Final Project Milestone Three:
Refinement

MAROUANE NAAM

Abstract
We had an idea to lunch our investment at the beginning of the year and we discovered many
methods that are making us able to evaluate our investment .In fact, it is extremely important
to evaluate the investment at the end of each year by evaluating our performances and
measuring the different consumers satisfactions as well as our financial performances within
this year. In fact, we have different tools to evaluate the financial performances which starts
from the ratios to other key indicators that shown and explains our performances in a period
of time. Then, we will introduce any questionnaires and qualitative as well as some
quantitative analysis so as to have an idea how is the investment performing. The key
performances indicators show our performances during a period of time as well as the
different other indicators.
Introduction:
After lunching our restaurant there would be at the end of each fiscal year a gathering of the
different information related to our sales volumes, profit margins and other margins calculated
in order to measure the financial performances and health within each year .In fact, we will
calculate the quick ration which measures the companys liquidity in the short term as well
as if the company which defines or interprets the companys ability to transform its assets to
liquidities. On the other hand, we will be calculating the other ratios which in general
determine the different points in which the company is per formant as well as the different
situations or the areas in which the company is weak.

Financial performances measurement:


On the other hand, by the end of each fiscal year, we will be calculating the overall sales and
measures the evolution from each year comparing to the previous years and then we can
understand if our products are still demanded in the market and by determining the evolution
of our sales the company would be able to attract more customers and sale more products
within each year. and sell its products within the years in which the company was operating in
the market (Lynn, M. L., & Wertheim, P. (1993)) .However, measuring the sales are not
enough to evaluate the companys performances within each year and the evolution of the
sales within the different years. On the other hand , those information are not enough to
measure the companys general performances. On the other hand, it is extremely important to
mention the fact that we have to evaluate the costumers satisfaction using different methods
collected from the data available on our restaurant which comes from different sources such
as satisfaction panel which will be available to our costumers after finishing their meal they
would be invited to fill the questionnaire so as to collect the data that would be transformed to
information after finishing the evaluation process in the company. There are other methods
used such as sending different emails to the costumers asking them to fill electronically their
satisfaction regarding to our products in each end of the week so as to rack their satisfaction
and have a chance to modify our strategy or our products or improve their quality so as to be
more satisfying to our customers.
Key performance indicators:

Key performances indicators is used so as to evaluate different factors that are necessary for
the prosperity as well as the achievements and the different performances realized by a
business in a periods of year .In fact , it is a good tool to understand and evaluate the
business from its different angles which starts from marketing, finance and the other
different other business areas .( Valkauskas, R. (2013).)Therefore, by analyzing the
performances we could be able to evaluate our business and its development during a
specific period of the year. There are many criterias to evaluate a future investment as
well as the different criterias that are promoting our investment prosperity and evolution
during the future .It is divided into many axes which starts from the marketing criterias
and analysis to the interpretation of the financial results and the different ratios(Lavy, S.,
Garcia, J. A., & Dixit, M. K. (2010) ) .When it comes to analyzing out financial
performances we will be calculating the different costs as well as the different ratios and
the financial indicators which gives an image that concerns the financial and other
performances of the business during a period of time which could be different from a
year to the other as well it concerns the different periods of time in which we operated in
our analysis. Further, the costumers satisfaction and the different surveys which concerns
our customers and their degree of satisfaction regarding to our products within a period
time.
Information Usage - What feedback loops exists or will be created. Who provides the
information, who will use and to make what decisions?
By receiving the feed backs from the costumers, we would be able to evaluate the different
data and information collected from the costumers so as to give an opinion concerning the
different products available in the market as well as collecting those would help the company
to build and make decisions related to those informations available to on our database. The

process stats from receiving the feedbacks from different costumers after distributing different
questionnaires and panels so as to evaluate the consumers satisfaction and their opinion and
ideas concerning the different improvement on the menus or the list available regarding to our

Then, this

information would be analyzed and treated so as to make different decision and taking
advantage from the costumers opinions and feedbacks so as to develop a vision and a
strategic orientation for the companys and takes many decisions concerning the companys

How will these loops and the ensuing feedback affect the overall organization?
While receiving feedbacks from costumers, our restaurant would be able to develop new
strategic plans concerning the future of the restaurant. In fact, by being flexible with the
consumers preferences and choices and attributes .The company would be able to modify the
menus or introduce some modification according to the consumers feedbacks which leads to
the fact that we should make sure that we are satisfying the consumers feedbacks as well as
we are ensuring that we are going to be able to measure our performances and the consumers
choices how we can modify our menus, structure and preferences so as to be more flexible
with the consumers choices and aspirations

After collecting the in formations and the consumers feedbacks, the company will be treating
the different feedbacks as well as the different consumers opinions concerning our products
to be used by our restaurant in different processes which starts from the collecting of the data
to the analyzing to the treatment so as to make decisions. It extremely important to treat those

in formations and make sure weather the consumers are satisfied or not by our products .In
fact, the administration of our questionnaires. The steps for gathering the information are
generally into many steps which start from verifying the distributing the questionnaires and
asking the people about their different opinions ,

introducing some changes to the

questionnaire , modifying the questionnaire in case there are some modification that has to be
introduced and analyzing the questionnaires and different in formations collected from our
consumers and by the end giving some conclusions and providing some

concerning the different aspects of our questionnaire and analyzing the different

Conclusion:
After lunching our investment we will use many methods to evaluate it .In fact, it is extremely
important to evaluate it and our performances . In fact, we have different tools to evaluate the
financial performances which starts from the ratios to other key indicators that shown and
explains our performances in a period of time. Then, we will introduce any questionnaires and
