I, Marilou L. Paulo, a mother of Lorma Jean L. Paulo and resident of

Purok 4, Kawas, Alabel, Sarangani Province, Philippines, do hereby testify
that the relationship of my daughter and Michael O. Macapinig are true and
sincere.
Before I met Michael, I already heard his name through my daughter
Lorma Jean. She told me that theres someone (Michael O. Macapinig) she
met at online games which is called Samurai Seige, at first I felt hesitant
and warm her to be careful because she really dont know him personally.
But Lorma Jean insisted that Michael is different, that Michael is kind and
friendly that even my oldest daughter (Noime P. Salmasan) and my son-inlaw (Ricky S. Salmasan) can prove it also.
I first met Michael last year June 24, 2015 when he decided to visit the
Philippines and want to meet our family and some of my relatives and
siblings. I saw Michael, how he loves Lorma Jean, he proved and showed to
me and to my family how important my daughter is to him, as a mother Im
happy for what Ive seen.
Michael talked to me and my husband, and asked for our blessings
towards their relationship, and also asked for permission to marry our
daughter, and to that we agreed.
When my daughter Lorma Jean went back to Singapore and Michael
also back to Australia, sometimes once or twice a week we talked through
Tango or FaceTime exchanging HI and Hello, and talked also out their plans
when or where they want to get married.

Last July 14, 2016 Michael and Lorma Jean together with my son-in-law
Ricky were here, we welcomed Michael with open arms and treated him as
one of my son.
Lastly, I believe that their relationship is genuine, and Im very happy that
my daughter Lorma Jean found Michael whos loving and caring. I wish them
both happiness and nothing else.
That this letter was the purpose of attesting to the truth of the facts
above-stated and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
