are closed.
19.
Sit straight up and perform Qi Gong for 20 minutes (while not
moving; with your wrists resting on the edges of your knees; with
your hands and fingers curved as though they are holding a huge
invisible ball).
20.
Perform a Pranayama routine of your own choosing while you
are performing Non Moving Qi Gong.
21.
Upon finishing this whole 20 minutes routine, repeat the
Energetic Storage routine that Robert Bruce suggests.
22.
Shave your head, and rub Brahmi Oil on to your whole head.
23.
Set a low volume alarm to go off in 4 hours & then go to sleep.
24.
Upon waking from sleep, repeat steps #5 through # 23 (1 Meal
for a period of 1 day of not being very active at all is appropriate).
25.
Go Back to Sleep.
This entire Process should then be repeated every single day for 1
year (Also making sure to mix things up by preparing certain Herbal
Infusions & decoctions that are appropriate according to the time of year
& also by going outside to climb a tree at times when the sun is normally
out, during sunrise & sunset on average anyways).

One should also have a car hidden away in a large storage unit
somewhere close to where their new forest home is. Just in case they hear
something on the weather radio that threatens their survival. For example,
a Landslide in a surrounding region or earthquake etc.
Also the car can also provide one with a means of getting out every
once in a while to reward oneself for achieving vast amounts of Patience.
In my personal opinion, driving can become a therapy that soothes the
nervous system of excess stress built up over time. Even if no music is
available. It just feels good to get out & hug the curves of those
mountainous roads. It's been beneficial to me in the past to say the least.
I figured that it might be possible for anyone to cure themselves
of any and all forms of mental/physical diseases.
The Coffin should be very large
(9 feet tall by 6 feet wide by 14 feet long).
Each Side Chamber which is meant for storage purposes should be 3
feet tall by 4 feet wide by 8 feet long.
Here is a Brief Summary of what I believe it would take to withstand
living in an underground overly comfortable coffin with no
entertainment except your own imagination & the ability to be patient for
long periods of time.
1. Appropriate scheduling Calendars that deal with taking in nearby
sustenance (located on the sides of your super-sized Comfy
Underground Coffin).
2. Electric muscle stimulation via sticky pads (lots of spare sticky
pads), wires & lots of back up 9 Volt Batteries to support the
Electronic Stimulation Pulse Device (to last a long while) (The
Electric Pulse Device should not be a rechargeable device; those
do not have the right amount of electric jolt in order to stimulate
& keep the Central Nervous System as active as one might need it

to be).
3. Extremely short break periods of time away from (Your own
comfy 8' tall x 10' Long coffin + Side Chambers measuring 3' Tall

12 hours) just like a caterpillar would do they are some
glutenous little things aren't they; along with covering different
areas of the body with Pur Black Shilajit Resin; around the
Glandular Areas of the Body, also one must constantly shave their
head in order to apply the Pur Black Shilajit Resin onto areas of
their head and back of neck & then apply Brahmi Oil on top of
that; and then finally place mud on all sides of your head as the

While in transport to these places, one must plug up their ears in

I thought about this idea of hibernation in referring to the idea of


Curing Mental & Physical Diseases because of the way a caterpillar
becomes a butterfly within the cocoon (a catterpillar who's cocoon lacks
the disturbances of all outside influences).
In my ideal world, a child would never have to experience the
outside influence (trauma induced actions) of some non-considerate
absent-minded adult, who goes way out of their way to apply their own
low standards of living onto the fragile Central Nervous System of any
Child.
{To Clarify the previous parable: As we all know, Human beings are
social creatures (We are also creatures of habit); some people are creatures
of compulsive bad habits, and these are the people you can notice in pubic
who constantly yell at their kids in a ferocious manner & drag them
around like the kid is an oversize human suitcase being dragged through a
huge room full of toys & trash pilled up to their knees (one might get the
idea of how difficult that action might be if your trying to get from A to B
in an inpatient manner), these vicious parents use their words by barking
their traditional based rules at the kid, in the same way that some dogs
mindlessly and constantly bark for no clear reason other than their own
boredom).}
This is another reason why I have forced myself since becoming an
overly tolerant adult, to never allow myself to purchase a gun of any sort,
because I know myself very well (through and through); and I would
undoubtedly follow these people back to their houses & hide outside in
the bushes somewhere across the street until after the kids go to school &
then I would Murder the Parents of those kids out of sympathy to the
overall well being of the children's possibly bright future.

(I would not murder the parents in from of the kids, because then it
would just take twice as long for their delicate minds to heal themselves
from trauma, and I clearly have the childrens best intentions in mind when
it pertains to overall potential & the momentum that drives the growth of
the Human Body & Brain; a system of growth in which never needs to
have its growth stunted by any means whatsoever).
That last Parable is the prime reason why I have written all of this
down in order to explain how people sacrifice the overall potential of their
children's growth, several times throughout the day, and in many
situations in which they don't think anything is wrong with their behavior,
whenever their kids feel otherwise, and the pattern continues over and
over again, until certain kids get overly medicated with synthetic based
medications & end up going on a killing spree at their schools.
This is not an opinion people, it is the naked truth in its most raw
form you can fathom. So deal with it or continue providing this world
with another perpetual form of suffering.
This is another reason as to why I have endured a 99% reclusive
Lifestyle, because my tolerance level of doing nothing about such
important matters as protecting children from Psychotic parents has made
me feel as though I have no soul anymore. But allowing the parents to
control their kids in such a brutal manner as what I bare witness to when I
go into the city, after I walk away and do nothing about it, I feel like I
don't deserve my life at all, and I have to force myself not to think about
what a coward I am for allowing them to mentally torture their kids.
I feel this way because I was a child victim & I had to bare witness
to my mother get beaten lots of times by her many psychotic drug
addicted boy friends & I experienced this routine throughout the entire
duration of my childhood (up to 9 years old), and I was to small back then
to do anything about it.

Now that I am a fully grown adult, and I can beat someone to death
with my fists alone if it came down to it, these muscles that I have don't
perform the purpose of protecting life when it matters most in the right
situation. I am a primate in the realest sense, and I can't ignore these
things that make me who I am (I am an overly compassionate, loving,
sweet-hearted, mannerly, considerate & Brutal Individual; who has just as
much blood lust to eradicate the non-sense in which has transformed our
country into a giant heap of putrid trash & filth).
But I have also grown into a mature adult who happens to be a
model of self control & who is somewhat disciplined. I am an overly
tolerant of people's bad behavior & I am horrified by the lack of
considerate & kindness in which should be offered to the Youth of this
Great Nation.
I yearn to protect life, and the law dictates that if I destroy someone's
life, even if that person was the type we East Texan's call A Pile Of Shit
(whether it was clearly for the benefit of the child or not), the law dictates
that if I don't get caught, I will have to run & hide for the rest of my life,
or I must have enough money to get reconstructive surgery & get falsified
documentation & move abroad etc., or if I get caught by the authorities, I
will most likely spend the rest of my life in Jail & get the Death Penalty.
Long Story Short, I am left with very few options whenever I
witness people being horrible parents. So instead of learning how to
control my blood lust by holding back my full potential of beating them
into a state of a lifeless corpse (seeing as it just feels unnatural to hold
back from performing my god given duty of being brutal unto someone in
whom I feel is worthy of being on the receiving end of such a brutal
act).

I figured that the best way to provide an equal amount of goodness


to the world (without going around the world playing the part of the
fictional character The Punisher), would be to provide parents with a
tutorial on how to be the best possible Care Giver that those kids could
ever ask for. Whether or not anyone goes out of their way to take
advantage of this tutorial is completely up to them.
I understand that most people are addicted to their own laziness (and
have become settled in their ways after years of hard work) whenever they
get home from work because they allow themselves to become employed
for a very large percentage of time {(half of that time should be spent not
at work, but with their children, preparing those kids with precious insight
that pertains to a world that is merciless, deceitful, crude, manipulative &
who's appetite is bottomless in regards to seeking out and finding those
who are oblivious as to the nature of society (like the ACDC Lyric in the
song Thunderstruck: Played all the fools)}.
I realize that through this pattern of laziness, most people who have
full time jobs, will most likely never take hold & apply my standards of
being Health Driven Individuals to their lives & the lives of their children
through the act of leading by example, because most people have given up
on their lives & yearn to ignore the root cause behind many of their
problems.
I fully understand this & accept it for what it is, but it will not deter
me from finishing this Tutorial in order to provide those with hope that a
much bright future is possible for them & their kids, as long as they apply
themselves consistently to a well rounded work out regimen that suites
their personal schedule & who are intent on over-simplifying their
lifestyles as to benefit the future potential of their kids.
I'm saying that in an ideal world, we were all meant to be super
humans & there was never any reason why we should cut ourselves off
from the world outside of us; (as I said before: we are social creatures).

