She has built and furnished her home; its supported by seven hewn timbers. The banquet meal is
ready to be served: lamb roasted, wine poured out, table set with silver and flowers. Having dismissed
her serving maids, Lady Wisdom goes to town, stands in a prominent place, and invites everyone
within sound of her voice:
Are you confused about life, dont know whats going on? Come with me, oh come, have dinner with
me! Ive prepared a wonderful spreadfresh-baked bread, roast lamb, carefully selected wines. Leave
your impoverished confusion and live! Walk up the street to a life with meaning.
If you reason with an arrogant cynic, youll get slapped in the face; confront bad behavior and get a
kick in the shins. So dont waste your time on a scoffer; all youll get for your pains is abuse. But if you
correct those who care about life, thats differenttheyll love you for it! Save your breath for the wise
theyll be wiser for it; tell good people what you knowtheyll profit from it.
Skilled living gets its start in the Fear-of- God, insight into life from knowing a Holy God. Its through
me, Lady Wisdom, that your life deepens, and the years of your life ripen. Live wisely and wisdom will
permeate your life; mock life and life will mock you.

MIND TO WORK
Start your week with a mind to work! Do not allow the cares of life to consume you. Instead, approach
each day with a "Yes I can", and believe in what is placed on the inside of YOU! Do not allow worry or
anxiety to consume your time. Be at rest and place your concerns at the cross. This means if you don't
have a solution then HE IS the resolve. Take it to the Lord in prayer and LEAVE IT THERE! Then,
trust Him to work it out for you. You got this! Now, go get em. And let nothing stop you from pushing

WORKPLACE BULLY
Why do women undergo more bullying in the workplace than men? Is it because of intimidation, selfesteem issues? Or does it have something to do with our need to let others know how much authority
in position we have? And what could happen if anyone does a little bit better at what we do and DARE
to get in the way?
While doing my research, I found more articles about women who would rather have a male boss than
a female? Why is this so? More articles on catty women who pick on other's in the workplace? Why is
this so? And more women who would rather step on other's to get to the top. Instead of extending a
ladder for their co-worker to climb onboard. They take the latter WITH THEM WHEN THEY GO UP.
Why is this so? This just ought not be!
It is certain that there are many who face these or similar issues while at work. And because they don't
want to lose their cool (and their jobs too) they just let it go. All while tension and built up anger is on
the rise. And their spirit's crushed from everything they hold inside. Ultimately, causing bitterness,
hatred, and sometimes even their dreams to be silent, roll over, become forgotten, and ultimately die.
Again, the question it, Why does this occur, and THIS OUGHT NOT BE SO".
During times like these, what are some of the things YOU might [or would] do. Empowerment for us,
from us, and meant for YOU, you, you, and YOU! Don't settle. You are not alone.
Think about it from a professional and positive approach. Then remember to rise above:

This is REAL TALK. There's nothing wrong being independent and strong. So long as it doesn't leave
you all alone. Loneliness is not an [end to means] within itself. People do want [and deserve] what you
have to give. But we have to be willing to look past the hurt. Overcome the bitterness; and guilt.
And forgive the lingering pain of what the last man did or did not do. Then, dare to believe [again] that
there is someone out there. God made him just for you! You do deserve love. And God does not want
you to be alone. So be encouraged, and know that with patience and the proper stance [while waiting
on God] that love will find you. And make within your heart a happy home.

YOUR NEIGHBORS KEEPER
Do you know someone who has or is dealing with a traumatic issue? A loss of employment, death in
the family, health issues that seem to not want to go away? Quite often the people we least expect
face unforeseen difficulties, and by the looks of it we may never know unless they open up and share
what they are going through. Well today, we challenge YOU to become, "Your Sisters Keeper". Check
on someone you've not heard from in a while.
Dare to ask a relative if they need a lending hand. Take them out to lunch. Dare to be that "friend" who
no matter what will be there until the end. Ask yourself, If I were in a situation, what would I do for me
that might bring encouragement to what I'm going through". Then, with what you come up with
strengthen your sister too.

Word of advice for men and women too. We are to be RESPECTED not USED! Loved NOT abused.

embrace the strengths you DO have and help you to grow in the one's you do NOT. This is just a word
of advice. Know your worth. Because GOD loves you just that much AND MORE!

