All gratefulness sent to Allah Almighty for His mercy and blessing which
always be given to us all the time until the researcher is able to accomplish this
thesis entitled Figurative Language Analysis of Avril Lavignes Song Lyrics
in Under My Skin Alnum. On this occasion, the researcher would like to
thank all those people who have contributed to the completion of this thesis.
The deepest gratitude and appreciation are extended to Mr. Asbah, M.Hum.,
and Mr. Hijril Ismail, M.Pd,B.I., as the researchers advisors who have given their
