CHAPTER 1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND/OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT

The project is entitled Meycauayan Drug Rehabilitation Center

The proposed project would be located at Meycauayan, Bulacan.

This project aims to create an institutional establishment for treating drug

addiction/ dependence among the drug users

The new administration under the supervision of President Rodrigo Duterte,has

been implementing its all-out campaign against dangerous drugs since the day of
his authority. Because of the ample amount of drug users turning themselves into
the authorities, there is a high demand for moredrug rehabilitation centers that is
capable of giving

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The project is being proposed by the client because of the following existing
conditions/reasons:
1. There is in need of more Drug Rehabilitation centers due to growing number of
drug dependents turning themselves into the authorities.