The process of its' metamorphosis is only completed because its


surrounding environment remains undisturbed for long periods of time;
this got me thinking about the timing that it takes a creature of such a
small size to undergo such a huge change; and then I thought that since I
am a much larger creature in whom desires much more energy in order to
survive and thrive here on planet earth, it must mean that for a human to
undergo such a huge change that rivals that insect, it would mean that my
Alkaline Reserve must first have an enormous capacity, and secondly,
seeing as my body requires tremendous amounts of energy when being
compared to a caterpillar (I would need to eat lots of Fruits & Bee Pollen
in a very short amount of time right before entering the human cocoon),
that the vibration that is occurring while inside of the cocoon must depend
on momentum in order to reach a certain internal frequency.
I came to the conclusion that I would need to be overly familiar with
the process of manifesting & swirling prana within me for long periods of
time, before I could manage to reach an extremely high rate of vibration,
Each long period of time would probably have to be scaled to proportion
(see how long a normal caterpillar takes to breach its cocoon, and then
scale it up to a human level).
According to the time it takes a butterfly to form, scale this ratio up
by multiplying the period of time by several hours & then segment the
total time it would take into a scale of 1/14th's. Make a diagram of the
human body & chart with a ruler, 14 segments from Toe to the top of the
skull, and based on the total time it might take to undergo metamorphosis,
divide that total estimated time by 14; and then you will have the
appropriate amount of time (per meditation session), that corresponds to a
certain area of the body.
If Marma Therapy is performed by the acupressure Therapist
correctly a day before this process has begun, than meditating for long
periods of time should not be such a big deal for any healthy person.

For instance, From the bottom of the Toe to the top of the ankle
might be the first segment; and this segment might have a minimal time
period of focusing on it of (and this is a complete guesstimate) maybe 810 hours. This all depends on how long it takes a normal Butterfly or
Moth to break free of its confinement.
Then I thought, the more Mental Instability, the more time it would
required for the full effect to take place.
I Named the title The 4 Year Human Bullet Train Diet & Lifestyle
Plan because I figured that my brain has not had the chance to recover
from all the continuous trauma that it has been subjected to from birth. So
I thought, the more damage to be repaired, the longer period of time in
order to fix it. 1 Year of this Health Program might not be enough time in
order to use the process of metamorphosis in order to fix all the damaged
areas & blockages within the many layers of tissues inside of me
(Since my body & brain has undergone 31 years of trauma due to
malnutrition & outside influences making me irritable; in turn creating an
overly acidic environment for my inner fluids to try and reach their
destinations, it would make perfect sense that even with an extreme health
regimen such as this, it would probably take at least 4 continuous years of
constant focusing and nurturing the body's needs in order for the body to
be ready to undergo the process of Human Metamorphosis, and after that
the body still subject itself to rely on a constant start and stop erratic
based movement of energetic detours).
One thing that I have learned by studying the sensitive nature of the
Central Nervous System, is that it does not take very much at all to disrupt
the flow of synaptic communication. If not dealt with properly, even the
slightest distraction from what your soul intends to do with its time could
interrupt the overall synergistic flow of all the glands, organs, blood
synaptic light transmissions from reaching their destination in the timely
manner in which it originally intended upon arriving at.

So it might end up taking much longer than 4 years of continuous


focusing & nourishing of what you plan to put inside the human system in
sustenance form. I might as well make it a 4 Year Health Program to start
out with, just to be safe.

person is recommended to stay underground for a period of 4 days
(instead of 2 days underground) & then they can go attend their
appointments such as Cryotherapy, Yoga, Marma Acupressure Therapy &
obtaining Raw fruits, Vegetables & Supplements from a Local Whole
Foods Co-Op.
I have designated the last Final Part of Hibernation Protocol Section 2 into
adding an additional amount of 6 extra days to the end of Hibernation
Protocol: Section 2, for a means of inducing an all natural stimulation
practice of extremely cold water based shock treatment therapy unto the
the entire human system by making a quick journey to a Glacial Pool.
Right before the Glacial Pool Journey is to be started,

Powder & mix this up; then take 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen by mouth &
slowly sip the Lemon Juice/Spirulina & Chlorella Liquid beverage.
Set a low volume alarm to go off in a period of time equaling 8 minutes.
Get a bottle of Brahmi Oil & spend 3 minutes rubbing the oil all over your
head, neck & chest areas.
Spend 2 minutes applying the necessary pads & wires to certain locations
on your naked body that come with the Koalaty Galvanic Stim Digital
High Volt Device.
Sit down Indian style and relax in your Chiropractic Back Rest which the
foam padding is also covered in 100% Polyester fabric.
Retrieve the 100% Polyester Sheet that you normally cover up with in

Repeat this entire process over and over again until one reaches the time
of the 16 hour mark located on the time chart pertaining to the 3rd day.

This last period of 8 Resting Hours will conclude the 4 Prerequisites unto

Portion #1:
(Pertaining to The First 3 Hours of Interrupted Resting).
Portion #1:
Here is the example of the First 3 Hours of Interrupted Rest:
(This is the timing template that should be set up for the Customized
Software program that governs the activity of turning the koalaty galvanic
stim digital high volt device on and off; so that that anyone can get the
very most out of their expensive interstate batteries).
6 hours = Total Resting period of Portion 1:
1 Hour = 2 Sets of 30 Minutes.
Half of 30 Minutes is 15 Minutes.
Each Set of 15 Minutes has 1 Electric pulse session that starts at the
beginning of each 15 minute resting session.
There are 12 Separated Electric Pulsing session for the first 3 hours of
rest.
The first shock should alert the resting human to open their eyes & look at
the chart in front of them.
Make sure that the body is allowed to rest for the next 6 hours.
(while being interrupted with 1 minute intervals of electric pulses

The idea of having the first portion of the person's 6 hour resting
period being interrupted is in order to stimulate the attention of the
conscious self back into reality, is in so that they can view 2 separate
charts that are shaped like the person's body, that he or she should
immediately look at above them upon being shocked by the electric
pulses.
The First chart on the left has 12 separate sections; each arm & leg
should be measured out on the chart & divided by 12 lines (this can be
done by using the string theory method I mentioned earlier).
The First Chart on the Left should show a person's Arms & Legs
Only, sectioned out & divided into 12 separate sections. (for example:
Area #1 should point to the finger tips & the tips of the toes, and these two
areas should be focused on at the very first electric stimulation period, by
following the tutorials provided by Robert Bruce in his 2 Books Astral
Dynamics & New Energy Ways Volume 2).
Following the completion of the 15 minutes worth of stimulating the
energy of these 2 locations, the person should then be shocked again with
the device & then immediately look up and to the right of the 2 charts, and
then locate the Area #2.
This area #2 should be pointing to the locations designated to the
feet & that of the fingers/hands. You can safely assume that by each
electric pulse period, the awareness of the resting person should be guided
further and further up the legs & arm until they reach the main joints
connecting to the torso.
At the end of the 3rd hour, the entire arms & legs should now be
completely energized & storing tons of ethereal energy.
After the first 3 hours of mental conditioned based resting is
completed, the arms and legs chart should be completely finished.

Portion #1:
(Pertaining to The Last 3 Hours of Interrupted Resting during Portion
#1).
Now the second chart on the right should be paid attention to.
(a chart that focuses on the torso & neck areas into 12 sections).
The second chart should have the exact same template of 12 separate
lines dividing the body, except this time one should start from the base of
the spinal chord to the very top of the Neck Region.
(based on the 12 separate electric pulse activity periods that start every 15
minutes of each hour)
With each electric pulse session of 1 minute intervals, the person
should immediately look up and to the right sided chart to see area #1:
which should point to 2 separate locations on the body, The base of the
spinal chord & Top of the Neck. After the electrical stimulation is
automatically turned off, the person should then apply Robert Bruce's
Tutorials on how to keep this area of the body fine tuned by clearing all
the blocked pathway & following through with raising the energy &
storing it into the certain storage locations he mentions.
Area #2: should be right above the base of the Spinal Chord & right below
the top of the neck.
The attention of the resting person is constantly being alerted by the
electric pulses and having the energetic channels build huge amounts of
ethereal energy in certain locations of the spine and neck region.
You can safely assume that the area located at the base of the spine
& the area located at the top of the neck, is having their energy grown &
guided towards the area known as the solar plexus.