There is a fire shut up in your bones, and you need to believe God to release. There is a vision that

believe for it. Yet you must get the believing in, by digesting the Word of God daily. Write the vision
and make it plain! Get a plan and work toward minor goals that will bring the bigger goal of completion
to past.

You are a duplicator of the originator.
What Jesus did you will duplicate, or do also. Because He lives in YOU and we can do ALL THINGS
because of who HE is! Do not let doubt steal any more victories, your dreams, or your life from you
anymore. Yet, put the Word of God at the door of your spirit, to keep doubt from having the ability to

People sometimes feel guilty for having a good time or for feeling good about their accomplishments.
This need not be so. Just as God felt good about His work we can be pleased with ours too. Especially
if you are the head of household, a working mom or dad, an educator, in pursuit of a certification or
degree, work 40(+) hours per week.
In ministry, a marriage, an entrepreneur, a business professional, or (in general) just someone who's
trying to make ends meet while making your life count. You should feel good about your work. Surely
God is. Make it happen. If not for anyone else then do it for yourself.

WISE COUNSEL
There are many coach and mentoring organizations springing up now days, and this could very well
be a good thing. Some are Christ-centered. While others are not. The Bible tells us,
"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly (Psalm 1:1).
This means that while there is some wisdom in ungodly or worldly counsel, the blessed person doesnt
depend on it nor walk in it. On the contrary, their delight is in Gods Word, which is the person of Jesus
(Psalm 1:2, John 1:14). This means that counsel provided is founded on the principles of the Holy writ;
which is the Lords counsel.
Be wary of seeking and following ungodly counsel that promises quick short-term gains that could do
you more harm than good in the long run. Instead, delight yourself in Godly counsel that leads
ultimately in the peace of Jesus Christ, and youll bring forth much fruit. Your spirit will stay free, and
whatever you do shall be abundantly blessed!

MORE THAN A CONQUEROR
You were created for this moment RIGHT HERE! So when life knocks you down or you feel there's
nowhere else to turn. Get back up and look in the mirror at SELF. Then repeat after me:
Say, "Self, I'm MORE THAN a conqueror! Self, I was not born to lose, but because Christ lives on the
inside I can do anything BUT fail! Therefore self, I'm going to look you square in the face, and

One of the great privileges we have is praying to our Father in heaven. Though He is infinitely greater
than we are, we can speak to him at any time about anything. We do not have to make a special

special words or a special tone of voice when talking to him. All we need is a humble and sincere
desire to bring before God the deepest feelings and desires of our hearts. God truly wants us to do

When you sit and think on the goodness of Jesus and what He has done for you. Who He created you
to be. What He has graced you to do. Admittance of how unworthy we really are of the vocation of His

Let us walk humbly in the life we've been given. Not to boast on our own selves. But lovers of God,

A NEW THING
The Lord is doing a new thing and now it shall spring forth! Just as Abraham, Joseph, Paul, Esther,
and many other men and women of great faith. There are many in transition during this season and
time. And it is for the greater of what shall be. Some for better opportunities of grace. Others the Lord
wants to give a new outlook on life. For some, you just need a fresh start. However, for all who will say
yes to the beckon of His call you will see both increased harvest and experience room for [the] overflow
that God is about to set in your path. A work for the Kingdom will be assigned in this new place. And
your faith will jump with leaps and bounds. Your willingness to say yes is the determining factor for
what shall be. There is more that I require of you; says the Lord. Will your heart and soul say yes?

Many are faced with what appear to be difficulties. You've prayed and praised. You have studied and

on your behalf. And He wants you to regain your strength; as He begins to make a way and answer

CRY LOUD SPARE NOT
We do not want to speak destruction, but we have to heed when the Lord does speak. The Lord
desires us to prosper and be in good health. Even as our soul prospers. However, if the heart is not
right and the spirit unclean. Then hiding behind a title, cloak, prayer cloth, and a ring. Where behind
closed doors dwells sin and a clinging to the deeds of the flesh. Instead of repenting and daily taking
up our cross to follow Christ. Then the promises God has will become of no effect. And destruction will
be of norm and death could result to a grave of hell in the end. It's time to CRY LOUD and SPARE
NOT.

