Product overview

LifeGain CU-HD1 this is the companys high end defibrillator/monitor intended

for hospital use. It has defibrillation capabilities in AED and manual modes and
may use disposable electrode pads and external and internal paddles for shock
delivery. It has a transcutaneous pacer for temporary pacing of patients with low
heart rate. It has an SPO2 module for the monitoring of oxygen saturation in the
patients blood and a 12-lead ECG monitor for the evaluation and monitoring of
the patients ECG.

It has a memory card port for the storage of acquired signals and an integrated
printer for the generation of hard copies of the patients physiological signals.
These features make this defibrillator suitable for use inside a hospital.

This product is a defibrillator designed for qualified emergency staff and medical
professionals to deliver defibrillating shocks to victims of sudden cardiac arrest
and restore the normal ECG rhythm.

MODUS AED
Modus AED digunakan untuk pasien yang menunjukkan gejala Sudden Cardiac
Arrest
yang meliputi , Ventrikular Fibrillasi, Ventrikular Takikardi, dengan tujuan
mengembalikan kehidupan mereka dengan mengirimkan shock listrik dan
memperbaiki irama EKG
Petunjuk pemakaian:
1. Putar knob pada posisi AED
2. Ganti padel defibrilasi dengan padel khusus AED
3. Tempelkan kedua padel sesuai petunjuk gambar atau padel pertama
pada dada kanan atas, dan padel kedua pada dada kiri bawah.
4. Padel sekaligus merupakan pembaca sinyal ECG dari pasien dan secara
otomatis menyalurkan shock listrik sesuai keadaan pasien.

MODUS MANUAL
Modus Manual terdiri dari dua fungsi yaitu Asyncronize Defibrillasi dan
Syncronize Cardioversi.
Fungsi Asyncronize Defibrillasi sama dengan Modus AED.Pada modus ini terapi
dilakukan secara manual, Dokter dapat memilih level energi shock listrik mulai
dari 1-200 joule yang dihantarkan secara manual melalui padel.
Sedangkan Fungsi Syncronize Kardioversi, digunakan pada pasien dengan Atrial
Fibrilasi. Modus ini didesain untuk menganalisa gelombang R pada EKG dan
mengirimkan gelombang R synchronize shock listrik.
Pada Modus Manual, Syncronize Kardioversi dapat digunakan untuk mengobati
pasien dengan Rapid atrial fibrilasi, Ventrikular takikardi, dan Ischemia .
MODUS MONITOR
Pada modus monitor, akan tampak dilayar fungsi monitor EKG 3 lead ,. Selama
sesi monitoring dapat dilakukan analisa EKG dengan cara mengaktifkan fungsi
alarm untuk kondisi kondisi seperti bradikardi, takikardi, Ventrikular Fibrilasi,
dan Ventrikular Takikardi, dll.