Once the end of the 2nd 3 hour Resting session is completed, the
Solar Plexus should then be focused on continually for about 10 minutes
before transitioning to the beginning of the last 2 hours of Rest which is
the Final End of Hibernation Protocol Section: 2.

Before I start this last little tutorial, I would like to reminisce about
something I said towards the beginning of this entire document, about
how I spent the majority of my twenties following after people who cared
little to nothing about my friendship. I said something regarding the
subject of self-discipline. I would like to bring this topic of self-discipline
full circle by repeating that quote so that everyone who finds an interest in
this tutorial realizes what I was trying to say.
When a person is suddenly faced with the ultimate realization that
100% of his or her daily decision making skills are proving to be a
detriment to his overall potential; that person is faced with a mountain of
obstacles in the form of future choices.
To clarify every thing I just wrote down in the 4 prerequisites &
expressed the interrelationship between the subject of Self-discipline &
that of the subject I referred to as a mountain of obstacles in the form of
future choices.
Here is that clarification in the simplest of word combinations.
There are Detrimental choices that do absolutely nothing to help
one to experience the full spectrum of Human Potential in referencing
Physiological & Psychological Performance.
& then there are Choices that assist one in experiencing the full
spectrum of Human Potential in referencing Physiological &
Psychological Performance.
The mountain of obstacles in the form of future choices in which
assist one to experience the full spectrum of Human Potential in
referencing Physiological & Psychological Performance, are the choices
that are made based on standards of being physically & mentally active.

Laziness breeds bad habits in the form of becoming undisciplined.


The More potent forms of energy are only attainable through an
abandonment of the mode called laziness.
I have been being lazy for the majority of my adult life & I have
suffered greatly from it by experiencing massive amounts of continual
depression.
So anyways, here is my Regimen pertaining to the last 2 hours of
Hibernation Protocol.
This part is very simple when being compared to the entirety of all the
stuff I just explained.

The Advanced Electrical Assisted Resting


Protocol:Portion #2:
(The end result of this protocol pertains to fueling the bone
marrow with condensed energy by guiding it from the Energy
Storage Circuits, through the Tertiary Circuit & into 1 main joint
area).
(The entire Advanced Electrical Assisted Resting Protocol process
of Portion #2 is completed whenever someone repeats the
following 34 steps for each Main Joint areas):
(Joint #1: Left Hip) - 1 full hour after arriving back from Marma Therapy
(Joint #2: Right Hip) - 1 full hour after arriving back from Marma Therapy
(Joint #3: Left Shoulder) - 1 full hour after arriving back from Marma Therapy
(Joint #4: Right Shoulder) - 1 full hour after arriving back from Marma Therapy
(Joint #5: The Neck/ Zeal Chakra) - 1 full hour after arriving back from Marma
Therapy.

Galvanic Stim Digital High Volt Device).
4. Get dressed, journey into town by moving very slowly where you can
find a Professional Ayurvedic Marma Acupressure Doctor who is very
skilled in manipulating the pranic flow of the bone marrow.
Get them to manipulate those channels for you in order to make it easier
for the prana to flow within these channels.
5. Go Back to your Home in the Ground.
6. Get undressed & become completely naked.
7. Prepare a Boiled Liquid Decoction of Manjishta Root & mix a 1 and a
half dosage of Pur Black Shilajit along with it.
8. Let it cool down for 5 to 10 minutes, then sip it slowly.
9. Drink half of this amazing medicinal beverage and then save the other
half for later.
10. Lay out flat on your bed.
11. Set a low volume alarm to go off in exactly 50 minutes.
12. Cover your whole body with 2, 100% Polyester Sheets.
Lay there and stay conscious.

13. Remember to Focus on what Robert Bruce calls the Full Body
Circuit for the first 20 minutes.
14. Then at the start of the next 30 minute period, use the process that
Robert Bruce refers to as Tactile Imaging.

mentioned and imagine the two opposite areas of the Neck & the Base of
the Spinal Chord have extremely slow moving pillars of water gushing
towards one another.
16. Take this time while the energy is building itself up by withdrawing 1
third of your energy from within the energetic storage facility of your
energy body, and siphon moderate amounts of energy from these locations
in order to travel inward towards the middle area of the spine in between
the 2 pillars of slow moving water happen to be placed at. (Try to time
this process to where the 2 pillars of water are very close to meeting each
other in the middle by the time the low volume alarm alerts you that it has
been 50 minutes).
17. This must be practiced quite a few times before the last 2 hours of
Hibernation Protocol.

Whenever the low volume alarm has alerted you that it has
been 50 minutes, you should imagine that those 2 pillars of slow
moving water are extremely close to one another.
19. At this time, the next 2 minutes should be focused on the channels of
the Bone Marrow & the Energy Body's Storage Facilities (All the hard
work that you devoted to the improvement of your mental concentration is
going to come down to these 2 minutes; you practiced clearing these
channels for 2 years (along with the clearing the way through the Tertiary
Energy Circuit) & have made yourself go back to these two energy
exchange pathways several times during the whole spectrum of this health
regimen in order to be successful in the next 2 minutes).

20. In the moments when you can feel within yourself that there is a
gigantic build up of energy (stop imagining anything and every thing in
order to conserve more mental energy).
21. Your intuition will provide you with the awareness that you need in
order to gauge the moment whenever you need to unleash another third of
your entire energetic savings account, and when the flood gates have been
temporarily opened, become like that of a cattle rancher in whom herds

24. Close the Flood Gates after one third of your overall energy has
rushed out. (This process only pertains to 1 single main joint are; in
which there are 5 main joint areas in which I will be focusing on; the Left
Hip, The Right Hip, The Left Shoulder, The Right Shoulder & The
Neck/Zeal Chakra area).
25. After this has happened, spend 5 to 10 minutes practicing a certain
pranayama technique that deals with the overall compression of Prana.

26. Arise from your laying position, drink the rest of your Manjishta
Medicinal Beverage.
27. Get dressed in your 100% Polyester Tai Chi Clothing (brown cloth).
28. Leave the Refuge of your underground home, and take a long beach
towel with you.
29. Journey on foot to the location of the Glacial Pool nearest to you.
30. Then lay the long beach towel out on some dirt or grass.
31. Get Completely Naked once more.
32. Go to the glacial pool & submerge your entire body for as long as
your new and improved intuition alerts you to stay underwater.
33. Then journey to your Towel on the dirt or grassy area & lay out flat on
the towel & breathe deeply.
34. After you have completed this, go back to your home in the ground &
Repeat the entire process of steps #1 through #34 of The Advanced
Electrical Assisted Resting Protocol:
Portion #2 for the other 3 main joint areas (not including the neck area).
35. Once you have completed all the major joint areas (of the 4 major
Joints of the Arms & Legs), upon reaching step #10, substitute a separate
step of going into one of your side storage chambers next to your

I can say this because I have stared down more than a few pit bulls
in my life, and when it concerns elemental attraction & repulsion, as long
as you don't react fearfully, that dog will eventually run out of energy by
barking, as long as it is not on the verge of starving to death.

If a pit bull has no home & no owner to go back to, and who appears
to be on the verge of starving to death, you might better want to do
something other than stare, because any desperate animal will resort to
becoming overly hostile in nature, so don't run, but cripple or kill that
desperate creature, or you will become its meal.

form of behavior, our resources will become depleted & we will all
suffocate to death eventually if we do not do something about those who
butcher the trees of this world. Bamboo grows much faster & is
extremely durable. It has so very many uses, and if we stop the money
hungry businesses in which hack the earth to death with their machines,
than it will be the industrial revolution in which became humanity's last
technological breakthrough.

We can all become superior versions of ourselves by simply


devoting huge amounts of time into repairing our innards & by
establishing a fine tuned process of scheduling out small portions of meals
to ingest, 10-20 times a day, instead of 3 large servings of food a day.
It is that simple.
Replace the process of butchering our source of clean air from trees,
with that of Bamboo.
Transition from 3 large servings of food a day, to around 15 small
portions of food a day.
Create a separate savings account for yourself that allows you to set
aside at least 8-12 thousand dollars a year so that you can have the
best healthcare professionals on the Planet to devote their time into
detoxifying your unique body by using the practice known as
Panchakarma, & following that completion of that process, have
those same people from Sri Lanka to devote their time into
determining your physiological & psychological needs by showing
you which Rasayana Herbs (Rejuvenating Herbs) to apply to your
unique constitution.
Hibernate for at least one month out of each year, with some of the
suggestions that I provided earlier.
Practice Qi Gong everyday of your life.

