The idea is to reduce tip leakage and secondary flow to enhance the performance of a compressor
Studying extensively on the effect of moving endwall & contoured endwall in low speed compressor cascade
separately to understand their independent effects
Conducted simulations in ANSYS; meshing in ICEM; to investigate flow patterns & efficiencies to devise a flow
on experimental set-up for better & real understanding

Reduced drag value by 1/4th of the actual value over V-gutter and the pressure loss was reduced by 1/3rd

Turbulent Mixing of Coaxial Confined Jets with Low Annular Area using chevron model

Studied and improved the flow mixing in co-axial jet mixer from shifting from chute to chevron model
Conducted open channel wind tunnel experiments to optimize chevron configuration & Geometry with
respect to axial flow
Chevron models with higher angle of penetration enhance mixing; 10% more reduction in pressure loss

F-22 Raptor Model: Pitch-axis Thrust Vectored RC Plane; received Accolades as the Best Design

Designed the institutes first thrust vectored RC plane and successfully flew with all its functionalities
