Since February 2016, I have been serving as interim editor of Holy Cross Magazine while the College
conducts a search for a new editor. Responsibilities in addition to my assistant editor duties include:

Maintain the annual budget

Hire and guide freelance writers through the writing process

Supervise student writers and proofreaders

Plan long-range content and coverage for future issues

Coordinate the printing and shipping process with our printer, Lane Press

Write feature stories for the quarterly alumni magazine of the College of the Holy Cross, as well as campus
news and Syllabus, an in-depth look at a current course offered on campus

Coordinate the processing and writing of Class Notes and In Memoriam obituaries

Edit and proofread all magazine content prior to print publication, as well as all magazine and web exclusive
content for our online presence, magazine.holycross.edu

Manage the hcmag@holycross.edu email account and the @HolyCrossMag Twitter account

Contribute to the College Marketing and Communications content teamwhich produces web stories,
photography, videos, and social media contentat weekly news coverage meetings and act as the liaison
between the content team and Holy Cross Magazine