Make sure that your body's Alkaline Reserve is in constant check.


In other words, go out of your way to make sure that the foods &
liquids in which you consume on a daily basis are of the purest
measurable range of Alkalinity in every form of sustenance that you
consider putting inside your body. This also means making sure that

If I am faced with immanent death, I will be proud of the fact that I
chose not to follow anyone's example except for the one I provided myself
with. For I am a trail blazer. I have no trail to follow, and I won't feel
ashamed of the value in which I have placed upon my life.

I am not one to go out of my way to interfere with the duties in


which nature is trying to sculpt her world with. Most careers these days
involve interrupting Mother Nature's Slow & Steady Process of
perpetually rejuvenating herself.
Her auto-immune system is found within us all, in a scaled down
formation of flesh, blood & many other forms of organic tissue. She
cannot die by any sort of human activity.
Like any injury, depending on its severity, any one of her scars will
fill itself up like water engulfing a lake. It might take several thousands of
years for her to heal, but she will live on non the less.
In a book called Rasa-Shastra by: Andrew Mason, it is said that a
person in ancient times was said to live as long as 10,000 years, as long as
they took very good care of themselves. We don't have to die, and
graveyards are nothing more than an option for those who loose hope in
providing their own lives with a solid goal or direction to strive towards.
We can overcome, survive & thrive in a world supported by industrialized
strength & also to allow Nature to build her own version of stability
around the privileged fortifications that the industrial revolution has
provided us with.
This Health Regimen will remain in its infancy as long as the ideas
are not put into human trials & the proper professionals in their fields of
study don't spend lots of time in building upon the general knowledge in
which I have put this Document together with.

higher rank in the gang, then he better rape that little 5 year old so that I
would never tell a soul; using scare tactics in order to safeguard their
horrific activities,
The sad reality is that money allows a person to connect with the
precious resources that are identified as Ayurvedic Doctors. There are Sri
Lankan Retreats in which provide the most healing & dignified practice
anywhere on the planet. It is expensive, but worth every cent, unlike most
other things that a person might spend their earnings on.
We are like the Spartan Phalanx, one flaw in the condensed unit of
soldiers can bring forth severe loss of life & suffering in the form of
mental trauma to last a lifetime in case you survive.
We are all born from a womb & we all deserve to treat ourselves &
each other with consideration & compassion.

We must thrive to push our species as a whole forward into a new

them, would have every reason to want to achieve that uncharted potential
within themselves, because nobody wants to live in filth.

unblocking obstructed energy pathways; by starting with the Secondary
Circuits & then by Conditioning the Tertiary Circuits (Energy Exchange
Ports), along with all the other secondary circuits which surround the
Storage Circuits & the secondary circuits which surround each and every
joint that connects each arm, leg, finger & toe; along with the neck.
The Human Bullet Train Diet & Lifestyle Plan is extremely strict
when it concerns the energy content of the Bone Marrow. I believe that
each secondary circuit that surrounds each joint should become
familiarized by the devotee. Everything that takes place within the years
after the prerequisites have been finished are meant to lead up to an
extremely sensitive moment that deals with a series of occurrences that is
supposed to assist the body in undergoing an accelerated process of
transmutation of the fluids that help the Central Nervous System & the
synaptic firing between neurons to undergo a gliding effect.
The 4 Prerequisites have the purpose of setting a biologically
harmonious foundation which is 4 times as strong as it would normally
need to be for any human. I thought about the bible verse when it said
The Body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit; & I intended on making a

Preparation for the Shilajit Spring Water:


1. Boil 1 & cup of Fresh Spring Water down to a of a cup of
Spring Water.
2. Place Water in Coffee Cup.
3. Place a double dose of Pur Black Shilajit in with the boiled spring

4. Mix this substance with the hot water by stirring it with a spoon
until it dissolves & place a small plate on top of the coffee cup
(uncover the coffee cup 5 minutes later, and stir again, then place the

Preparation for the Fruit Juicing Recipe:


5. Blend various fruits together in a blender :{(preferably of a slice
of Honey Dew Melon); (1 inch thick slice), 1 small Gala Apple, 1

Goji Berries}. 2. After Blending, Add of a cup of Pure Lemon

8. Add of a cup of 100% Organic Pineapple Juice (Non-GMO, not
from concentrate) on top of the fruit smoothie & blend again.
9. Remove small plate from Coffee cup containing the Shilajit Spring
Water, & empty the contents of this liquid substance into the Fruit
smoothie then blend again.

Add 1/4th of a cup of Freshly Grown Spirulina Algae in with
the Fruit Juice/Shilajit Spring Water, then Blend this together one
last time for a little longer than all the rest of the times.

Preparation for the Schisandra Berry Spring Water

Get a small pot to Boil Fresh Spring Water in & place the Pot
onto the Stove Top.

Pour 2 cups of Fresh Spring Water into the Pot & place the
Stove Top Temperature control on High.

Boil 2 cups of Fresh Spring Water down to 1 & a half cups.

Turn the stove top temperature control from high to half way in
between high and low.

Remove 30 dried Schisandra berries from the Mountain Rose
Herbs container into the boiling water.

Stir every 3 minutes.
17.
Get a stirring tool that has a flat surface in which you can
smash the tender berries in order to remove more of their juices (if
you don't have this tool, than you can always get some hemp chord
& some cheese cloth & place the schisandra berries into the center
of the cheese cloth and then wrap them up like a burrito & tie off the
top of the cheese cloth with some hemp chord; after the schisandra
berries get tender enough, you can just use a normal large spoon to
smash the juice out of all the berries in this manner).

Allow the berries to boil with the Spring Water while
continually smashing the berries of their juice every 3 minutes.
19.
Whenever the Spring Water has become boiled down to about
three quarters of a cup, remove the pot from the stove top & turn the
Stove top heating unit off.

Pour this three quarters of a cup of Schisandra Berry Spring
Water into the Blending Container that already has the mixed up
Fruit Juices, Shilajit Spring Water, & Fresh Spirulina Algae mixture
within it.
21.
Blend this Schisandra Berry Spring water with the rest of the
Fruit Juices, Shilajit Spring Water & Fresh Spirulina Algae for about
40 seconds.
22.
Pour this blended beverage of highly nutritious substances into
another container that is large enough to fit all of it.
23.
Place this container in the refrigerator & wait about 20 minutes

for it to cool down.

When you are ready to serve this beverage, place the container
on the table & get a measuring cup.

Pour out one half cup of this Smoothie Recipe per single
serving & in doing so, realize how much your body & brain will

Chapter 4:

Overcoming the Fear of Death

Elemental Attraction persists anywhere & everywhere. With every


action performed by a sentient life form, there is an aspect of existence in
which begins a journey that will eventually lead straight towards that
sentient life form, in order to challenge the standards of living that govern
the sentient body.
If a sentient life form has become embedded into a zone of comfort
that is deeper than most, than it will in turn become much more difficult
for the sentient life form to overcome future challenges. Therefor they
must discipline themselves in order to provide themselves with greater
odds of survival when confronting such challenges.
The older a person gets, the more potent the challenges become. So
it would be wise to conduct oneself in a way that provided them with the
best possible standards in order to achieve success over the likes of their
new challenges. This would mean that the sentient life form would have
to become more and more disciplined as they grow older.
My suggestion to the human masses who have not lost hope in their
bright futures, that they govern every trial and tribulation with a steady
gaze on what they truly believe is labeled as a high quality of life.
However, in order to do such a thing, they must constantly be aware of
how idiotic they were in their youth. Say for instance, what qualifies as
fun to a teenager, is getting drunk at parties, and performing reckless
stunts & behaving in a manner that pleases the majority, in order to not be
seen as an outcast.
I now understand that in order to not be identified as prey unto the
bitter cold fangs of death, I must embody the mentality of Death.
Death has no reason to be intimidated. It has no reason to fear any
fabric of any life form in which calls a certain dimension home.
If I embody the attributes of Death, than I should not be intimidated,
and I should not fear any life form in any dimension.

