Landscape
Using either one of the questions I provided, or your own question (you must get it approved first),
create a drawing or painting that uses the landscape as your subject. Paint what is familiar to you.
It does not have to be a dramatic or an amazing place it just has to be important to you! Think
about some of the paintings I showed you, all were pretty mundane. What made them stretch
beyond ordinary is the thought that went into them and the metaphors and meaning that was
attached to them. See below as an example of what Im talking about.

Your artworks should be;

18x24
On the appropriate surface (canvas or paper)
Made from Direct Observation. NO PHOTOGRAPHS