It does not matter who we are. The Word is sharper than any two-edged sword and infallible. It cannot
lie. Seek my face; the Lord says! Turn from your wicked ways; says the Lord our God. Turn away from

PURPOSE IN ME
What have you sat on that you were created to do? This would be something you are passionate about
and would take no outrageous efforts to motivate self into doing. If you want to discover your purpose
think about what you enjoy! Then connect with people of similar purpose and make it do what it do.
There is a WORLD of resources for us to take advantage of. But the greatest teacher is experience

Women are natural born carriers. We were created with a womb. In the natural and in the spirit too.
So many women hold on to things that won't allow them to just move on. This is because we, as
women, have to learn how (and be willing) to release. King David, although he was a man, poured out
his heart with tears, and was completely honest with God.
We too can be honest with God even when we are filled with anger or despair about something
someone did or a situation gone the wrong way. This is because God knows us thoroughly and wants
the very best for who He created us to be. To this, be encouraged to let go of things that hold you
bound. Bitterness, strife, worriation, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy, and anger too.
These emotions are not good to hold inside. They may result in rash outward acts or emotions that
can inwardly turn into depression. Things such as envy could cause true friends to walk away from a
really good bond of love and unity. Listen, because we trust in our all-powerful God, we don't have to
become victims of circumstance or fall prey to the guilt of what weighs us down. Instead, we can be
honest with God and ourselves. In turn, He will help us turn our attention from self to His mercy; love,
forgiveness, and grace.
Today is the day to release. So how about it? Will you let Him have what's on your mind? It'll make

KNOW THEM
While reading over the story of Joseph the Lord revealed the symbolism of what his coat of many
colors stood for; which was the anointing. This coat [or mantle; that is] was given by his, Father". And
because Joseph was favored [and loved] so much his father wanted to give a token to show the love
he had to give.
As I continued along however, the scripture read,
"So it came to pass, when Joseph had come to his brothers, that "they stripped" Joseph of his tunic,
the tunic of many colors that was on him"; Genesis 37:23
Now, here is where the questions rolled in:
"If the father [symbolic representation of our Heavenly Father] was the one who gave Joseph this coat
of many colors [symbol of anointing], then how come his brothers [those whom he deemed close] were
able to strip [or plainly put; take] it away"?
Just then the Holy Spirit said to me,
"It was because Joseph chose to mingle himself with those whose anointing did not compliment or
sharpen the oil [or call] upon his life. So, by Joseph coming into agreement with them [in hanging out
and such], He [actually] let down his guard [both spiritual and naturally so] and, allowed", them to take
what his father had to give".
Food for thought:
"What you have upon your life is so precious [and valuable to the Kingdom and God] that if not careful,
through mere association of ungodly people, places, and things, you could find yourself with no
POWER, no AUTHORITY, and stripped of your [God given] ANOINTING

Don't find yourself by yourself. Blinded by the need to fit in. And be careful of your associations. Some
are only connected to leach. While decoyed as family and friends. Know them that labor among you.

INNER QUEEN
As a Queen, Esther was known as just "Esther", and before she was recognized by the name Esther
she was just called, "Hadassah". What this means to me is that although she originally was known [to
man] as one thing, GOD acknowledged her by who HE had pre-destined her to be. Esther's destiny
was not birthed in her mother's womb, but [it came to life] when she came into the knowledge of who
she was in GOD. It was THEN when she gained her,
"Kingdom Authority".
For who she became was not who she was, but who she was made her into the person who she grew
to be! This gives me hope, because when people looked at me for who "They" thought I should have
been, the LORD said,
"No, you are not who man says you are, but to the rather, you are who I have called you to be".
Esther was a Queen who walked "humbly" in the authority of God's grace, and stood with the purpose
of a cause for the Lord. Not selfishly or for her own reasons did she this. No not at all, but she stood
for the people of God, and in spite of what it looked like, the faith that she had in HIM helped her to
free a people who were supposed to have been executed, because of what someone else said they
should and/or should not be.
Whenever the way seems unclear, be reminded of Queen Esther and what she stood for. In spite of
what people say about you, if you would just keep your eyes on Christ then your strength will [continue
to] be restored, and those who are assigned to your life will be touched in ways that even you may not
have been able to believe; except it be for God's grace and His evidence of faith that proves daily in
you! Be encouraged and be who GOD has called you to be.

The Lord sent you to this place both to tear down and build up. To will and deal [as] in accordance to
that which He sent you to do. Do not despise small beginnings. For great things do come to those who
wait and to the upright in heart. Continue to move forward and do not lean to your own understanding.
Keep watch for He will yet reveal those things to come.