What People call angels or demons, god or satan, or whatever you


want to call them; they are very real, regardless of your opinion of them.
In my youth, I developed a fearless stance of living, and without any fear
of retaliation, I threatened these beings because of the situation I was
living in, making me completely desperate.
Upon threatening these beings, I attracted a very uncomfortable &
unpleasant scenario to follow my actions. They took my bait, and I was
provided tangible proof of their existence, in which I payed for dearly
with pain, agony & mental disturbances in which have never ceased to
leave me. In other words, they infected my soul & cells with the opposite
of fluidity.
I can sincerely relate to these beings. Some people like Robert
Bruce (an author in whom writes books on how to Astral Travel & Heal
the Energy Body), believe that one must work on their abilities of Psychic
Self Defense from that of negative entities.
I use to think in this manner, but now that I am an adult & have been
harboring these negative entities within me for many years, I have come
to the realization that we are all one. If you run away, death will be the
pervading force that guides your spirit on an easy path of which will
eventually lead to a road block in the life line of your soul's journey. If
you try your best to use psychic self defense for years and years, than
eventually the negative entities will magnetically be drawn to your soul's
essence after you reach a certain feeble age, and then they will shred apart
your ethereal defensive constructs in which you have firmly built for years
and years; upon which you will eventually die.
I am saying that, if you truly manifest the embodiment of Death,
than you should have no reason to be pushed or pulled in any direction
whatsoever.

Graveyards are for those in who lost hope and gave in to accepting
the thought of their own mortality as something that will happen
regardless of their belief structure.
Graveyards are for the weak of mind, and for those in whom do not
feel obligated to sort out their own past misfortunes, by seeking to be a
tool of nature so that they may seek to acquire equilibrium within
themselves, in stead of waiting for the universe to do it for them.
Purgatory is a place where souls wait in order for their past deeds to
slowly balance themselves out.
The dimension in which 3D Earth harbors Human Sentient Life is a
place where our souls should perform the duties of balancing those past
deeds out & transpire to work very hard in learning the proper ways of
listening to our soul's voice in learning how to balance out those past
deeds.
If you are lucky, you were born & raised as a child of a reclusive
forest sage who learned to never use your vocal chords, because you were
provided a sturdy example by a wise sage of the evergreen forests of
tranquility. (using your vocal chords produces vibrations that disrupt the
peace & quiet that is right beneath the seat of the soul).
Every single time someone uses their vocal chords, it is like a tremor
is shaking the foundation of the Soul's Seat.
Every single time someone gets enraged and ends up screaming their
words at someone else, they allow high magnitude earthquakes to crumble
the foundation which is below the Seat of the Soul.
It takes a very long time of saying absolutely nothing, while your physical
body is protected in a safe environment, in order for the Soul to build its
own foundation, so that it can concentrate for long periods of time.

In order to concentrate for long periods of time, the seat of the soul
must not be disturbed not even in the slightest.
Our Central Nervous Systems are extremely delicate, and our body,
mind & extremities will flair under inharmonious circumstances.
The Writer of the famous Graphic Novel called Bleach, by the
name of Tite Kubo pointed out this very important aspect of reality in his
25th Bleach Novel.
The title of Bleach 25 is called, No Shaking Throne. He might
have named the title for a different reason other than what I just alerted
you of, but it makes no difference to me. It still applies to the topic of
vibration.
Embody the solid qualities of Death. That which waits & slowly
lurks. An Appetite which savors the lush fabric of the souls of the living,
like the most pleasant of all textures that can intermingle in between its
patient fangs.
Embody patience.
Embody physical & mental endurance when pertaining to concentration.
There is no need to fear anything, not even starving to death.
Because Death never goes hungry because death has no need for a
stomach.
Since Death Has no Stomach, than you should abandon the usage of
your own out of sheer belief that you will never die. (always remember
that the abandonment of your stomach is only a wise endeavor as long as
you have a spiritual foundation that is 500 times the strength of most other
humans).

Keep in mind that a spiritual foundation that happens to be 500


times the strength of most other humans can only come about by spending
the time in meditation & constant concentration periods where the human
soul uses the techniques provided by Robert Bruce called Mobile Body
Awareness in order to rebuild the structures of each cellular community
within the human body.
The energy body can manifest different modes of existence to be
carried out from within. Saying that many thousands of cells don't have to
die & have others become reborn in order for the human to live. In order
for the mode of continuous cellular communities to grow bigger and
stronger as time carries on, the human has to minimize the process of
human movement.
Trees would have never become into existence if there weren't
several thousands of years in which sentient life forms did not interrupt
their growth, like those who have been decimating many of their family
members.
The innards of human being seek to become bolstered with immense
strength, and the only way to carry that out is to stay put, be calm & still
the majority of their day. Consume things that require a very small
amount of effort, and drink beverages that incorporate long lasting
healthcare in which stay in their body for many days after the process of
consumption.
Since death has no reason to be intimidated of anything, since it has
no reason to fear anything, since it has no reason to doubt its own ability
to be the ever pervading & lasting element of existence, than you should
also share these characteristics.
The doubt that arises from past failures are a mechanism that
engages a churning of energy with every human life.

It takes Energy to think about a random subject, therefor it takes


energy to accept the many forms of doubt in which infest certain human
lives.
If you constantly spend energy on such activities, it only makes
sense that whenever your soul encounters a powerhouse of spiritual
magnitude like the spirit of death, it is reasonable for a person to be
pushed out of their own body as though they have no say in the matter at
all.
It is because they don't deserve their body.
Death knows it, and so does the soul of the human being who just
got pushed out.
Common ground must be initiated in order for death snip the strongholds
of the spiritual fibers that interlace the flesh with that of the soul.
If one keeps disrupting the seat of the soul with constant
disharmony, than the foundation will crumble until the foundation can no
longer be built back as a solid structure. Like an expert in leveling the
foundation of a house or someone who builds foundations to houses, I
would love to see someone try to build a foundation using sand or dust
alone, and without any other technological assistance.
When the body, mind & spirit's quality of life are constantly ignored,
the person eventually discovers that their immune system becomes so
fragile that any tiny little threat that they encounter can buckle their
mental strength, and serve the person as a platter onto the table where
death dines.
Ayurveda is the science of life. Ayurveda can eventually use certain
substances in order to rebuild the connection that hold the spirit into place
within the body without it flailing around recklessly.

If your level of hope has become almost empty, than I would advice
you to go get consulted by an ayurvedic diagnostician, and find out which
foods are appropriate for consumption every season in which your body
survives. Find out from this person which herbal assistance is good for
your body at this time.
Find out which Medicinal Oils are good for you at this time.
Allow your joints, glands, organs, blood, Ojas & Prana to be fed
with these organic substances.
And finally, whenever you become healthy & Nourished, your body can
use spiritual momentum in order to not have to use any form of food for a
very long time. I am not saying that you should avoid eating food for the
rest of your life. However it would be mature of someone to get healthy
before they embody the characteristics of death.
Ojas is the fuel container. Prana is the fuel, and one needs abundant
amounts of both in order to match the smooth vibration spectrum of
Death's own personal frequency.

regarding the aspect of death.
Those who practice Brauma charya, need no longer fear death.
Beyond conserving energy, yoga philosophy also describes a more
esoteric benefit of celibacy, a form of alchemical transmutation of base
sexual energies into spiritual vigor.
According to the ancient indian science of Ayurveda, Semen was
considered to be a vital elixir that housed important subtle energies.
Ejaculation was said to lead to loss of power, energy, concentration &
spiritual merit.

Conserving semen through celibacy & other yoga practices was


said to help develop rich stores of this subtle energy Ojas, thereby
building vitality, character & health.
He says, they always think that it is the seminal discharge that is
undesirable, but it is actually the Firing of the Central Nervous System
during sexual stimulation.
Death's many utensils include sexual stimulation in order to disrupt
the fluidity of the soul's firm stronghold to the body. Therefore in order to
not become a victim of death, one must remain celibate throughout their
whole life.
Also remember to not surround yourself with others in whom are
easily tempted to become victims of sexual stimulation. Our nervous
systems are like lightning. Lightning knows no boundaries, because its
home is everywhere. Therefor, the flesh cannot contain synaptic light. So
don't be surprised if even the most strong mind becomes weakened by
spending much of their time around people who's will is weak in regards
to being tempted into discharging their semen & allowing their
Central Nervous Systems to Fire needlessly.
Like a V8 Engine who is in a drag race, whenever the car's R P M's
go above the red line, there is a considerable amount of danger involved
because that excessive amount of pressure being placed onto the engine,
will eventually rattle bolts out of their place, which happen to be the
support structure of the entire vehicle.
Our bodies are vehicles. Our souls are the driver. If you want to be
a professional racer in the circuit called life, than you will need to spend
lots of time replacing damaged parts, providing oil as the lube to help
your body's tissues glide while they constantly seek to communicate to
different parts of the body.

