OPENING, PRE-CLOSING, AND CLOSING CONVERSATION

A. Introduction
Pada pokok bahasan ini anda diharapkan mampu menggunakan ungkapan pembukaan
(opening expresions), ungkapan sebelum menutup (pre-closing expressions), dan penutup
(closing expressions)
Untuk hal tersebut, anda akan belajar dan berlatih membuka percakapan dengan tegur
sapa (greeting) baik dalam situasi fromal maupun tidak formal. Demikian juga anda akan
belajar dan berlatih ungkapan-ungkapan untuk persiapan menutup percakapan (pre-closing)
dan sekaligus menutup percakapan (closing expressions)
