This Event Manual is designed for the purpose to provide guideline to all potential organizers
for systematic preparation and appropriate operation of all IeSF Competition Events, so that
such organizers conduct smooth operation binding by the standards of IeSF.

Chapter 1 Competition Venue


1. Objective
- The Objective of the Competition Venue is to conduct efficient operation of all competition event
as providing the properly equipped stadium and appropriate circumstance for the competitions.

The Average Travel time between the Competition Venue and Accommodation shall be less than 1
hour.
The Size of the Main Stadium and Training Area is open for discussion and negotiation as
regarding the number of game titles and size of participants.

5. Main Stadium
5.1 Environment of the Main Stadium
- The Environment (Temperature, Illumination, Sound, and etc.) shall be maintained for best
performance of the athletes.
- For athlete to be protected from external surroundings, the passage exclusively for the athletes
shall be installed, and the security staffs shall be assigned both in and out of the Stadium.
5.2 Design work & Branding
- Design work & Branding divide into exterior of venue, interior of venue and stages
- All design work will be confirmed by IeSF Secretariat
- Position of all brandings will be confirmed by IeSF Secretariat and Technical Delegate

Chapter 2 Competition Operation


1. Objective
- The Objective of the Competition Operation is the highest level of systematic and efficiency in
line with the IeSF Regulations.
- Through cooperation between IeSF and the Organizing Committee, staffs at the most
professional level shall be assigned, who are able to realize the highest level of competition
operation.

4. Operation Plan of Training Area


4.1 Basic Operation Plan
- Training Area shall be open from the 1st day of the Event until the closure of the Event.
- Duration of Training is 2 hours for one time, and can be continued with on-site reservation
unless the area is not reserved beforehand.
- The opening hour of the Training Area is from AM 10:00 until PM 08:00
- The assigned staff for the Training Area shall arrive at the Training Area by AM 09:00, 1 hour
earlier than the opening time, and shall conduct maintenance for the Training Area.

1. Objective
- The Objective of the Security is to manage the circumstance and surroundings at the most
adequate level for the athletes to conduct their best performance.
- Also, it is to prevent and prepare for any possible safety accident within the stadium and the
stand.

evacuation when any patient occurs among the player, official, spectator or staffs.
- The Objective of Doping is to ensure that the spirit of Fair Play prevails in e-Sports and to lead
the fight against doping in sports, and to take measures with the goal of preventing endangering
the health of competitors.

management for the Host Institution when they develop Budget Plan regarding all expenditure
items.
- Also, it is to provide idea to the Host Institution to efficiently navigate all potential income items
to make returns for their investment.