Once the Body is in Tip Top shape 100% mint condition, then the
driver (the soul) should spend lots of time on the track, practicing the
maneuvers of hugging the curves, & developing hand eye coordination
over years of experience before they enter their first race.

called ghee. In reference to the whole engine parable, the best possible

learn how to govern your own spiritual energy by clearing energetic
blockages, and expanding the many roads within yourself in which energy
travels, then you may choose a career that benefits the greater good of all
forms of life, that is if you plan on being embedded into the social realm.
At this time, you could either choose a career field within that social
realm of civilized humans living in captivity, or you could move to the
forest & live as a forest recluse or sage. You could take with you a few
things that will make your life a little easier to bare like insect repelling
compression clothing, a tarp etc.
You don't need very much at all if you have trampled out fear from
your physical & spiritual self. Like the bible says, the body is the temple
of the holy spirit.
Your temple can be completely spotless. You can exterminate all forms of
fear & doubt from your temple & you can live the simplest existence
possible.
An existence of rising in the morning, walking very slowly from
time to time, sitting down every so often, meditating while thinking about
nothing at all except how amazing & simple your life is, and then
repeating it through out the day. When nighttime comes, your fear of the
dark has now been exterminated from within you, and it can not affect
your life even in the slightest. You can sit in the dark, while remaining
fully aware of your surroundings the entire time.

The beasts of the forest who prey on scared animals will regard you
as a living being who has no fear, and by that initial classification by the
beast, it will not take the chance of getting mortally wounded by you
because it knows there are plenty of less hazardous forms of prey to be
found elsewhere. The Sun is your power source, which can be focused on
at all moments of the night time hours. The energy of the sun, in photon
form, penetrates all in whom live. These photons can be used as a
permanent form of sustenance. It is food for you, and it is never ending,
until the time which the sun implodes & becomes a supernova, which
would mean the end of your flesh.
In that regard, you will undoubtedly be competing with that of the
mechanical spirit of death. The Spirit of Death is a powerhouse of
Energy, and if you follow my advice, you will also be a powerhouse of
energy; a force to be reckoned with to say the very least.
By practicing remote viewing, you can siphon the energy of the sun
& store it into yourself, even when you are separated from the sun by
darkness. Even when the sun is on the other side of the earth, you can
siphon the endless energy of the Solar Prism in which gives life to all.
Except you don't need a stomach for this. You only need the dan tien
energy storage port. Known as the Sub Navel Storage Center (in Robert
Bruce's book New Energy Ways Volume 2).
You can devour the sun entirely, and turn the sun off if that is what
you want. Anything is possible whenever you embody the most lasting
element of existence.
Learn how to unblock the energy pathways of the energy body, then
learn how to expand the pathways in which that energy travels within the
energy body, then learn how to siphon the photon flood from the sun at
the twilight hours & store little bits of them at a time until you learn how
to store larger quantities over time, and you will be filled with everlasting
& renewable life from within.

This is the purpose behind Swami Vivekinanda's quote about


treating the body first with healthy nutrients and then not having to rely so
much on physical nutrients after nourishment has been acquired.
However, remember that there is a difference between physical food
& spiritual food, the body cannot go forever without a small amount of
sustenance, and the spirit need conditioning as well, seeing as the spirit
consumes the energy that is spent by the body.
Once the body has become energetically cleared of all blockages and
the pathways expanded for easy gliding pranic travel, the physical body
will eventually need refueling. It does not take much to refuel the body.
Shilajit, Brown Basmati Rice, Lemon Juice (100% pure, cold pressed, not

Death will have no reason to be attracted to you, for even death
governs its existence by the laws of attraction.

Death is no different than that of a mechanical device that runs off of


a certain form of sustenance, just like our bodies can run off of a certain
form of sustenance.

Chapter 5:

Nature's Law
Regarding the subject of Attraction
attract: to make come closer; pull toward oneself
synonyms: suggests that some power such as magnetism is pulling a
person or thing that is quite easily pulled [candy attracts those with a
sweet tooth].
There was a story my Mother told me a long time ago. It was at a
time when she was very little & she happened to have been alone, and was
confronted by a dog who had rabies. She told me that she decided to run
away from the dog who was growling at her with white foam seeping
from its mouth.

As a result, my mother was bitten by this dog with rabies. She told
me that in order for her to be cured of this disease, she had to undergo a
great number of different shots in her stomach in order to be cured.
She warned me that if I was ever alone and was confronted by a rabid
animal, no matter how menacing it appeared to be; she said that if I didn't
want to undergo the same trauma of having several needles stuck into my
stomach, than I should face my fears. She recommended that I stay still &
hold my ground.
Now that I am a fully grown man, I comprehend now that if I was
alone & confronted by a pack of wolves, I should not remain still.
Simply because one dog, no matter how big or ferocious is was, would
still weigh risk versus reward based on my childlike bravery and the
potential that all human beings have when they are backed into a corner.
That one dog scenario would be much different than a wolf pack.
A wolf pack would weigh risk and reward much differently in terms
of hesitating to kill me. Their strength in numbers would create a rise in
the confidence of a successive kill.
Therefore, I have a suggestion unto those humans who have been raised in
captivity like I have. Before I get to that suggestion, I would like to give
my own personal definition of Captivity. When I refer to the word
Captivity, I mean, born and raised in social constructs.
The city & country lifestyles in which have adopted the stereotypes
of these Social Constructs in which base their existence on financial based
employment regimes, have become pampered & spoiled areas here in the
United States of America, in which the human population has allowed
themselves to become captivated by the temptation of spending less time
to successfully accomplish their goals; by means of acquiring money in
order to gain access to resources.
I don't agree with 99% of what the bible has to offer us, but I do
believe in two things it has to teach. The first is, Your Body is a temple
of the holy spirit. The second is, We were born into sin.

Our organs grow at the very same growth rate at most trees do.
This tells me that just like any plant life in the forest, we were born
according to the Laws of Nature. We were grown & birthed from the
great mother of all existence. We were born from a vagina. Before that
vagina was inseminated, the vagina set a course of attraction unto its
opposite.
This resulted in the ejaculation of the seed of man in which has
spawned humans into covering this earth like that of flees.
This elemental attraction has many millions of different varieties
found in all kinds of different frequency ratios. Seeing as everything
vibrates at a certain frequency, this can be applied unto all organisms here
on the surface life of planet earth.
A wolf's stomach has its own vocal resonance, and it quite a terrible
sound. That resonance seeks to keep its brain at ease. The only way its
brain can be eased of its constant temptation for fresh warm blood, is to
trigger in its intended prey, a frequency of fear, in which makes most
humans start to think of everything they have to loose combined with
memories of terrible pain, and how they would do just about anything to
avoid not experiencing that terrible pain ever again.
So, onto my recommendation:
If you ever happen to be alone out in the woods, and you encounter a
wild animal in whom sees you as an easy meal. I suggest that you start
walking towards that wild beast, the moment that you lock your eyes upon
it. Because every millisecond you hesitate not running after that wild
animal, the more tempted & ravenous the blood lust of that wild animal
becomes. It wants to waste no time in killing you. It wants to stop it
tummy ache as soon as it possibly can.

What I suggest is that by running towards that beast the moment you
lock eyes with it, is that according to the laws of elemental attraction, you
have made a choice that is providing the wolf with an unspoken
declaration.
That declaration says, I am not the easiest meal in the forest, &
My brain combined with my physical strength might just injure you, &
when according to the possibility of a future meal might come whenever
your wounds are not fully healed, you might become the prey all because
your hunger & desperation lead you to risk a whole lot, just to gain very
little in the short term; by trying to eat a life form in which was highest on
the food chain worldwide. (so that even if I do loose my life right here and
now because of the weapons that nature gave to you such as your teeth &
endurance, you better make sure that you don't let me hurt any part of
you).
Upon confronting you, the wolf will have this conversation that
deals with risk and reward going on continually with itself. So if you are
confronted by only one wolf, I would suggest that you don't allow that
wolf any time whatsoever to start weighing risk and reward. This gives
you the advantage.
Nature speaks to me in such ways.
If you have a problem, deal with it as soon as possible, because if
you don't than your problems will grow and grow. Just like if you had no
intention of taking the life of that wolf & simply tried to scare it by
walking towards it. The wolf would just back off & start howling in order
for its likelihood of survival to increase so that it can develop strength in
numbers.
If you did this and started to run away, than the original wolf would
just slowly pace behind you until some of its buddies joined in the pursuit
and then they would all gang up on you.

