declare and undertake to Prime Time Research Media Private Limited
(the Company), that:
1. I/We have all the necessary rights, permissions and authorisation
concerning the use of the proposed award title.
2. I/We also undertake to use only the correct and exact award title in all
our official communications, branding, marketing, advertisements and
related materials and strictly in the manner and extent as permitted by
the Company.
3. I/We understand that the award title, certificate, trophy, logos, images,
trade names and trademarks are the copyrighted property of the
Company.
4. I/We also undertake to hold and maintain the confidentiality of all data
or information of the National Dental Excellence Awards, 2014 as
well as Company in its strictest confidence.
5. I/We also understand that all rights to admission into the National
Dental Excellence Awards, 2014 are reserved with the Company
and our nomination and invitation to the award ceremony are subject
to the discretion of the Company.
6. I/We also understand that the Company reserves its rights to change,
modify and alter the date, venue and chief guest of the National
Dental Excellence Awards, 2014 for any such reasons which are not
controllable at the hands of the Company.
7. I/We undertake not to carry any activity that may bring ill-repute to the
Company and/or the National Dental Excellence Awards, 2014 and
further undertake to abide strictly by the Company rules and policies.
8. I/We acknowledge that this declaration is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and that any false claim by us, may disqualify our
nomination to the National Dental Excellence Awards, 2014 and
that any dispute will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue of Arbitration shall be New Delhi.
