A needs assessment survey would be conducted with parents and students during Meet and Greet
at the beginning of the school year. The data would be analyzed to determine the current
technology needs of our community. The Data Team would meet to assess the data and plan a
data technology night opportunity called Technology 101.
Staff training opportunities would be designed by the Data Team and rolled out during
collaborative training sessions. Information from the surveys would be shared with the staff.
Ongoing assessment of current needs will be completed by the Data Team quarterly throughout
the school year.