This tells me that by running away from your problems, the physical
process of energy transference will be escaping your body, whereas a
wolf's physical & energetic endurance was originally much superior to a
human who has been raised in captivity.
So stand your ground, and wait for the whole pack to join the wolf
who wants your blood for its own. Conserve your energy by breathing
slowly & steadily. If you have no weapons at all available to you, do not
rely on any of those weapons. You are the weapon. You might not have
larger teeth than the wolf, and the wolf might have much larger claws, but
you have the grip strength of any primate. That grip strength was given to
you by thousands of years of experience, of your kin who climbed trees
for a living.
Now your level of inner fierceness must shut off your power to rely
on logic & reason. You must become an animal who yearns to smash the
bones of those wolves against trees. You must be willing to detach the
lower jaws of these wolves & rip out their tongues in front of the other
wolves in order to be a living example & a body of proof.
The living example is, my rage & more potent of a vibration when
being compared to your blood lust, which is simply hunger pains.
I have lived in a world in whom hates me for being an individual.
Every time I see someone in who I remember who has been someone that
I shared good times with, every single person in who I come into contact
with is embarrassed to be around me based on some hidden piece of
information that I know nothing about; whether it be rumor based of
something else.
I have no social life because these people in which I have grown up
with in this small town, think themselves as being better than me for some
unknown reason, and they think that their reputations are more important
than having others see them being friends & conversing with me in public.

For these reasons, I am enraged with my own species, and I have


more in common with the likes of wild animals in that regard of being a
social creature.
I don't fit in anywhere & I accept this outcome. I accept that my fear
is much less potent than the fears of those who seek acceptance in this
stereotypical based social construct, and I am proud that I don't fit in with
these weaklings who base their own existence on being subjugated unto
the resources in which our government offers them. Those resources keep
my species weak by the allure of being consistently lazy.
Nature isn't lazy, it has a full time job with no breaks at all. It is
constantly feeding itself, healing itself, distributing energy to sustain
itself. It is always aware of its imbalances & strives to be a member of the
universal consciousness. A member in whom thrives to reach equilibrium,
by maintaining its perpetual attention upon us all.
This proves to me why the strength of a wild animal is superior to an
animal who has been raised in captivity. My rage is alive & well, and it
is much more potent than the combined potency of a pack of wolves and
their hunger pains. However, the greatness of my overall endurance is far
less than that pack of wolves. This endurance regulates the fierceness
which is generated in my grip strength, the main tool in which mother
nature has granted me with. I provide my heart and soul to all of you, out
of sheer pity unto that of my captivated species.

Chapter 6:

On the Subject of Terrorism

Nature seeks to communicate to all of us daily to conserve energy


whenever the scenario alerts us that our surrounding environment is
extremely protected & fortified & by accessing certain forms of resources
with the help of financial stability, one could build all types of secure
underground structures (which would allow the prevention of various
forms of distractions from infiltrating the amount of focus that is required
in using the weapons of Mother Nature to build upon the subject of
Momentum.
That in turn provides the Body with accelerated amounts of rapid
healing & growth as though new organs, glands, blood & all kinds of
organic tissues from within our bodies that are capable of being
restructured; but not without devoting the proper amount of time in order
to let those prized possessions of ours grow with out having the process
stunted by external interruptions).
This is one of the reasons as to why North America was able to
Produce so much massive Growth in only a few hundred years, that North
America became the World's Super Power in such a short time.
All because our Government (in which we owe our lives to), did
what needed to be done to ensure the internal security of our very young
nation, by eradicated the many varieties of hostile indigenous cultures
who happened to be a huge threat to the projected growth patterns that our
forefathers sought out to achieve long ago.
This former subject combined with the fact of North America being
located very far away from the mess which had become Europe had
something to do with North America's Accelerated Growth patterns.
Our young nation was allowed to grow substantially quick, and it hit
a few growth spurts from time to time.

All because a Nation who does not always have to be on the


defensive as much as other rival countries do, will normally show in
Analytic Data that the growth rate of those countries who do not have to
compete near as often in order to survive, are not likely to have their
attentions diverted from being productive in terms of constructing Strong
Holds & other resources that eventually make a nation Formidable.
As anyone can notice when they view an interstate in the moment
that a traffic jam is in effect, if that person had a microscope and decide to
view a person's blood who is about to suffer a blood clot, and then
compared the two by taking the Ariel view of the Interstate and zooming
way out in order to match the scale of the cluttered Blood vessels; one
could easily notice that they are one in the same.
We as Human beings are miniature earths.
Like any Divine being, we can put ourselves through different
modes of creation & destruction.
The same can be applied to the middle eastern people of the area known
for its continual violence and desperation.
Our Government & other Governments from around the world allow
their citizens of their great nations to die by means of terrorist attacks due
to the desperation of the Middle eastern people.
The only reason as to why this is being allowed to happen is because we
as human beings do not seek to help the Arab People of the Middle East to
improve upon their own nation by coming together and helping those
middle eastern people to rebuild.
When I say Rebuild, I mean the average North American who can
hold their job for several years, normally is capable of making an
estimated 60 to 80 thousand dollars a year. Many people who work as
government employees make twice if not more that amount every year.

And the fact that we as a nation have not gone over to build
fortifications around small towns & large towns in order to safeguard the
reconstruction process from people who would try to kill the North
Americans who actually try to help the Arab People, is strictly because of
one solitary reason.
That reason is because we are selfish & paranoid & do not trust
others with the money that we work so hard to acquire, so that
construction companies can claim to use those funds for certain purposes
(like creating a more harmonious environment for those Middle Eastern
People to thrive in).
All because we as Americans have witnessed several different
charity based organization who claim to do what they say they are going
to do and end up taking all the denoted money and spending it however
they want to.
This is only one reason as to why The Middle East does not blossom
along at the same growth rate as Our Great Nation.
Like the Lyric Says: United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
This has absolutely nothing to do with separate nations or territories,
it has to deal with the lack of nutrient absorption that these people do not
gain access to. It is because we as human beings have lost sight of our
humane characteristics in which make us compassionate beings.
We have lost sight of such inner compassion because of greedy
people who have become the example of how anyone can use the action
of deceiving someone else (by painting a very pretty picture of what the
investor will get in return), and then that greedy person breaks their
promise and ends up receiving an income in which they have a really
enjoyable time for a short duration until they spend it all on living the
high life.

This has a whole lot to do with the subject of tennis, because it is a


time of great turbulence in the time line of our Species history, and like
any time line, a person can either give up by being selfish and pretend as
though their lack of initiative in supporting the overall good will have no
dyer effect upon their surroundings.
But we as a Nation have seen that with the expansive growth of
technology, these terrorists can bring the terror to our door step, and in
doing so, our nations overall growth has become stunted, in the same
manner that a young person at the age of 10 breaks several bones by doing
what his friends think is cool, and buckling under peer pressure.
The brain of that young person is then forced to divide its attention
from its primary goal which is providing the body with energy to grow its
bones, tendons & other tissues, and now the brain has to needlessly
multitask into mending the boy's broken bones.
When speaking on behalf of transitional based dispensing of energy,
if the boy would not have gotten his bones broken, maybe the boy would
have grown taller & been much smarter if it would not have happened.
It is a reminder to me that as a species, our American Culture has
been responsible for the degradation of the overall growth of Humanity as
a whole, by sticking our noses into other people's business & setting up
Embassies in certain countries who do not want us there.
All this does is stir up rage within someone, just like when someone
is trying to operate a piece of heavy machinery or trying to focus hard on
a very important task in which they have been working on for so long and
are at the brink of finishing that task, when some random employee comes
up to them and starts asking them a bunch of questions that they could
easily ask someone else who is not handling such an important duty at that
particular moment in time.

