Program Summary
Students are exposed to a variety of courses in business administration in addition to hotel
management courses, which enables them to make appropriate business decisions. The goal of this
program is to prepare successful students for careers in hotels, cruise ships, resorts and restaurants
or transferring to a state university in the same discipline. The general college admissions policy
applies to all students entering the Hospitality and Tourism Management program
Fully transferable to a Bachelor's Degree at Florida International University.