We have become the instigators of the world, and like any wild
animal who has been caged up or been forced into a corner for a long
time, that wild animal will use whatever it has at its disposal to open up a
pathway that leads into the forest.
The Forest meaning, a place where abundant life giving resources
are more easily accessible.
A Place called America.
So I suggest we all get together and provide them with their own
version of Life Giving Environmental Resources, by performing the
duties given down to us by Nature.
Nature constantly seeks equilibrium, therefore we must do our best
to help the victimized people of the Middle east to Transition in a much
more harmonious way.
Or the American Experiment will come to an abrupt end.
If you do not take my advice unto the mature recommendation in
which I just spent my precious time alerting you to do, than see what
happens. It might not happen to our generation, but I can guarantee you
that our grand childrens' generation will experience the full force of our
lack of courage. If its not our grand children's generation, than it will
follow shortly after.
If the American Experiment does not come to an abrupt end by that
time, we will simply have to experience a continuous duration of
radicalized religious extremists who hate us enough to kill many more
people of our great nation.
Which all of this can be prevented if we all combine forces & go out
of our way to clean up the devastation from the many wars located in their
countries in which produces their desperate lifestyles.

A lack of desperation in their countries would result in peace and


harmony for those generations to come in the future. Our generation
might not experience that peace and harmony but our grandchildren
undoubtedly would.
So instead of purchasing those new items that make you appear to be
financially successful & creating jealousy in the eyes of your neighbors,
consider forming a group of selfless individuals in each and every town
across the States of our Great Nation, and prove to these middle eastern
countries & all the world, that we are as great as we claim to be.

Chapter 8:

Pemmican Recipe
(Pertaining to completing The Human Bullet Train Diet &
Lifestyle Plan)
Recipe Ingredients:
4 cups lean meat (deer, beef, caribou or moose)
3 cups dried fruit
2 cups rendered fat
Unsalted nuts and about 1 shot of hone

Instructions:
Meat should be as lean as possible and double ground from
your butcher if you do not have you own meat grinder.
Spread it out very thin on a cookie sheet and dry at 180
degrees F for at least 8 hours or until sinewy and crispy.
Pound the meat into a nearly powder consistency using a
blender or other tool.
Grind the dried fruit, but leave a little bit lumpy for fun
texture.
Heat rendered fat on stove at medium until liquid.
Add liquid fat to dried meat and dried fruit, and mix in nuts
and honey.
Mix everything by hand. Let cool and store.
Can keep and be consumed for several years.

Chapter 10:

A Structural Design for a Long Term


Primitive Living Shelter;
based on 2 Sets of Conjoined
18 Sided Polygons
(What Follows is a design based on techniques used in
Sacred Geometry)

The following structure is a set of 2 structures merged into one, in


order to be placed in between 2 large hills that are very close to one
another. It is for the purpose of providing oneself with a complete lack of
any blind spot. The entire design can be placed in between 2 hills & then
one can collect lots of dirt or soil & other debris from their surroundings
in order to connect the 2 hills on top of the Structure.
This would create a modern day hobbit hole (an in ground shelter;
even though it first began as an above ground shelter).
What I drew out was 1 Nonagon (right side up) & created another
Nonagon (upside down) and connected the symmetrical lines; resulting in
an 18 sided polygon. After this was done, I made sure to create a clone of
the 18 sided polygon & then merged them both at particular areas in order
to elongate the Long Term Shelter's Floor Space.
The 18 Sided Polygon is much simpler to create than most would
assume. All you need to do is cut out 2 wooden stakes (about a foot long
each), tie some twine or hemp chord in between each wooden stake, and
measure out the specific diameter of feet that you would like your floor
plan to take up (depending on the size of the 2 hills that you might locate),
then stick one wooden stake into the ground with the top part of it linked
up to the other wooden stake, then stretch the chord out to the preferable
distance & use the sharp end of the stake to draw a circle in the soil.
The only tool that you will need to chart the degrees of producing
the 18 sided Polygon is a drafting compass that shows the many different
degrees on it.
After you have done this, make sure to mark 1 single point at the top
of the circle (closest to one hill), and from that point on, remove the
wooden stake from the center of the circle & get a straight edge of some
kind, and from the center mark (and the mark that you made at the top of
the circle), use the compass to chart out 40 degrees to the left & make
another mark.

Then mark out 40 Degrees to the Right & make a mark (A Nonagon
is a 9 sided Polygon & most of its sides are all pretty close to being at 40
degrees).
After this is done, it becomes even more simple, all one needs to do
now is to measure the center of each 40 degree line in order to make
another mark in between the 2 dots. After each mark has been plotted out,
there should be 18 dots surrounding a center dot. Cut a piece of hemp
chord that is about 1 foot longer then the one you used originally, then
take off the original hemp chord from the 2 wooden stakes, and put one of
those wooden stakes into the ground, and after it is firmly snug into the
ground, mark another circle that should now be seen 1 foot further outside
of the 18 separate dots.
Now all you have to do is mark a line symbolizing the very center of
each 40 degree dot (once you have plotted the new dots on the outside
circle, you can then apply the old set of 9 dots onto the same outside circle
by taking out the center stake & then by using your straight edge to mark
from the center to each dot located on the outside circle).
After this has been done, you will have a circle on the ground with
18 dots spread out evenly onto the circle. How easy is it to connect every
other dot until you get a right side up Nonagon (9 Sided Polygon); and
then do the same thing by connecting the remainder dots until you get an
upside down Nonagon.
Repeat that whole simplistic design right next to the Original Circle,
so that they both merge into one. The Center where the two merge can be
used to create an in-ground fire pit.
The straight Beams that I have marked onto the design are points of
where I believe the structure may need the most support.

You can take it from here, if you have but a little amount of common
sense.
You can decide how long the structure should be so I wont go into
how to merge the 2 Circles.
In the end, I added 4 round pillars in certain areas of the intersecting
polygons, to provide reinforcements for the roof since I decided to add
extra weight to the top of the roof in the form of dirt, soil & debris (for the
purpose of concealing the location).
You can notice that it happens to be located on the Front Cover of
This Document, and I put it there for 1 reason.
That reason is for the reader to acknowledge that the outside
environment is an extremely important topic when regarding the overall
completion of this Entire Health Regimen.
The Middle Design of an Eye with many arrows pointing outside of
itself & inside of itself was placed in the middle of The Structural Design
because I felt a need to show the reader how very important it is for both
the Outside & Inside of the Human Environment to be as fortified &
stable as it possibly can be.
(note: that I learned how to draw the 18 sided Polygon by witnessing
the amazing geometrical craftsmanship of the Youtube Sensation known
as Gator Math).

I then put that idea into the realm of constructing a long term
primitive survival shelter. After I witnessed the amazing skills of another
Youtube sensation (Sigma 3 Survival School; www.survivalschool.US)
create the most elaborate Wikiup called The Ultimate Wikiup, I felt a
primal urge to one up their ideas of what a primitive long term shelter
should be in terms of extra durable privacy.
I maintain the idea of having 2 sets of air vents; 2 sets of 4 (3/4
PVC Pipe) vents that should be dug beneath the Shelter that lead a path
underground & eventually come to the surface facing up & then redirected
into facing sideways in order to prevent rain from entering them, and
these should have multiple layers of screens inside the pipes.
The other set of PVC Pipe Vents should go from the top of the hole
of the main structure, away from the structure & eventually peak out from
the sides of the 2 Hills that the Structure is built between. The PVC Pipe
Vents should all have 3/4 Elbow slide fittings in order to point downward
so that water is prevented from entering the Pipes.
(The PVC Pipe Vents should also have the same number of Screens
inside of each one).
(the black circle in the middle is a whole that should have a cover
built out of a tarp, wood, hemp chord or parachord; The idea of leaving a
hole for the top is so that air vents made from PVC pipe & multiple layers
of screens, can come out of the side of the hill);
The hole can be covered in case of Extremely Low Temperatures in
the most dangerous of Winter environments.
This idea can allow anyone to prevent wind chill in a much better
way than other types of Long Term Shelters. By Covering the Top Hole,
the Air Vents become temporarily cut off

If you want to ordain purpose into your life in regards to providing


more storage space for life saving equipment In your Primitive Long Term
Shelter, than this design would work wonderfully for anyone. I don't
consider myself to be claustrophobic, but I do hate being cooped up for
long stretches of time.
Its good to be able to enter into a customized domain, without
having to spend extra time by wondering if someone stumbled upon your
personal dwelling place while you were out performing important chores
to stay alive. If you were to come back to this Wikiup, you would have
extra space in your brain to think about other goals & future projects,
instead of getting back to your dwelling and run the risk of it being torn
up by some wild animal or human being. It would not be likely with this
idea.
It is what a person might do if they seek to participate in Section 1 &
2 of Hibernation Protocol, seeing as many people can't afford an RV.
